My wife and I love eating at this Olive garden. The menu selection is wonderful always find something to delight our palette. The staff are friendly and courteous and always willing to help make your dining wonderful. If you want to have a delicious meal in a sit down atmosphere, I highly recommend this restaurant.And don't forget the delicious bread sticks and House salad we always get that.

Super delicious food and wonderful service. Jessi was an exceptional server, she made the experience even more wonderful. I forgot to take pics until after we already started eating (we were super hungry), but here is a glimpse.

Late 2pm Lunch on a Wednesday Dec 15, 2021 was a great experience. Why? Because I was stressed and my server was just exceptional. Her name was Jessie (sp?) Now this is what dining out servers should be like! She was a PROFESSIONAL SERVER. PLEASANT COURTEOUS ATTENTIVE KIND, NON JUDGING GREAT PERSONALITY! She brought everything I needed, asked all the right questions and pampered me. Best experience Ever! I even told the Manager His name was JESSIE also. Food was served fast & Hot. I will ask for HER next time I visit. Tip 20% or greater please! ( I tested her- and she got 100%) Thanks Jessie. Carly Simon Song!

We came in for lunch Monday and had to wait about 15 minutes that wasn’t too bad. We all ordered off the lunch menu and everything was fresh and hot. Our server was Taylor who was super fast knew how to use a cheese grater and a sweet heart. Great lunch great food great service

The service was amazing. Jon our waiter was great, friendly and helpful. Amy the manager was great. She came to our table to check and see if we needed anything. She asked if our service and food was good. I can't say enough good things about Amy and her entire staff at Olive Garden. Everything was perfect.

The food is very good an they serve a large amount. We had the lasagna an chicken fettuccine Alfredo. They also top off your food with cheese untile you say that's enough. We were served with smile's an friendly personalities. It was a bit pricey but for the large amount served an the delicious tasting food I guess it evens out to be fair . I certainly recommend the lasagna it's really good. They didn't offer a dip for the bread sticks which I thought would of been better than dry bread sticks. Preference I guess.

Jessie is hands down the best server we have ever had- in any restaurant. We went in tonight with three loud kids and she made our experience fantastic. Not only was the food great but the service was exceptional. She was so friendly and bubbly without being fake, and just a really pleasant person to be around. We didn’t even have to ask her for refills, she had her eye on the table and would just show up with what we needed. She is seriously amazing!

The sadad and bread sticks is my all time favorite to order from there and I always make a meal out of just THAT 😋 The portion for $8 is amazing and always the perfect amount of food for one big salad eater. It was a go order this time for date night in with my husband and it was perfect.

It was the Saturday night before Valentine's Day. It was absolutely PACKED. We were traveling and craving pasta and salad and we waited almost am hour for a table (we WERE told it would be an hour wait). While we were waiting, we could see that some staff were very frazzled and stressed. We considered going elsewhere and looked at suggestions on our phones, but again we were just hungry for Olive Garden and were not in a big hurry so we decided to wait. When we were seated, we were greeted quickly by our waiter. He was AMAZING! He was so enthusiastic and friendly. He was cheerful and helpful and offered info about the menu and suggestions when asked. He kept our drinks full (that can be a challenge because my husband drinks FAST and a lot) and our food actually came out pretty fast. We had an appetizer, soup, salad, two entrees and a dessert. EVERYTHING was delicious, hot, and fresh. CHRISTOPHER F. was our waiter. When we were leaving, I asked him how long his shift had been that day. He had been there since 11 AM. We were there close to 10PM. HE was fresh, cheerful, energetic and he got a very nice tip from us. If you find yourself here, ask for him. You will not be disappointed!

First of all, every bit was delicious! And secondly, our server was amazing. I keep coming back! Love that endless salad, soup, and breadsticks!

The wait was brief even though it was crowded. Table service was *great!* Food came out quickly and was all hot and fresh and tasted as good as I've ever had from any Olive Garden. All around BEST Olive Garden I've ever eaten at across a dozen locations in six different states.

i chose to eat here for my birthday dinner last night and it’ll be awhile before i go back. me and my boyfriend were seated and then basically forgotten about. first, the waitress sat us right next to a table of 5 who were being loud and vulgar. they left shortly after we arrived so there was no point in asking for a new table. second, we were seated for almost 15 minutes waiting to place our drink order, but at that point we were ready to order drinks and our food. the food was good and never disappoints, but the service has gradually gotten worse each visit, in my personal opinion. there were employees everywhere, not busy, laughing and being loud. my waitress was no where to be found so i had to get up and ask who i’m assuming was the shift lead/manager for containers. she told me i could have a seat and she’d bring me some. our waitress appeared from around the corner and i let her know the other lady was getting to go containers, but she never returned with them so my waitress ending up grabbing some. it was a 0 out of 10 birthday dinner experience and it’s disappointing because Olive Garden has always been my favorite.

Our server Chris was good as a server so really no need to attempt to put on an audition for a comedy show. Was kind of overkill. Food and atmosphere are both what we've come to expect from here. Just okay.

Olive Garden in Ft Smith was quiet on a weeknight. Although it was slow, it took quite a while for my server to initially approach my table. My order was simple and came out promptly. No errors. Food tasted fine.

Always great food, always pleasant staff and great atmosphere. It can get noisy but it's a popular place, and when you have good company and good food, the noise makes no difference. We always have to get to-go boxes because the portions are generous and we usually fill up on appetizers, salad & bread sticks...which are delicious. Shout out to the young man who totally made my night by packing my to-go box with Andes chocolates! It's been almost a year and I still talk about it. Best day ever!

Sasha was our waitress! First she argued with us as we customized a meal! Then wouldn't bring ANY refills, Our salad had NO Dressing!! A mojito drink was ordered, IT WAS MADE COMPLETELY WRONG!! She kept Walking by us and avoiding us! We usually have great service, but tonight was absolutely the worst! And for $130.00 you WOULD THINK Service would have been better! Won't be back! And we usually come every couple weeks! We may be a small party BUT IF EVERYONE is treated like she does, it will hurt business. And our family being in the restaurant business ourselves THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE! Mgr offered US 1 FREE Dessert. However we declined! We're NOT out for anything FREE, just GREAT service and food!

Wow, a joyful dining experience. ADRIENNE is a gem, Olive Garden is fortunate to have her. I travel coast to coast frequently, and honestly, this lady has no equal. Why you ask? Cheerful, energetic, and she knows her stuff. Very enjoyable lunch.

Loved this olive garden. The only reason for the score of 4 is that for my take it home meal, I ordered the thinnest pasta they carry and when I opened it at home it was the thickest pasta I ever had seen. Not happy about that and I'll check the next time I want to take some home that way other than that same great food.

Had just a few small issues with the service(newer wait staff member, not the usual experinece by any means). The food was EXCELLENT per usual. Manager Amy was exactly what you hope for when dealing with restaurant management. She was professional, caring and set a great example of how this industry should operate.10/10 would recommend dining at her establishment!

From the moment I walked in to check if there was a wait until we got up and left, the staff made the place. The hosts graciously let me know there wasn't a wait, so I had my gf park and her and her son came in, and they kindly waited to seat me until they came in. The food was excellent as always, 2 tours of Italy and I had the cheese ravioli carbonara with fried chicken breast. Mine was one of the tastiest things I've ever had from an olive garden. The waiter ID'd me for the Blue Amalfi which at my age I do NOT mind! He was full of personality and fire, and a very real person. Love that in a server. I did not catch his name, but he was a slender black bald man with Gucci glasses. 10/10 on service. If I could have given him more than 5 stars for service I would! He was extremely efficient with his service, but we never felt rushed in any way due to his personality and gift of gab!

We ate here the other evening and it was so disappointing. Our server Katy was great but the food took a long time to come and when it did was not good. The bread sticks weren't warm or soft. They tasted a day old. The salad was fine. The soup (chicken gnocchi spinach tasted like clam chowder. Honestly it tasted like it came from a can. It was thin. The entrees were a create your own pasta and a salmon plate. The salmon was so I've done it was crunchy. The asparagus it was served with was barely cooked at all and also crunchy. The pasta was just gluten free noodles with marinara and the sauce tasted as though it came.fromna can also. The pasta noodles were good. The alcohol drinks were $9 and was so weak you couldn't tell there was alcohol at all. We used a $25 gift card and still walked out paying $70 somehow. I won't be back.

This OLIVE GARDEN is pretty much like all the others I have been to across the country. It is clean, it is friendly and it has abundant parking. The staff is very attentive and the service is very good. Prices are as to be expected of this chain restaurant. Unfortunately due to dietary restrictions I can no longer enjoy some of my formerly favorite dishes BUT I highly recommend the Salmon at the Fort Smith Location, AND I also recommend the Calamari. Both dishes are excellent and the Calamari at this location was prepare perfectly. This is the only place I have had fried Calamari that isn't crunchy like most places overcook it or rubbery as many other restaurants prepare them.

We stop in for lunch every few months. On our latest visit, 6-21-23, we happened to get a table with a new waitress. She said it was her second day on her own. She did a great job getting our order, bringing our food and keeping our drinks filled. She was extremely friendly not only to us but to the other tables that were seated nearby. I will probably mis-spell her name , but believe it was Ascence. We rarely stop on our way out, but my wife stopped at the hostess stand to commend the waitress

My husband and I both were positive with Covid and I was really wanting some soup ,my niece from California was able to have Olive Garden to deliver even though I live way out of their deliver area . Not something they had to do but I sure appreciate that they did , 1st time I have had a full stomach since being sick

Went for lunch by myself because I love their food and enjoy the atmosphere. My waitress, Laura, was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. My food was served quickly, hot, and tasted delicious! The only complaint I have is the two hostesses were too busy talking amongst each other to really greet me or acknowledge me while I was leaving. Otherwise, I definitely suggest going here, take the family, I will be going back myself. (Just want to add, I was using a gift card given to me for my birthday and wanted some to take home and have dessert, otherwise I don't usually spend so much.)

We Ordered Online... It Was Ready When They Said It Would. Brought It Out To Our SUV. Food Was Great! Our Total Cost Was $124.00 For 3 Full Seafood Pasta 2 Salads & 1 Soup, 2 Orders Of Cheese Cake & 3 Drinks. Totally Worth The Money. We Will Return..

This was the first time we ordered our food to-go:) Wow! Love it this way! They really really took care of us! I tipped them -thank goodness but with 2 large bags to carry out, I didn't look inside the bags until we got home..... They'll be getting a way bigger tip next time!! We totally love our Olive Garden:)

We go here often because my kids love Olive Garden. The food is always on point. It's good, gets to us in a timely manner and the waiters are always super nice. I have never had a bad experience.

We asked not to be seated next young children. There were many open tables. We were seated next to a toddler. We asked for a different and were seated next to a screaming toddler. The young girl seating us said those were the only 2 tables open. There might have been 8 tables in use. Our waiter was visibly Ill, running a fever (according to him) and did not wear a mask. He was constantly discussing his issues with his bowels, etc. We will not be back. I wish we had just gotten food to go.

Had the minestrone soup and calamari for lunch. Both very good. Wait staff very friendly. No military discount. To me if a place gives a military discount it shows they appreciate what we as active duty and vets have done.

Food was just right. The service was outstanding. Very nice waitress. She saw too all our needs and we didn't need to have to ask. Awesome. She's definitely an asset to your business.
