Best breakfast food on Rogers ave. Best chicken in Fort Smith. The staff is always friendly and food is fresh. Their drive through is the most efficient one of any fast food joint.

Ridiculous chain that is very very very slow and inept. Breakfast burrito was made with a very stale wrap and my "Sunjoy" had no lemonade in it, having me drive all the way back for the right drink. Waste of time and upsetting experience.

Great customer service. The man taking our order in drive thru, with the accent, was just super funny and very helpful as it was my first time ever coming here. We ordered bacon, egg, and cheese muffins, and they were soft and delicious! My daughter loved the peach milkshake! Thanks for great customer service and positive teamwork!

Usually this place is always great but tonight was a big let down. The lady that took our order was rude and was waving people to hurry up because she refused to walk to cars like every other time I have been here. And the sandwich’s were really really small compared to every other time we have been here. my wife and I both left hungry very disappointed. I told the lady’s at the window handing out food that the girl that took our order wasn’t very nice then they started speaking Spanish to each other and started laughing then said okay we will let the manger know. The worst experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A

It’s the 3rd time in a row a main meal item was not in the bag. I live 15 minutes away and don’t have the time to go back and collect what I paid for. I don’t want my meal replaced or for you to make it right. Hire more competent employees.

That peach milkshake is a disgrace to your great quality of food and beverages. It doesn't taste peach at all, leaves an aftertaste and is just not something I would expect to receive at Chick-fil-A. I am really surprised you have it on your menu because you did try it right? I still give you 5 stars because your service and food is excellent but baby please don't bring that peach milkshake back.

I had an amazing experience here dining in. The workers were extremely nice AND ACCOMMODATING! Everyone was genuine and happy to be serving the guests. It was a joy and treat to slow down and eat here with my baby. She was too young for the play area but she got a new book with her kids meal and was very pleased. (You have to request a book for a child under 3) Thank you Chick fil a staff.

Expensive, but great fast food! I like that they have healthier options. Their fruit cups are always fresh and delicious! I also like their grilled nuggets, sauces, sandwiches, and fries.

I took my 6 yr old neice to Chick Fil A on her birthday. Turns out it was he first time there. She wore a button that said its my birthday. The lady that took the food to the table made sure to point out the fact it was her birthday. While we were eating our food she came back and asked if she could give her a birthday present. Of course you can! It made her entire day. When we got up from eating my niece was like look there's a cow just like mine. Chick Fil A gave her a mini cow and a free dessert. The cow just like hers was a painting on the wall. I told her they love cows here. My niece then replied why is their name Chick Fil A? I told her it's because they want you to eat chicken instead of cows.

Excellent food as always. During the busy hours the lines are long for the drive through, but they move pretty quick for what it is. I’ve been going to this one for the majority of my life and I can say they never disappoint. Highly recommend

I'm very frustrated... While I enjoy the food at Chick-fil-A, normally... it kind of doesn't matter when they don't even give you the food you ordered. Today, I placed an online order through the app, and after they brought the bag out to my car, I (foolishly) didn't check to see if everything was in there. To my surprise, when I finally started unpacking our food, they had totally left out my customized spicy chicken sandwich (no vegetables; add bacon), which was the most expensive, biggest ticket item we had ordered. Weirdly enough, the correct sauces I'd asked for to go with it WERE in there. I'm just really annoyed... By the time I figured out the error, I didn't have time to go back and see if I could make it right before my lunch break was done. That level of lack of attention to detail just isn't acceptable when people are relying on you to give them the food you've ordered (and yes... I was still charged on my receipt for the sandwich I never got...)

Food was good but the experience was not. I went through the drive thru and all the workers were standing around talking about drinking and fireball shots, sad place to experience this since normally not the normal at any of this chains locations.

Ordered from the App and I went into the restaurant to get my order and the employee asked me what the name was on the order and I told him but no one brought my order to me, so I just waited for them to bring my food to me for carryout, and I waited and I waited and I waited and waited, finally another employee asked me what I was waiting for and I told him and then he went and picked up the order that was sitting there on the counter for quite some time and just hands it to me. Why did it take so long for an employee to bring out my order to me? I'm not understanding what happened!! And I would like an explanation please.

I had just picked up my MIL from the hospital and I hadn’t eaten all day it was 2pm. I asked for the market salad and told the lady I had an egg allergy. She wrote it in the ticket. We got our food and drove all the way to van buren to drop off my Mother in law then went home. Put my toddler down for a nap and finally sat down to eat. Exhausted, hungry, and I pull out my salad and it has a freshly cut hard boiled egg. Right on top. The salad doesn’t even come with eggs. But I guess they decided to ruin my day. Won’t go back.

Was my 1st ever visit and the staff was awesome. They made recommendations for what I should try etc. Food was great, hot, fresh, and delicious.

It's was ok. It took over 25minutes to get through the drive-thru. I did not get any napkins with my food. I ordered waffle fries and did not get them. And ask for the sampler size peppermint shake that they were advertising and got the regular size. The sandwich tasted good though

This is hands-down the most friendly and efficient fast food restaurant i've ever been to. Even when lines are long, I never spent very long waiting for my order. The staff are expertly trained and always kind and courteous. Also can't beat the food!

Please stop shorting me on these large fries that I order. I haven't even touched this and it keeps happening lately. Also, if you could throw away the burnt ones it'd be awesome! Love you! :-)

The food is pretty good, but not stellar or anything. The service was decent when we went through the drive through. It's a good place, nothing terrible happened, I'm just not that into Chick-fil-A, so take this review as just my opinion.

Employees were very sweet and helpful but the big hullabaloo over their chicken sandwich... I just didn't get it. It's okay not any better than other chicken sandwiches I have had. But the price for 4 small chicken strips and small waffle fry and a lemonade was $12. Prices are crazy high everywhere to eat out.

I brought my family in for dinner and a team lead I believe her name was Miss Terri(not sure on spelling), never ask us if we needed anything but serviced every table around us. Please let's lead by example, this establishment is wonderful to dine but if I continue to get this type of service I and anyone that I'm associated with, will know that thus establishment is a place where they discriminate. Please correct this, I don't like doing things like this because there are already to many issues others are faced with daily. God bless you!

It has been years since I had eaten at Chick-fil-A. I went thru the drive thru to get breakfast while waiting for an office to open, I ordered the biscuit and gravy and they no longer carry it on the menu, (it was my favorite), I ordered the chicken biscuit combo and I was not disappointed, the chicken biscuit was tender and flakey, the hashrounds were crisp and not greasy and the coffee had a great aroma and taste was fresh and not burnt. The staff took my order while in line and it was ready when I arrived at the window. The staff at the window was most friendly for early in the morning and that I appreciated. I really admire the standards that Chick-fil-A established and has maintained since it was created. Keep up the good work and I will be be back. I recommend to everyone if you want a great breakfast from a place that makes the morning start on a good note go to Chick-fil-A on Rogers Ave in Fort Smith, you wont regret it.

We stopped by this location after my son had surgery on his arm, all he wanted was a chicken sandwich but it was breakfast time. I asked if they would make him a chicken sandwich even though is was breakfast. I explained my son had just gotten out of surgery and for the ride home he wanted a chicken sandwich. The cashier told the manager our situation she came out and talked to me and told us they will make it and anything else on the menu and she will pay for it. I couldn't believe their kindness it was so nice i cried. I am sorry I don't have the cashier and mangers name but they went above and beyond that day. Thank you to the entire staff at this location they are amazing!!!

Ok, I love Chic-fil-A, but this is by far the worst ran location I have ever been to for customer service! Three times now I've walked in only to be greeted by employees mulling around behind the counter not working, or sitting at all the booths on break. Today I walked in after a lady and we both stood in line looking at the employees mulling around behind the counter talking and not acknowledging the customers. After 5 minutes of awkwardness, I left holding the door open for the lady who was in front of me also not served. And did I mention we were 1 and 2 in line. If anyone in corporate reads this, do an audit, change management!

Not only are they super yummy, but they should train all the other fast food joints on how to get customers through the line so efficiently. Love that they redesigned their drive thru to cure the traffic issues on rogers Ave too. They can't help that everyone loves what they serving up!

Told them cheese mayonnaise tomato only on a thin chicken sandwich size. I got a thick nasty chicken sandwich with no cheese and they added pickles which I can’t stand pickles very gross. I only come here for the thin chicken patty and specifically told the girl that that took my order also they didn’t add tomatoes or cheese to my daughters order either . Fayetteville is alot better but guess ft smith ruins everything

Look, it's Chic-Fil-A. The service is on point, the food is fresh and they aren't stingy with the sauce. Those waffel fries and Chick-fil-A dipping sauce are just purely amazing. We all know they are closed on Sunday, so I guess you better stock up on Saturdays. Lol

If ONLY, at least 1 out of 4 times our order would have everything we ordered and paid for, I might give it a 3 star. The food is usually pretty good, but it sure stinks when 1 person out of 7 doesn't get part or all of their meal. When we pulled up to the window there at least 4 girls outside the window. One asked our name so they could find the bag but no one ever asked our name, so when we started to give them the size and some info on what we ordered, they just looked for the biggest bag and when my sister explained that the last 4 or 5 times we had items missing and could they double check the order.... they just handed her the bag and drinks and walked off. It would be rude of us to block the line in order to verify we got everything, so we pulled over in the parking lot and did the best we could in the limited front seat. Of course, again we were missing items and NO ONE wants to drive back across town when the family is trying to have dinner. NOT GOOD AND GETTING REALLYYY OLD!

My friend took me to Chick-fil-A restaurant with my friends last February and they were enjoying to eat something for it.

The bathroom was clean and was properly stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels (enough for the use of my party at least—I didn’t notice if there were extra toilet rolls or paper towels available). I appreciated that there was a step stool for my four-year-old to use. Even the corner of the counter had been cut to a 45-degree angle to afford more space for traffic in the ladies’ room and to prevent bruised hips! There were many people waiting on food when I entered the restroom, as well as multiple lines of cars outside (it was around 1 p.m. on a Thursday), but by the time I came out of the restroom, all orders for those waiting inside had apparently been filled since it was suddenly empty. I had zero wait time! The cashier listened well, and I didn’t have to repeat anything. She did seek clarification when I said I wanted two kid’s nugget meals that I wanted fried nuggets and french fries rather than grilled nuggets and some other side. I asked for a milk shake to split between my two sons and an extra cup and lid for that purpose. She wasn’t sure how to ring it up “properly” but figured out a work-around herself, without help, of coupling the milkshake to one meal and a water to another. I was pleased when she didn’t give me the extra water that I didn’t want but simply used it as a placeholder. She even put two cherries on the milkshake since she knew I was splitting it. When another server handed me my food (to go), he asked if I had straws and grabbed some for me, even though they were only a few feet away from us. It was very kind. Service like this is why Chick-fil-A is thriving—and why I am a happy customer! Thanks, CFA!

Staff was great the young lady that took my order also saved me from a spider on my window. She fearlessly swept it away so i could roll my window down. Food was good except i tried the mac n chesse for the first time and was not a fan. Well be going back when the budget allows it.

Michelle was absolutely amazing! She’s in training, but so helpful and caring. One of our team didn’t even get a drink and after she came up she went the extra step to get him a cup of water. Food came out so quick and completely as we ordered. Definitely doing great things here.

This is the worst experience we've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We live in Oklahoma City and love eating at Chick-fil-A all the time and anywhere we travel. The person (male) taking the order said, "can I take your order?" Followed by, "what next", "what next", after every item. He never asked if we wanted it to be a meal, if we wanted any sauces, or anything additional items. He obviously was not interested in doing his job properly nor accurately. When we received our order, we left and got back on the highway, only to realize our order was incorrect! The food we were given was good, but not what we ordered. We will not patronize this location again.

So far no other CFA has come close to comparing to our favorite location, & we've gone to a few locations all across the country. The chick fil a in Hinesville, GA is definitely superior to all other Chick-fil-As when it comes to over all experience IMO. Fort Smith's chick fil a of course has the same delicious food, friendly staff, a little less customer traffic, & unfortunately speed of service is lacking by a few minutes. BUT compared to all other locations they are right on pare & doing great. Especially considering they are the only location in town. Now do I know all the factors they have put in place that contribute to their current speed of serive? Absolutely not, this is only our first visit here so it will be something I'll learn over the course of our time here in AR. Will the slightly slower service keep us from coming back? Absolutely not.

Good not great. Cashier was young and new so not usual service level. Wanted a christmas cow but they were out. But place was clean and food was good. One staff member wearing pentagram earrings was a shock so maybe remind her she works for a Christian company.

The service and the quality of the food is top notch. They have an excellent crew. For the amount of people they take care of, their crew does an amazing job. And, they do it in a timely manner.

My sandwich didn’t make it into my bag when I went through the drive thru. I had kids in the car so I was planning on feeding them and getting them down for naps and called to see is I could get a refund. They went above and beyond and delivered my sandwich plus a cookie. They are always wonderful but this was so kind.
