First I want to say thank you to Texas Roadhouse for supporting veterans and for the complementary sirloin dinner. The salad was served on a chilled plate and very fresh. I had the 6 oz sirloin, baked potato and salad. My friend had the Porter House steak, baked potato and macaroni and cheese. We opted to sit at the bar because the place was packed at 5pm for an early dinner. We just missed the early dine specials and plan to come back earlier next time. The bartender Hannah was amazing.

Great food great service and great prices. Definitely the best in the area. They make sure you have plenty. Oh and the bread yes the bread is addicting and they just keep bringing it.

One of the few restaurants in the Fort Smith area that is always consistent in both food & service. We’ve been here many times & it’s always great service, reasonable prices, and an overall positive experience. We always leave feeling like we got our money’s worth (& always make sure we order enough steak to take some home for our miniature weenie dog…… Never thought we’d be THOSE people😂🙄😳). Unless you’re not a fan of meat, Texas Roadhouse is always a safe choice (in our opinion). Just be careful not to fill up on the rolls before your entree gets to the table… VERY easy to do b/c they’re SO GOOD!👍🏼🤩

Rolls are always so good here! We were served by Logan and she was wonderful. Everyone looked like they had a great time. Wished I took a picture of the food before I devoured it!

As a foreigner working in Fort Smith, this is the place to go for the best food and friendliest service in town. Eating here almost every evening and having a couple of drinks to wash away the working day. Always sitting at the bar and having a chat with people around around me. Great atmosphere, great food and great service.

Came here for my husband's birthday. He got a slice o' prime rib roast and loved it. Also got the cheese n bacon fries, fried pickles, and a margarita. I got the 6oz filet and it was perfectly cooked, textbook medium rare. The steak was so good, I forgot to take pics or it. Perfectly salted, no need for extra salt. Our server was Brittany and she was very sweet and attentive even though it was a busy night.

Middle of the road Texas Roadhouse. They have a friendly staff and the food is on par with others in the chain. Nothing that makes me say wow that was a great meal but it gets the job done. My steak was cooked to the right rareness but lacked any juices. The steak showed up with zero juices on the plate and none formed in the few minutes it was sitting on the plate. Salad and rolls were good.

The place is super dirty on the floor. The refills never came. The meat was cold. (I did not like).we ordered strawberry cheesecake and they brought us regular cheesecakes.

I always have a great experience here. They've never been out of something I wanted to order & my steak is always on point. The bartenders always get it right too!

Our waitress, Megan, was by far one of the best waitresses I've ever had. And I've been to many fine dining restaurants! She was so attentive and asked all the right questions about my order to make it even more enjoyable. She never left long, without coming back to check on us, making sure our glasses were always full, and even wanted to make sure that my steak was perfect when she served our plates. The rolls were fresh and hot on the table, the food was delicious, and the establishment is very clean! I'm so glad we got to enjoy a late lunch here, we'll be back again soon.

Food was great. Enjoyed everything we ordered. The waitress constantly checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be making more trips to Texas Roadhouse in the future.

The food was fantastic. Our steaks were perfect. Our server was attentive. It was just my husband and I dining about 20 minutes after they opened so there wasn't many people when we arrived yet they placed is at one of the large tables meant for 6 people near a family with children placed behind us and across from us. The family behind us had a child dropping food in my hair and they were loud. They did not think when they seated us. We should not have been placed in what was clearly abb area for larger groups. They may need better training. That was disappointing.

The food was excellent. My wife had prime rib and I had what they called roadkill which was a chopped sirloin. The prime rib was cooked excellent. My chop sirloin was high quality beef with onions mushrooms and cheese, cooked just the way I ordered it. Even the baked potatoes were great. My wife ordered a large margarita and it was excellent. The service was also very good. By the way in response to the owner who asked if I was coming back my answer is of course I am.

Second time going here and it did not disappoint First let me mention it was packed out as usual on a saturday night but our Super star waitress Jessica did a excellent job on a whole bevy of tables She also had good suggestions on their likker drinks I had their margarita rocks with sidekick I ordered their porterhouse and that rascal was as big as my head and that’s a BIG steak While there we got to be involved in a party and we got to see one waiter dump drinks all over a group, quite amusing You can’t go wrong at TR and you can make reservations before you go and walk past the crowd

We had a group of 8. Love the fact we could make our reservation online ahead of time since waiting in line is long. A couple of the friends in our group had their steaks a little dry. Atmosphere is noisy but we liked it. May not be your kind of atmosphere if you like a quiet restaurant. Service was great from all staff!

Since this is a chain restaurant the quality of the food is consistent with other locations I've eaten. The prices are medium range and worth the money. I had the prime rib it was fantastic and my friend had a filet that was delicious. The service on the other hand needs a lot of work tables around me had small plates for their rolls and honey butter which was absolutely yum yum and the facility was very warm I had to request the ceiling fan to be turned on and the staff seem confused how to do this but eventually did managed to turn the fans on which change the temperature quickly and made it very comfortable. I would return to this restaurant with hopes that the service staff would receive more training so I didn't have to eat my role on a napkin instead of a small plate.

I came here a couple months ago and forgot to leave this review and as someone with ADHD, for me that means something. It means that this place was EXCEPTIONAL. I don’t say that lightly. Every worker here deserves a FAT raise. Everyone here was kind and fast even though it was PACKED. They offered to change our drinks for free if it wasn’t something we liked and if we didn’t think we’d drink it. They even got my phone back to me even though i left it and it was crazy busy! This is a great place to go for great food, great service, and a great meal out.

I took my 92 yr old Dad here on Saturday at 4pm the day before Father's Day. There was no handicap parking available. Laura a Mgr. told me she would get him from the curb to a table while I parked my vehicle. She was so nice. She came by before we left and said she will get Dad from the table to curb for me to pick him up. This was so appreciated. He is a 92 yr old Korean War Veteran and he loves this restaurant now I know why. Thank You

The food and service were great. They even let me on with me service dog with no problem. I must share a concern for the remote device used for payment at your table. I prefer to keep a top I leave between me and my server. The remote at the table would not allow me to continue checking out until I indicated a tip. I do feel a bit offended being forced to leave a tip. To her credit the waitress did say the system was new.

It’s average. this place is always busy, after eating here three times I am not very impressed. Food is average at best. They say some people have no flavor palette, that is definitely the case with this one. Service is good, environment is your typical roadhouse setting. After an hour wait nearly both times, I would go somewhere else.

Since my first visit a month ago it isy absolute favorite restaurant ever. I'd go everyday if I could afford it but so worth the price.

This may well be the friendliest Texas Roadhouse we have ever been to. This was our first trip through Fort Smith. So glad we picked the Roadhouse for dinner. Salads were super cold and excellent. Steaks and baked potatoes were perfect. The manager even came by and talked to us. Service was beyond reproach. If we are ever in Fort Smith again, we will definitely eat here.

My daughter and I waited in quite a long line to come in for lunch on Friday right at 11:00. The staff was amazing. They all worked together so well! Twigs was our server. So sweet and patient! We had the trio appetizer and steaks. All was excellent! Thank you!

Took my parents for their first visit and we all had a great time. The bread is definitely some of the best we've had. Our server was absolutely fantastic and was very attentive. We were all very pleased with everything.
