preface
this
review
by
saying
I
LOVE
Waffle
House.
I’ve
eaten
at
this
particular
one
for
years
and
have
eaten
at
Waffle
House
locations
across
multiple
states.
Love
the
food,
and
I’m
still
going
to
eat
there.
This
location
has
kind
of
gotten
on
my
nerves
though.
Around
Covid
we
started
doing
pick
up
orders
and
just
eating
at
home.
Been
doing
this
for
a
year
or
two
now,
rarely
eat
inside.
Every.
Single.
Time.
Our
order
is
messed
up.
It
has
gotten
to
the
point
where
we
stand
at
the
counter
and
dismantle
our
order
before
paying
and
have
them
correct
everything.
It’s
usually
minor
stuff
but
come
on.
Every
single
time!
Feel
like
I
get
a
little
attitude
as
well
when
I
start
going
through
it
and
pointing
every
thing
out.
Awhile
back
they
royally
messed
up
our
order
and
I
don’t
know
how
but
we
missed
some
items
we
didn’t
get.
Called
back
and
complained
and
I
guess
the
manager
or
someone
in
charge
gave
us
their
name
and
said
next
time
we
ordered
to
food
to
drop
her
name
and
she’d
give
us
the
items
we
were
missing
that
time.
They
literally
said
“I’m
always
here,
I’ll
fix
it.
Just
give
my
name
next
time.”
We’ve
tried
at
least
once,
maybe
twice
now
to
get
the
extra
items
and
every
time
it’s
“Oh,
she’s
not
here
today
we
can’t
do
that.”
Foods
always
great.
Not
one
complaint
about
food
or
quality.
Just
want
them
to
get
their
stuff
together!
