I'm trying Fuji out for the first time at the hibachi grill, making new friends and trying the volcano roll, lobster, shrimp inside a foil package, and set on fire Then I ordered the combination filet mignon and shrimp and the Filet mignon and chicken. First, the roll had a smokey taste, which was amazing, fully cooked, and not raw. Rice had a smokey flavor, and I'm not sure, might be smokey pepper or smokey salt, whichever it is all amazing. Great Father's Day treat for my husband

12/26/22: what a show! Great customer service and the food is worth the price. Come for your birthday and you’ll get a little extra show.

Miso Soup, Edamame and salad started us off. We both ordered off lunch menu and it was amazing. Everything was prepared properly and delivery to our table was pretty quick. We did go when they opened so we could get home still early. Hibachi grill looked like another visit for dinner.

The food and service was very good. We didn't have a long wait for the hibachi grill. My only complaint was they drowned my salad. So I recommend getting dressing on the side. The scallops were my favorite , they were perfection.

Most recent visit (10/2023):Pan fried pork dumplings are 5 stars. Shrimp was great. Draft beer isn’t cold enough. Our waiter was awesome. We take the kids here occasionally & they think it’s fun to sit at the hibachi grill. The taste & quality of the food served, though, is not the greatest. With that said, we’ll continue to take kiddos here, but if it’s just my Husband and I- this would be one of the last places we’d choose.

The chefs are fantastic, funny, and great cooks, and the sushi rolls are top notch. Good atmosphere for family's and reasonably priced as well. The portions are huge, so be prepared to get a to go box to take the rest home with you.

It was Mother’s Day - it was very busy yet there was only ONE bartender - Brittany - who did the best she could considering. And during my visit I learned Jessica saved the life of a woman that was choking. I was very impressed by most of the staff. But management needs to take note. I ordered the $14 chicken fried rice and there were no peas, no carrots, very little fried egg - so I basically paid for rice and some chicken cooked in a wok.

Fun experience! You will most likely sit at table with strangers but still easy to be private. Lots of food for the price.

Took my mom for her birthday. We had so much fun. Our server was very attentive. Made sure we had our refills when we needed them and he was also very nice. The chef was so fun. He played with my son and the other girl from the family sat with us. He handled last minute changes to orders like the professional he is and even handled a confused guest with so much patience and understanding. We will definitely be back and can't wait for the fun again.

Most hibachi places are very similar and this was no different. Food was decent. I got filet and shrimp. I will say they drowned my salad in dressing - I couldn’t tell if I was eating soup or salad! Way too much. They were pouring my doubles on my beverages as well without telling me. It’s fine - but someone else may have been very upset about that. Service was a little slow but they were nice.

Kinda annoying that you must have 2 or more people to be seated at hibachi. They also require all members of your party to be present before they will seat you. The food is always amazing. Decent sushi specials at lunch too.

Try the udon noodles, they are better than hibachi noodles in my opinion. Crab Rangoon and Edamame are the best appetizers!

Excellent food and service. The attention to customer service is beyond par. Honestly, the longest wait was for seating for the hibach, but not bad. 20 min wait- which is acceptable. Deducted one star due to the chef losing control of his spatula and hitting my son.

Our family went to Fuji Steakhouse after our son's graduation and had a great experience. The hibachi chef was very funny, engaging, and prepared our lunch perfectly. Seating was fast, and the employees were all friendly and helpful. I'm from Wisconsin and was just visiting, but we'll definitely becoming back when we come down to visit our son again. Thank you for a very nice experience.

Great interior, very clean. About a 9 minute wait between getting a table and beginning of appetizers. Had the crab rangoon, which while small, was very delicious. Also had the crunchy phoenix, which was amazing, and strangely… green? All considered, would totally come back here! Great food for the price!

Went out to eat, for my birthday was really good. Enjoyed the meal. The waitress service was not so great but I enjoyed my time anyway Plus they were busy.

Couple of the app sampler items were cold in the center but they offered to replace them no charge. The server was polite and timely. The place was clean and well set up. The food was really good otherwise.

Slow service. Food not fresh like other sushi places. If you order hot tea it come just small cup.

First, they have a huge sushi menu. I did not even look at it because our party of 14 were all there for hibachi. From the laughter staggered all around I think they have a talented staff and you don't have to be concerned with getting a specific person. I am 70 and just don't eat as much as I used to. Many places allow seniors to order of the children's menu. They are generous with the take out boxes and our waitress graciously suggested two people could order one selection and then split it. I will do that in the future but this time I sent home my leftovers with the family in our party with two 20 year old sons. They are always hungry. I heard happy birthday being sung through the resteraunt. I don't know if they justvdi that or if every party always has a birthday to celebrate. We dis. Everytime I have gone for hibachi it was because someone in the party had a birthday. We had 14 in our party. The sitting would have held 21. I did notice some smaller tables. Ours had two grill so everyone could see clearly. The only reason I did not give kt a 6 is because there was a background oder of burnt oil. Think of how the meals are prepared. What would you expect? Yet I have never smelled it at any other grill at the table resteraunt I have been to. And I have absolutely no idea how it can be avoided.

In town for work, so had lunch with family. They close at 2:30p but got us in just after 2pm for the 3 of us. Friendly staff and cook was great.

We ordered the honey chicken bento box and a few specialty rolls. All of the food was tasty and the wait staff was friendly!

Food was good but the menu was confusing. We ordered traditional meals and got charged more then what the menu said. Our chef was fun. Not sure we will come back anytime soon.

Tonight this place was busy, placed my Togo order, 2 octopus nigiri, 2 tuna nigiri, and a eel roll. Set down to wait and in less than 5 min my order was ready. Got home and tray was packed nicely, both tuna and Octopus was very good. Eel roll on the other hand was outta this world good!!

First time eating here and it was wonderful. The whole experience was awesome watching them cook it in front of you. My friend and I shared a meal and it was plenty enough for the both of us and still had alot to take home. I will definitely be eating there again. All the staff were very perfersonal and nice.

The sushi is the best in the area. Our kids (and my husband) love the hibachi grill.

My favorite sushi place in town. We recently got the party platter and it was amazing. Such a variety of sushi. You also get soups/salads. Also, the best yum yum sauce. You can get large bottles to take home!

Had a great time at Fuji's me and my family enjoyed ourselves very much. The gentleman who served us was the best. I had never had someone who was there for all are needs. Our grandson was hungry and the young man got his plate for him as soon as it was ready before our food came. Whoever this young man was I give him the five stars he makes Fuji's the best.
