Listen forget all the rumors u heard oh it's a bad place that's old news it's pretty quiet u might hear loud car music hear and there thats it. Have not really heard any gun shots or crimes in here and I been here for a year new office people are cool

Honestly just save your time cause they will waste it! The manager Sophie reassures you as if things are being taken care of with your application, but when you call the next day to follow up she has no idea who you are and never wrote any notes lol this place’s staff is a mess. Apparently the last lady who worked there quit because she was being verbally abused daily. Terrible complex wouldn’t trust them with my comfortability.

The real about this place I lived here for 8 years the place itself is ok but you are close by the projects so they usually come in there and start things you will here gunshots and things happening out there but the worse is the manager Kendra a wanna be still in the miliatry manager n the worse part she black herself don’t let that oh she black she gone help you mindset fool you cause she won’t she does not care about what goes on out there she lives there on the weekends because she has no life and wants to make yours miserable she sick and twisted and will have your car towed for a flat tired get use to every two week inspections and then coming in your house when you not there with out consent before I left peoples cars got shot up in April but other then that you get nice size rooms but the manager is the worse if you have a problem with anything you basically on your own beware and that the honest truth

Dont move here waste of time horrible office staff

Office staff never answer nor do they ever return a call… AC hasn’t worked properly in over a year…amongst other things that need fixed… smoke detector been chirping for a month now and I can’t reach it to change the battery not even with the stepladder…..I have a heart condition and they don’t really care they just sit in there and do whatever… Can’t be doing too much because tenants don’t get requests fixed… I really don’t know what they do in there other than collect peoples rent once a month because no one really gets to use the facility pool etc..THEY DON’T answer the phones EVER!!!! And u can’t go inside the doors are locked!!! Don’t move here for sure…look elsewhere…
