Service was great. Today I enjoyed the Rooty Tooty Fresh N Fruity. IHOP has it for $6 right now for the 65th anniversary. Soft drinks and Coffee averaged around $3.50 a piece. Can’t beat $6 a person for 2 pancakes, 2 sausages and two eggs cooked to order.

We get IHOP every year on Christmas 🎄 it's super busy so we call it in for pickup. Everything was ready and although I had to go back in for my second bag it was all yummy!

The waitress was extremely sweet and made our HOPPY meal exceptional. The HOPPY HOURS 3-12midnight for a $6.00 menu price is the bomb! EGGSCEPTIONAL!!!!

The greeter/manager here at the store the day we visited had a bit of a attitude problem with all the guests arriving. Server on the other hand was great. Ordered blueberry pancakes ,omelet with cheese and mushrooms. Pancakes were great as always here, with fresh blueberrys on top . IHOP always serves a big omelet and its always good. And coffee to finish,great as well. Only giving 3 stars because of the manager treating customers badly, will visit again and re-asess the star rating.

For me and my two kids it was $49 and we waited 40 minutes just for them to take our order I do not plan on going back!!! My disabled son kept asking the waitress questions like any normal kids would do then she ignored him for a good 30 seconds then said what in a serious tone, I gave her a look and she said sorry hard of hearing well it was a lie because I was telling my toddler little jokes (not out loud) and as she was cleaning the table next to us she laughed a few times, and i ordered a cupcake pancake and got a smiley face one. Oh and they said that they're no longer allowed crayolas with the kids menu. The food was absolutely not worth $49.

We enjoyed a late breakfast. Our service was friendly and fast. We had the protein pancake stack with lemon ricotta and blueberries and egg white omelette with pesto sauce and mushrooms. Delicious!

I had the Chicken and waffles only difference is I went for a blueberry waffle and dipped my chicken in the pancake syrup. 🥞 Off the charts! Sweet and salt umami. It was great. Even though they were busy, it was quick, accurate service!

I go to ihop enough I like switching it up at times and I think the South West chicken bowl is my new favorite. The pictures speak for themselves really. After eating it I was a bit to stuffed for my pancakes, but that's ok they were a tasty treat later that day.

Our server was friendly, attentive and so helpful! We had mentioned that we were traveling and had a $25 budget, she helped us pick out the best options for our budget. (I completely forgot to get her name )Best IHOP we have been to in a very long time

Better than it was about a year ago. Obviously changed hands. Went early am and service was slow getting us to a table. Update 7.2023 Seems like they were understaffed as I sat over 20 mins waiting to be seated. There were about 7 tables occupied and only 1 waitress about midnight. Could have left but waited, food was good quick and waitress was great. I am glad it turned out better than it was looking at first.

The staff here were very considerate of my clients, one being in a wheelchair. They were respectful and very sweet! I definitely recommend this IHOP for anyone working with/or anyone who has someone who is handicapped or mentally challenged!

Absolutely disgusting!! Went for my daughter's birthday dinner. Ordered our drinks my daughter's hot chocolate was brown water with whipped cream. Our food came and let's just say whoever was the cook should be ashamed. The food tasted old and stale. Trash under most of the tables. We won't be back. Not worth the $91 check 🤮🤮

Ihop has upped their game! Update: took my kids the other morning and the waitress was so sweet to them. She told my son she would bring him some hot chocolate and he was amazed how large and fancy it was.

The food is the only redemption for this location. The service is awful and very unwelcoming. We have been here too many times to count, and e er since we stopped seeing the girl with the bright eye shadow, the service has gone downhill. The last time we were not greeted at all, so we went up to the desk, and the skinny dour woman didn't even look up and told us to just wait. ??!! We had been waiting. That's why we approached the desk. Worse luck was when she ended up being our server. No smiles, no personality, and terrible service.

Food was pretty good, our waitress was great, the other staff we interacted with seemed like they didn't want to be there. We hadn't been in awhile and was surprised at how much it has went up in price. For 3 of us to eat it was $50 and 2 of us got water. Breakfast should not cost $50!

I hadn't been to IHOP in forever. Went there kinda late but it's 24/7 so going late really shouldn't have affected our food and service. The waitress was very nice but it took forever to get seated and to get our food (no they weren't busy). They brought out my coffee and it was cold. So they remade it. Brought out our food and my order was wrong (I just wanted my sandwich with a different type of bread) I said I would eat it and that it was fine no big deal (plus since it took forever to make, I didn't wanna wait longer) I ate what they brought but she also brought me a new correct sandwich that I took to go. Not the best experience but not the worst. But I don't see going back. Not worth it. And they jacked up their prices. Everything I looked at was like 16-17 dollars for a meal.

I went there to eat and there was a roach running up on our table. I didn’t notice till the waitress pointed it out. I got up and none of the staff was doing anything about it so I killed it with my own shoe. I continued to eat there. I expected some kind of discount for out inconvenience but I got nothing. To make things worse, as I got up to leave the roach was still there at the table dead. Nobody even picked it up.

Always good I never have any problems. Good environment good people. My kids and I love going here to eat for dinner

I've been here a few times, so for my last visit, I decided to go ahead and review! I'm genuinely not a fan of the general menu items that jumped in price (E.g a regular hamburger price increased ~$4 the last time I visited, roughly 5 months ago). For my visit, I ordered their new breakfast biscuit sandwich. It's a good bite, but nothing spectacular; Just IHOP usual quality.

I placed an order online and my order number was 21675967388368897. There was a missing item. The original buttermilk pancake (short stack) was missing. I have been trying to call the restaurant about this and the call is not getting connected. Please let me know how will i get a refund on the missing item.

We were greeted as we came in and seated immediately. Everyone was very nice, polite and friendly. We had the best waitress! I did not catch her name but she worked today and we were there around 2pm. She took excellent care of us and we appreciated her going over and above. In times like these with staffing issues, we have a different appreciation for those still working. Especially, those that go out of there way to do a good job and the Ft. Smith staff did that today!!! The food was also good and it was very clean inside. It is IHOP, so of course we will be back!!! Thank you ladies!

I HOP-ED right in out of a cold morning to a hot good cup of freshly brewed coffee and a good read from the A.A. grapevine. I was in need and a great friend was here at the IHOP waiting. Thank you IHOP for being a good friend for a friend in need.

Brianna Reveles is the absolute best waitress. Gave me everything I needed. Refilled my cup before it was empty. Checked on me often didn't abandon me thirsty like most restaurants and their waiters. This beautiful person REMEMBERED MY ORDER didn't write it down or anything and still got it correct ! Wonderful. Thank you.

Facility was clean, the staff helpful but short staffed so service was a little slow, not the waitress fault but still a fact. Coffee hot, which is a must for me and the hashbrown's crispy which I love. Love the hours of operation because I am from this town and the sidewalks roll up pretty early here. Beneficial for a late eater like myself.

Have been here many times and service and food quality have been consistently good, among the best among the many Ihop locations I’ve visited. There was an issue with an item I ordered being cooked to my preference on my recent visit, but the issue was quickly resolved. I understand that things like this can happen. Appears to have been recently remodeled, so has a fresh appearance inside.

I cannot believe how insane the food was! Every.Single.Plate … perfect. Beautiful. Delicious. I could not believe every plate that came past us was truly perfect! Perfectly cooked eggs, pancake dishes that looked like something off the cooking network. A chef in there who has pride! I wish I had pictures!!! Although the floors were wet/dirty and the bathroom was dirty, the dining area and the food was spot on. Our server was one of the kindest and most genuine. We just wanted the owner to know they deserve to be valued. Customer service, her personality, her attitude.. her smile. If you see this, we were the Mom, daughter, granddaughter who sat close to the kitchen who almost ordered off the senior menu yesterday around 12 that you served. We just want to say to our server and the cook.. Thank you for such great service. I hope you are as appreciated by them as you were us. ❤️PS - we were almost served the wrong food (the eggs were different) and I would have gladly just accepted the switch. I could go on and on. The coffee was the only good part that was hot,once someone finally came to us.It took us 15 minutes to get that.They took our order.They bring you a coffee pot so you can fill your own cup of coffee,they forgot my husband's hash browns.Which was hard & cold food.Then when we were ready to leave,no one came over.The waitress just walked by us.Never eating there again!

We were seated at a booth. we waited 20+ minutes before any staff came to ask us what we wanted to drink or eat. Not until my daughter and i started building menu forts did they come to ask us what we wanted to eat or drink..

5 of us had a brand new waitress that was as nice as could be. The kitchen messed up a couple things, and so did she, but still pleased enough to give a 30% tip. After the third mistake, I thought she was going to cry, but we were never mad or upset. I hope she sticks with it!

Wife here, Bacon was like cardboard, hash browns had no taste and cover with oil. Booth needs to be fixed. Went to set down and my butt fell through the hole and the 2x4s was only holding me up. My lower back is hurting now due to it. Booths needs to be wiped down. Employees were great. Eggs and pancakes were good. Other than this things were great.

It's a great place for something quick . Great ladies. Came in one day last week . Wasn't many in the lobby ,but they told us they only had 2 waitress. And we had to wait 15 mins for to be seated. Wonderful ladies. But need more for them

One one lady wanted to work. Others just standing around. We waited about 10 minutes for anyone to aknowledge us. Eggs were raw. I requested crisp bacon. It was limp, to make it crisp, I was told they put it in the microwave.??? Waitress ordered crisp bacon from kitchen, it showed up when I was done eating. Worst service we have ever had here. Very disappointed!
