When I walked in no one welcomed me or my friends. After we found a table the lady took our order and got us our beverages. The tables are a bit small for 4 as I was having difficultly keeping everything in front of me. I ran out of orange juice in the middle of my meal, and no one asked if I wanted a refill. Also, we heard a lot of job drama while eating our food. The food wasn’t bad though. I just think the service could’ve been improved.

We were patient we seen she was new...but she didn't ask if we wanted Any refill until we were leaving (NONE 🤔 ) we ordered hash browns AND grits she brings hash browns no grits or the biscuit and gravy (even tho the manager walked over to us with her and said do y'all want hash browns and grits it can save you 3 bucks , response was "yes" she also asked if we wanted Both the toast and biscuit with gravy we said Both ...food comes no grits no biscuits and No gravy we tell her AND we get halfway through our meal (no joke I don't play with the gravy 😂 🥺)and the biscuit with gravy and grits come out 🤦then takes the bill and charges 3 more dollars for what food we already had on the bill she didn't Need to Add anything it was already on there 😕 At this point I Just Paid it and left p.s there was only me and 1 table of 2 ppl cook was off the chain and the waitress was nice and polite no attitude ...we just wanted food on the menu that is offered Together to come Together and have hot coffee ☕ 😕🥺 I don't leave bad reviews I really don't encounter this often, in places we go.

Overall, it was a good experience. Food was as expected, right on par with Waffle House cuisine.. staff friendly with smiling faces...

Would normally have given a five star. The service was friendly as to be expected, nothing to wow, but friendly. The food good. However I was trying to order steak, eggs and hash browns. While asking me how I wanted my eggs the waitress stopped herself and told me that I do not get eggs instead two hashbrowns. Fine I'll eat it but I had to stop her to personalize my hashbrowns. This establishment and chain from all I can tell is going downhill. First bad experience in a waffle house in a lifetime of family dinners Herr. Could have been better for mine and my mothers first time since my dad passed away.

Haven't been to one in a good while, but it was a good thing! Cheery waitress, clean facility, and the food was quite tasty.

They have the best hash browns you'll ever have and the sausages have so much flavor. I would recommend this to anyone that likes breakfast.

Went for breakfast. Waitress was very good and friendly. The food was not good. The eggs were under cooked. Bacon was not done. Toast wasn't even sure it was toasted. Cook only seems to cook how he wants not what's ordered. Wondering actually knows how to cook or can only cook one way. Won't be going back till he can cook eggs the way they are ordered. Most of the time you have to eat so fast or you'll end up eating cold eggs because they keep ac blowing full blast on cold for a cook that can't cook

The food was not as good as I remembered it. The place was packed and understaffed when I got there and the waitress was doing her best to keep up with the demand. Overall I was satisfied with my experience

One of my favorite breakfast places. It's a greesy spoon joint with awesome people and good inexpensive meals . Plus who doesn't love pecan waffles.

We enjoy going to visit this Waffle House at least once a week. They treat us like family and the food is always delicious.

Wonderful I asked for a Mr.pip was told I wasn't allowed to have a drink unless I order my food first! Didn't argue with the shift supervisor the place was busy so I asked for a coffee and planned on ordering food after I got settled and knew what I wanted, the shift supervisor declined to take my order after I milked out a coffee for a hour I noticed the behavior of the place change when they gentleman walked in and I proceeded to simply ask may I please order some food she said yes. Greatly appreciate the gentleman who works there and spoke up and said "I've never heard of that policy before", shift supervisor spoke up and proceed with it's a rule and a simple one people need to follow rules" I wore a. Black shirt with an American flag, with blue jeans, to the other customers that were there

I hadn't had Waffle House in over 20 years and suddenly had a craving. Went here with my family and it was just what I needed! Nothing beats a side of crispy Waffle House bacon either! The restaurant was super clean, and the staff members were awesome - there when you need them, but not bugging you while you eat. I love being able to watch the cook prepare my food, and that really only happens at Waffle House!

It was 10 minutes before a waitress came to take our order. No one asked if I needed a refill on coffee. I had 2 bites of food left on my plate and the waitress reached for my plate and asked if I was done. The food was very good but the service was really bad.

Everyone at this Waffle House was very polite and friendly. Our waitress Andrea, was excellent! The Cooks was awesome and they made my food perfect and my well done Waffle perfect 🧇 . Thank you again, stay blessed.

Upon entry there was 6-8 people waiting to be seated or to pay for their food. A large section of the dining area was blocked off. There were only 3 booths and the counter area to eat at. It appeared the staff had no clue what was going on. There was 6 or more behind the counter running into each other and talking about a few more minutes. We figured out a few more minutes meant shift change. A gal took our order, didn’t pass us on to new shift. They had to create a new ticket even because they couldn’t find the original. I will say the new cook that came in was very nice and helped to get us out of there. The food was good and the cleanliness was okay.

The waffles had a vanilla flavor and tasted wonderful. Hashbrowns we added onion and cheese, they were delicious 😋. The only thing is about the eggs, is that the last bite, was egg shells. Had to spit that out. Other than that. Everything was good. Coffee was great.

I just love me some Waffle House. The staff was super friendly. The food came out hot and fresh tasting. Very pleased we stopped while on the road!

This is the best waffle house I've been too. They were nice made sure we had everything we needed and ordered. Food was cook perfect not burned or under cooked. I tipped the cook because he did an awesome job. The place was clean. All together I would recommend going here to eat. A big thanks to the crew work there

The waiteress was rude and had a bad attitude. Our food was cooked wrong and my egg was not even cooked it was runny and gross. They had someone quit the day we went to eat and they took it out on every person who walked in. They showed poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Let me just preface this review by saying I LOVE Waffle House. I’ve eaten at this particular one for years and have eaten at Waffle House locations across multiple states. Love the food, and I’m still going to eat there. This location has kind of gotten on my nerves though. Around Covid we started doing pick up orders and just eating at home. Been doing this for a year or two now, rarely eat inside. Every. Single. Time. Our order is messed up. It has gotten to the point where we stand at the counter and dismantle our order before paying and have them correct everything. It’s usually minor stuff but come on. Every single time! Feel like I get a little attitude as well when I start going through it and pointing every thing out. Awhile back they royally messed up our order and I don’t know how but we missed some items we didn’t get. Called back and complained and I guess the manager or someone in charge gave us their name and said next time we ordered to food to drop her name and she’d give us the items we were missing that time. They literally said “I’m always here, I’ll fix it. Just give my name next time.” We’ve tried at least once, maybe twice now to get the extra items and every time it’s “Oh, she’s not here today we can’t do that.” Foods always great. Not one complaint about food or quality. Just want them to get their stuff together!

INCREDIBLE, Super busy and the waiters were just absolutely amazing. 9 am too so the good vibes were nice. Tammy was our waitress and she was just down to earth sweet and adorable. Highly recommend!!

First of all there was a rag on our table so I wiped it off. My waffle wasn't cooked all the was through and my bacon looked like scraps picked over from a buffet. They cooked another waffle for me when I complained but didnt apologize. Sorry to say it was not a good meal.

The lady that took our order over the phone had an entire conversation with other people ad we placed our order, it took a lot longer to get our food than it should have, and there was a dog running around inside without anyone supervising him. We ate some of what was ordered (only because we watched them prepare our food) but it just wasn't very good. Disappointing!!

Yelled across the restaurant for us to move because we were sitting in a section that was closed. Numerous people were sitting in that section leading us to believe the kids that were playing with the dividers had put them up. It would have been courteous for Lisa to ask us to move rather than yell that it was closed and we needed to move. I normally eat at the van buren location, should have today.

We love the atmosphere and the simple food. Very good value for the money, and efficient, friendly staff.

Wow. We had had the WORST time ever what with experiencing car trouble, having to rent a car, having to drive back to get our car, etc etc etc. FINALLY on the day we were able to leave to drive home, we decided to stop here for breakfast before hitting the road. Best choice EVER! Tammy and the entire crew there were simply amazing. My eggs (always difficult to master under the best of circumstances) were perfection. I had mentioned to Tammy our waitress how much I loved mixed fruit jelly and how difficult it was to obtain ... bless her heart, she made a special effort to slip me an extra pack or two. We *never* lacked a refill on our drinks ... we *never* felt abandoned - - - honestly, the BEST Waffle House I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. Thanks to ALL there for sending us off in grand style!!!

I'm sorry we didn't take any pics but the food was very rough. There was new cook with no experience and no time to train her as it was busy. Bacon was super burnt, hash browns not fully heated on one edge and barely brown on the other edge. Lots of other issues but nonetheless, it was a very poor experience and this seems to be the new trend at this type of restaurant. Thank you for your time and I'm not sure if I would risk going to this location unless you are prepared to be very disappointed. Have a blessed day. P. S. The young manager with light brown skin was very very nice but seemed to have very little experience in a management position.

The restaurant is dirty. Table was sticky. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to call out our order after taking it. There was two other people in there that already had your order. So they were waiting on nothing. They went to the back of the store instead and talked and then came out. Then realized we were there again I guess. So they called out our order. The BLT came with extremely black burnt bacon, and they acted like it was okay.

Service was great, food was great. No complaints here. I had breakfast & my kids had dinner. Nothing beats breakfast for dinner.

I always just get the grits sausage egg and cheese bowl it's always ready when I come pick it up. Very good food.

It's a waffle house. Food was consistent with others across the country as expected. Service was decent as expected. Atmosphere was strange but that's mostly due to the clientele at the time we were there. Otherwise it's just like any waffle house I've been to.

This Waffle House does NOT shut down or even remotely care about the safety of their customers when there are professionals who have to come in and clean their vent hoods/grills. I saw how they treated these professionals (with snarky attitudes and no care to if the business was letting in customers or not, even after the professionals advised them numerous times that they had to close down for an hour [out of the 24 they're open] to ensure the safety of their customers). No telling how unhygienic and grimy the employees actually are at the establishment, or what they let do in the food as they cook it. I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to eat here after seeing such blunt disregard for their customer's safety. This Waffle House should be thankful that those professionals saved their restaurant from any grease fires the way management runs that place! Absolutely disgusting. If they're not reported to corporate, I will make sure the Arkansas Department of Health knows about them.

In their defense they were super busy, the server barely checked our table , by the time the food got to us we were beyond hungry but no one finished their plate, we got to go boxes and paid our way and left way over priced for the quality of food, and as we were leaving a manager was yelling at an employee she was fired. Over all not worth it, my kids , husband and I don't recommend

I don't remember who our waitress was but, she forgot about us after she delivered our food except for when she dropped our ticket off. Thankful the cook and other waitress paid attention to our drinks etc.
