Definitely do miss living at Three corners! The apartment I had was on the second floor and I had a beautiful skylight in the bedroom and I loved the vaulted ceilings! Cherré was very kind to me and my family when I had to recently break my lease and move for a job, she’s been nothing but kind the whole process of my original move in date until my move out. Three corners is well placed in the area, the people are really nice, I genuinely had such a great experience living there. Plus assigned parking which is absolute heaven and I dearly miss it 😂 thank you for everything Cherré!

I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in Fort Smith . I have lived here for over 3 years and Three Corners is a nice, safe and enjoyable place to live. The manager, Cherre is very friendly and maintenance requests are performed on time. The apartments and landscape are very well kept! The location is ideal since it's in the heart of Fort Smith with plenty of stores, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. It's located in a great neighborhood and center of everything you need. I had a really good experience here and loved living there.

After a year I can say I love three corners. Cherre the manager is great to all tenants, maintenance will address issues within a reasonable time. You simply can't beat the price of rent for an apartment of this quality. Neighbors are respectful of one another, and the location is hard to beat! The vaulted ceilings are beautiful. The only thing I would say is that they are sitting on a gold mine if they would just update the units. Thank you Three Corners for a good home. :)

Been staying here for quite some time and I adore Cherré and all she does for her tenants. There are constant updates on pest control days, when she will be out of the office, and if anything needs to be reminded of us. Definitely a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. Cherre went above and beyond to help my daughter establish herself in her first apartment. She is always responsive and takes care of any issues that arise. Cherre is very professional and a wonderful manager!!

The apartment manager Mrs. Cherri is the BEST I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. She is the sweetest! She always stays on top of things to make sure that three corners is a nice, safe, enjoyable place to live. I love it here.

Cherre is amazing!!! She helped me out so much and worked with me… if there was an issue she took care of it asap…. The apartments are very quiet and clean… she’s a excellent manager 😊

The office manager is nothing short of a gift from God. She did everything she could to help me get a fresh start. I am very grateful I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful person! I have to say she is the most understanding, down to earth, and caring office manager I’ve ever had!
