Loved this place!! Absolutely the best burger I have ever had!! The staff are friendly and informative. The restaurant is clean. A must stop if you are in the area.

Our neighbor recommended we check out Patrick’s and it did not disappoint. Everything was amazing, the fries, the burger and the service. Especially Blake who helped us out and explained the menu since it was our first time. Exceptional customer service. This is definitely a great burger spot.

Messed up two outta three orders and then brought my daughter a patty instead of just taking back and dressing it back up. The girl that took our orders was rude. Don't even have a drink machine. Poor business ethics can ruin a place but if you like rudeness and no refills and a lousy burger come on in.

Okay there is a bit of a story here, so bear with me. My mum went in the establishment and tried to order a gluten free burger because she has celiac. The last 3 times she had been in they didn't get her burger right. This time around they were out of the gluten free buns, so they offered to make it a lettuce wrap instead. Long story short it came as a regular burger that was inedible for my mum who was trying not to break down. She doesn't want to be a Karen to be able to eat. The manager or owner, I don't know who he is wasn't really leading the staff of teenagers and the lack of knowledge with cross contamination is obvious. My mum and I both don't want the manager to see this and jump down his crews' throats because he also needs to improve. Great place needs some improvement.

Everything about this place is great, from start to finish. I'm a fluffy guy who normally needs a double burger to not be hungry afterwards. However the single patty is 1/3 lb. and once topped with bacon and egg it was quite filling. When we walked in they advertised as building the burger however we want, whatever flavor we desire. The pricing is pretty fair for this. A single order of fries is HUGE. We weren't able to finish them all. They are pretty tasty and the seasoned salt makes them even more so. Staff is pretty friendly and service was spot on. Will definitely return next time we're in the area.

My hubby and I had a lunch date, and these are some of the BEST burgers and their fries are to die for. The service is awesome as always. Would definitely recommend trying this place if you're looking for a new burger place to try.

This is a Fort Smith staple with the best burgers in town. Always fresh and cooked to order. My favorite is a single with grilled mushrooms and Swiss. Fries are homestyle but hard to beat when crispy and hot.

The burgers here are so, so delicious! The meat is perfectly seasoned and just the right thickness. I like the bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and the vegetables under the meat. The bacon is always nice and crispy, and the veggies are super fresh. The staff is so accommodating and friendly and always make my burger just like I want it. You will not be disappointed with these big yummy burgers and crispy fries!

Burgers are out of this world, ..not a big crazy menu, w a bunch of just ok items , just the best burger around period !!! If your looking for burger and awsome fries w the Patrick's sauce, then go here !!!! If you want a burger that tastes like 1.29, ...go somewhere else. But prices are good here also !!

Burgers were great staff was friendly. Everything made onsite. It was clean. Bigger burger than the other burger place that lets you build your own burger...ya know the one with the peanuts. Side of fries was insanely large. We will be back.

Absolutely the BEST burgers and fries ever! The beef was fresh and just tasted clean and yummy! Wren took our order and was such a sweetheart! The whole staff was busy and efficient, tables were clean as were the restrooms. We'll be making the drive from Tulsa just to eat here again!

Absolutely delicious burger and fries in a no-nonsense, counter-service restaurant. They told us 10 minutes for our food but I think it was around 5 minutes. The fries are hand cut and fresh. Highly recommend the Patrick Sauce on your burger!!

We stopped here after picking our Son up from the Air Force Base... The food was good, it lacked a lil in the seasoning part but it was good. The burgers are freshly made, good size and homemade french fries.

Awesome place! We went for the first time for my husband’s birthday and when we walked in every employee greeted us! When they heard it was his birthday they all made a point to tell him “Happy Birthday.” We each got a burger and fries and it was 🔥🔥🔥. Best fries in town! The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and kind. We will definitely be back!

I just love Patrick's! I've never had a bad meal here, and I've been here now about 10 or 12 times over the years. That being said, today was the first time I'd been back in a while (though I'd often remembered their burgers fondly in my dreams; haha!), and I have to say that nothing has changed: It was even better than I remembered! The meat is outstandingly flavorful and "real-tasting", the toppings are always excellent (and there are a ton of them to choose from), and the fries are freshly made and tasty too. My wife and daughter had Patrick's for the first time today, actually, and they both agreed that it was the best burger they'd had in memory. In my opinion, Patrick's is probably the best burger place in town (I wish I could share a photo or two of my meal, but I dug-into it so fast that I totally forgot to take a picture!), and I couldn't recommend it more highly. It belongs in that rare "six-star" category of reviews (oh, and for those who have said they had bad customer service experiences... I'm sorry if you did, but I've never had one; if anything, they've always been super friendly to me, even though I'm far from what you might call a "regular").

All I can say is WOW!! I was in town for a concert and wanted to grab lunch before heading back home. I searched for a good burger joint and there were a few local options. After looking at the menus, I chose Patrick's. It was a mile or so out of the way,. But I'm glad I did. Best burger I've had in a very long time, possibly the best burger that didn't come off my grill at home. Fries were super fresh and hot, cooked just right. All the staff was friendly, greeting me on the way in, and saying thank you on my way out. You don't get that at many places these days. If you're in Fort Smith, do yourself a favor and stop by Patrick's. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent hamburger with homemade French fries. Their food is not prepackaged or frozen. Good meal and excellent clean environment. Very down home. Highly recommend if you like real hamburgers.

I so wish I would have taken a picture of my burger, because it was picture perfect with taste to match. I got a regular burger with jalapenos and a side of fries. Everything so was so fresh and on point. The staff was so friendly and welcoming as well. 10/10 I will now be a frequent customer. Next I want to try their fish options!! Salmon burger was great with Patrick sauce but a little dry. I’m sure u can ask to change dryness. Burger and fries was great to.

This place is amazing. Fast, very friendly staff, amazing service. Young man brought us food to table. He was very sweet. Was older man not sure if owner or manager but he was very kind and thoughtful. Thank you Patrick's for making mom and sons dinner fantastic experience. Son was home on leave from Navy deployment. Oh mylanta! This place is so good!! Last night was my very 1st time eating here and now I know why it is so popular! The burgers are huge and cooked fresh along with fries that are so crispy I swear I will never forget them lol the staff was super awesome and made sure we had all we needed! The only suggestion I have, is to close the side door where people are eating. The cold breeze coming through there chilled our fries and our bones! Plus, closing 1 of the 2 doors would surely lower your electric bill., right? Either way, the food is just fantastic and so is the service! I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Very good burger, fries and service. They understand gluten allergies and have a dedicated fryer for their fries. My wife has Celiac disease so for her to be able to eat fries was a real treat.

So. Good. The burgers are so good and plenty big! My husband was determined to eat a double and almost did it. I couldn’t finish my single. Word of advice, one order of fries will feed two adults. And the music was great, all 70s pop rock I could sing along to lol. We’ll be back!
