This place was so cool!! The staff was warm and friendly!! The food was delicious!! The juke box was going and people were singing along, So much Fun!!

It was a great first time experience, I drove from California to Tennessee and I stopped at benson's grill to see what I was missing. And yes, it was a awesome experience. The service was fast and the food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back if I am in the area.

Benson's Grill is amazing!!! You definitely want to stop here and eat. It's a cozy little diner with the excellent food and friendly great staff. Everything we had was delicious. 10/10 for it all. My husband had the western omelet & hashbrowns w/cheese & onion on top. We looove western omelets and have had them from all over and Benson's is the BEST we've ever had. I had the Don's Big Daddy burger. It was so so good! It comes on grilled sourdough bread with bacon & Swiss cheese. It's literally one of the best burgers I've had. Mouthwatering good. We also had curly fries and regular fries, both delish. Our daughter had a bacon cheeseburger and she loved it! My husband had coffee and it was good & strong, like coffee should be. We had the mama Mexican surprise nachos as an appetizer and we all enjoyed them! Ohh and I had a dinner salad, the homemade ranch is SO YUM! We rate this place a 10/10. Food, atmosphere, and service all INCREDIBLE. We will definitely be back. Ohh and they are open 24 hrs a day and available on doordash. Also very budget friendly. Good prices.

Stopped in for breakfast while we were in town visiting. I found this place on Google. The place is fairly small, but inviting. We sat ourselves and we were immediately greeted by our waitress. The food was great and the service was impeccable. Even the cooks greeted us and were super friendly as well. This is a must for breakfast if you're ever in town. The philly cheese steak omlet was GOOOOOOD!!!

Michelle was wonderfully jovial and authentically human, as were they an excellent waitress, for us as we dined. The Big Mamma burger was fabulously tasty. Everything was cooked and seasoned to a perfect flavor. 👻@BriannaB3D

What can I not say about this little diner. It’s definitely a place for some amazing French Toast! They were not over or under cooked! Perfection at its finest! I love the fact that you can come in and be serenaded by the chef and staff as you wait for your food. Biscuits and gravy were life. I love the fact that the gravy is was thick and creamy and the biscuits were fluffy, to add I will say the grits where ok I would say maybe a min or too longer I don’t like my grits hard. The French fries were also a delightful crunch that had you going back for more. I give this place excellent customer service. The traveling truck show give you all a 5!!!

Best place to eat at hands down. The food, service, & atmosphere is a 10/10. Its like a waffle house but wayyyy better, the waffle house needs some lessons from these guys! I definitely recommend the Philly club and add chili to your fries! This is the first time I have ever stopped here and it won't be the last!

Second time coming here . Fantastic customer service. We got two of the man size breakfast. The hash browns are exceptional! The food is fresh, great atmosphere. The parking lot is pretty easy to miss though, so keep and eye out.

Place is 24hrs which is great because I work over night. I had chicken salad with French dressing. Salad was huge honestly could split with another person and still get full. Salad was classic iceberg mix with egg, tomatoes, cheese, and have a choice of fried or grilled chicken. If you like a alot of dressing would have to see about buy another cup because I felt wasn't enough for the amount of salad. I also got cheese sticks which was hot and perfectly delicious. Came with ranch which surprised me but paired well I thought. Only reason didn't put four stars was I was forgotten but they were nice and gave me a free soda. Decent place to get a meal just not timely for a lunch break.

Wow! The food was great, the service quick but what really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere. Benson's Grill was exactly what you need to start off your day with a classic diner breakfast! I can't wait to go back. The portions were generous, the bacon slices were normal thickness (not the paper thin slices), hash browns were cooked to a glorious crunchy brown goodness.

Food was great, the burger I ordered was hands down the best I've had in a hot minute. I'm a bit anxious for the snug, noisy atmosphere, but hey, that's some people's style so who am I to judge? The misspelled paint on the window also gave me a bit of a laugh 🤭

Hello I'm Jason from Charlotte NC recently moved here to Fort Smith Arkansas this was the first place I had breakfast at and loved it every bit . Friendly people,and picture can speak volume for itself but I will say the absolute best breakfast ever .

Normally love this place. Always great service and quick the food has always been amazing as well. Tonight completely changed my mind. We did DoorDash pick up like normal and it always says when it’s ready. When it was ready we were already in the parking lot waiting so went in immediately. The lady at the register caught an attitude unclear why. We brushed it off we don’t like trouble. We didn’t receive our orange juice but at this rate felt uncomfortable to ask for it. Checked our food upon getting home (only live 2 minutes away) everything was hardly even warm. It all tasted horrible looked horrible. The burger was missing items. We ended up throwing it all away. Safe to say we won’t return.

Food was good and hot and tasted good. But the grill area was extremely dirty. Floor was trashed. Music from jukebox was way too loud. Out of at least five employees, not a single one acknowledged my presence for at least 3 minutes. If I hadn't been so hungry I would have left without ordering. This was about 100am in morning. Maybe they clean better during the day.

Quick, hot, and yummy! The pancakes were fluffy, well flavored, and as big as my head. Staff were warm and friendly, and the inside was clean with a cozy, rustic atmosphere.

First time ever but we WILL be coming more often the food was AMAZING the coffee was GOOD best we have had the amount of food WOW it covers the WHOLE plate

First time here and got the biscuit and gravy. It was a bit sweet compyto my homemade gravy but good! Hubby got the eggs, pancakes and country ham. He said it was delicious. Little cafe style environment.

Love the cook / assuming manager. She's always so efficient and helpful. She has the neck tattoo for identification purposes. Definitely see why she's in charge. Pass thru quite often due to their late hours.

A little diner with great heart. The beef was fresh and legit. The fries could have used either more time in the fryer or a bit of seasoning, but weren't bad. The salad was basically lettuce and cheddar until the very bottom. Nobody smart goes to a diner for salad though so I guess that's on me. 😅

A small town cafe with HUGE taste! The crowd is always really laidback. Everything on the menu has a homecooked and passion filled taste. Great prices. Friendliest staff in all of Arkansas

Oh my goodness I had the steak and eggs this morning and let me tell you the guy they have cooking is the bomb! Best steak I've had in a long time. Everyone was great and friendly! We will definitely be back to eat. Worth the drive we made.

Great old fashioned diner. The burger is excellent. Breakfast is good too. Depends on what get as some of it can be a bit greasy but that is classic for a diner like this. Very small place usually in weekend mornings there is a wait because of size. But it goes fast. The counter seating is nice to have for those times just a single person. Good wait staff.

Lovely lil place and also great food....cant go wrong when places like this are around...wish there were more places that keep towns and city's with old school way values and food...will be back many more times before i leave...French toast and eggs for a late night munchies cravings hit the spot...comine here was a choice i know i wont be disappointed with
