Don't expect your deposit back, they will take it and still find ways to make you owe small sums and then send it to collections if you refuse to pay. I never had a problem until i moved out. They do bandaid fixes on most things so you'll have to call maintenence over and over for the same things, my washer leaked, and my ac would randomly stop working 4x over a year lease. Apartment itself was upstairs and had a lot of soft spots in the floor. Gym and pool are OK, but nothing special, if you golf the course can be nice if it's been mowed and taken care of recently.

I see a lot of bad reviews on this place and I feel like the odd man out. My boyfriend and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The management team has been helpful, sweet and very understand as my boyfriend and I moved into the apartment. The management team has been passionate about getting us into our apartment and putting up with me calling and asking about the apartments status. They even moved us into an apartment that was cleaned 2 days prior to the original apartment. The appliances are outdated, but they work and upon walking in the first time it was clean and well taken care of. The carpet was clean, no smoke smell, no noisy neighbors, walls where clean, bathrooms spotless and the kitchen area was beautiful. No, the apartment doesn’t look like the show case room, HOWEVER the apartment is wonderful. The AC works quite well, especially getting into the warmer months, and the windows, doors and cabinet are superb! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I am sorry for anyone with bad experiences.

Went with my daughter to view an apartment. Strong smell of cigarettes, filthy walls, all of the drawers were broken, stained carpet. I left it to my daughter to handle letting them know about the smell, cleanliness, and broken items and they swiftly shifted blame of the smell on neighbors smoking and not having control of what they do without showing any interest in investigating the problems. The smell was clearly from the previous tenant which, had they been an effective management company, they would’ve had an available apartment painted and carpet cleaning would’ve tremendously helped. Every new tenant deserves an apartment that is clean and freshly prepared for their arrival. If this is how she would’ve started out with them I can’t imagine if a situation were to arise that needs their attention. Dirty and no ownership of issues. RUN

I lived in this nasty place for 5 months as a single man, I can assure you I was barely there. They took out $50 for painting?!?! Meanwhile I had multiple water leaks from the upstairs apartment, my ac went out once and my toliet water consistently grew mold. So from my security deposit I got $37 back after all fees and “paint”

Appliances are all out of date from what seems to be the 80s and 90s so expect a high light bill for there is no energy savers here. For what the apartments try to be you'd think they could afford to update these items especially when they will not let you get your own

The neighbors are quiet and honest. The scenery is a good fabrication of country living. Overall nice place to live. My favorite thing about my apartment is a personal washer and dryer.

I fill out the application and gave the. $300.00 deposit. They quoted me to have a place next month. That did not happen! They dragged their feet for two months and did not give me updates on when my apartment was ready. When I called a young woman gave my such attitude on why am I calling. “Well you have $300.00 and you promised me and apartment”. I had to call every month for an update! Poor customer service! Then after a couple of months a gentleman called me forcing me to take an apartment $100.00 more then what is was promised. I was told to put my unrefundable deposit on a unit that was unseen and not ready in three weeks. I told the gentleman “I do not feel like a customer right now”. That of course went over his head and he kept forcing me to take the apartment. I asked for deposit back and I am going with another leasing office. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!

Kent is one heck of a manager. He goes out of his way to help others and always so friendly. The maintenance team is great, also.
