I’m convinced most of the 5 star reviews are from people that haven’t gone here on a consistent basis or from years ago. I’ve tried to given this braums so many chances, I work right around the corner so it’s very convenient. However, at this point it’s become a joke at my work because of how many times I’ve sworn I wouldn’t go back and keep giving them a second chance. They constantly mess things up, leave items off burgers, I’ve gotten a chicken sandwich when I’ve ordered a burger and gotten a burger when I ordered a chicken sandwich, like ridiculous mistakes that should never happen, on a consistent basis. One of the things I don’t even expect them to do (because they just don’t do it when I ask 9/10 times) but, still ask for is to put the sandwich sauce on the side. As you can see they missed it yet again, however like I said I expected that. I didn’t expect the fries to be inedible and burger to be quite literally slapped together.

Some of the best chain restaurant burgers you can find especially for the price. The cost is the wait times are usually much longer than other fast food options. The fresh market is a nice addition and a savvy shopper can save some money too. The app is pretty worthless unless you want to pickup groceries.

This place has got to be one of the more ran down under staffed facilities I've been to . First off I seen maybe five workers 3 in back 2 up front. I wanted at least 5 mins for someone to take my order Thier was one other family in the dining area. The food was good and hot also got ice cream everything was made right and quick. The store it self was dirty all aspects the back where they were cooking the dining area and the bathrooms . Trash everywhere tables were dirty and sticky . I hope this was just a bad day I will visit again and update.

Went here with my family this evening 10/2/22. They took my order at 5:44 pm. Didn't get my 6 person order till 6:07 and grilled chicken salad was wrong.took them more than 5 minutes to start making new one and was told it will take another six minutes to be ready. Just got refund. This store is messing up bad. This is not the first problem I've had with this store. Also manager was not very pleasent to deal with. I will not be back to braums to eat.

It has been a lot better, I have been a little disappointed in the past, but I was very pleased this time. The young lady that took my order done a great job (I'm sorry I can't remember her name but it was very unique and I know it was pretty cause I told her so). The food was very good even though I took it about a mile and half away the fry's were still warm when they have never been before. They are always very nice. Keep up the good work. Great job.

I love Braums I love their burgers I love their ice cream. Why in the world can I not add a lettuce and tomato to a Burger that does not come with it. It's a very simple request yet they always refuse. Update on this order. I ordered the barbecue bacon cheeseburger. I asked for lettuce and tomato, they refused. I received my order at the window continued to drive down Rogers Avenue eating my French fries. Finally open my Burger only to realize it was just a plain Burger with cheese and mayonnaise.

Busy! Clean and friendly. On site parking, but difficult to get into from the opposite side of traffic. Ft Smith drivers are aggressive and fast. Beautiful outside seating area with a view of Carol Ann Cross Park right across Roger's Ave.

Timely service for lunch time. Fresh food. Tried the new chipotle burger and braums sauce and it was delicious.

Great place get awesome ice cream and burger and fries. They all so have a little market in their to buy foods items and other stuff come check them out.their chocolate milk omg is the best if u love thick and creamy rich chocolate like me omg come check them out if u haven't they rock everybody is nice employees are great service is great.

We live about 37 miles from Fort Smith, I often come by for a chocolate malt Today..we dined inside the store and the food was excellent! I will highly recommend this To all my friends! Thanks for your quality and obviously good management. Larry White

The lady who worked there totally made my day. I believe her name was Jordan, and she was so kind and very professional. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about my experience there and where to go for all their take-out/ice-cream needs. Love this place most delicious ice cream, burgers, fries, chicken, but today was way different then most day.... My mother got a burger plain she got guacamole on her burger, also order a 8 piece chicken tender combo and get only 4 chicken tenders. Didn't feel like going all the way back.

If it werent for the young troublemakers in the parking lot associated and employeed there cursing and threatning to get violent in the parking lot on more than a couple occasions it would be a 5 star experiance

Took a few minutes before someone took our order, but they were pleasant and answered my question. Had chili combo, very good! My grandson enjoyed his eggnog shake

Great food, great service, great prices. Really can't beat this place. French Fries, chocolate shake, and a grilled chicken and smoked Gouda sandwich with Apple Habanero BBQ sauce, Jalapeños, Bacon, and Mayonnaise on an Artisan Multi=Grain Bun.

Had some delicious burgers and malts at the one on Rogers ave. Very good visit and enjoyed our food outside. The inside could use a little more cleaning but the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and we had it in a timely manner too.

The employee at the icecream counter today was awesome! She was patient with my 2.5 year old over what flavor he wanted. Just wanted to say Thanks! And Braums is awesome!

Quick service with a smile. You gotta love the ice cream. Especially, when you have a sick child with strep. It’s the first place we visit after the doctor. My daughter has chronic strep and we are on our way to getting her tonsils taken out but in the meantime, it’s our first stop.

Great food! Their are two locations on Rogers Ave. depending on time of day, and what I’m getting depends on which one I go to, but never had an issue with either one. If you haven’t tried to our, I would definitely recommend it!

A local delicious dairy & ice cream chain. I look forward to visiting each time I am in the Oklahoma & Arkansas area. Husband loves the banana split. I enjoy a double scoop in a cup. Mom enjoys a Hot Fudge Sundae. All delicious.

Never underestimate the impact of good ice cream. Every time I’m back in Braums country, we stop. Every time I forget how good it is. Every time I am reminded. Best peanut butter cup ice cream I’ve ever had. And it’s my favorite kind of ice cream.

I love this place! I’ve been pleased with this location for several years now. I stop in at least once a week most weeks 4-5 days a week. The staff there put a smile on my face every time! The food is always good the drinks are $1 every day before 10:30 any size. I’d recommend the big country breakfast to anyone. inexpensive and a good meal. To the staff at this location I want y’all to know your awesome! And thank all of you very much. I appreciate y’all.

I live near this location and my family frequents it out of convenience. So I feel like I have ample experience here to state that they would benefit from new management and improved employee training. Orders are consistently wrong, the drive through window employees struggle placing orders professionally, and wait times are often in the 15-20 minute range (occasionally longer). I’ve stopped pulling forward when they ask me to pull up to the rail to wait for my order, because they appear to often forget that they have people waiting. Employee turnover seems to be high, which is not uncommon in the fast food sector. That being said, this seems to indicate a need for new management who can help fix poor processes, train employees to operate efficiently, and as a result improve their interactions with customers.

Their ice cream is still good as always!! They greeted me when I entered and thanked me for coming in and encouraged me to have a nice day! That's why I will only go them for delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt!! Thanks Braum's! ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊

OhMG, I went in Braums, for the first time the other day, and now I live there!!! There prices are so good, and you can get things like " biscuits and gravy" old fashioned limeade and for so cheap you won't believe. Pretty fast service and clean atmosphere. You'll love it!!! Not kidding!

I love braums but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to... Went bcuz it was the first one seen off the highway during our road trip. After ordering the food I was told to pull to the end of the railing. Waited for about 6-10 min, honestly not bad at all. However my food was cold. I had no problem waiting I've just never in my life had to wait for cold food.

This place is always great. We're transplants from California and discovered Braum's accidentally. I said "Husband?! I accidentally changed the GPS address on the dash. What has happened to Braums. Hamburgers were soggy French fries taste like they had been nuked in the microwave Coke tasted like it was watered down. Not one thing I ordered was worth eating or drinking

They were very prompt at the drive through and our ice cream was good. We did not eat a meal from this location, so I can't speak to their food prep. I would be willing to go back for food based on the limited experience we did have.

Malt shake was nothing more than powdered malt, milk, and chocolate syrup. Was interesting to watch it being made and more grotesque to try and drink (three sips and done ordeal). The sundae we ordered wasn't bad but following the rest of the family ordering I soon became concerned of the disgusting upkeep of the ice cream counter and even more so the two young men working the counter with: long hair, no hair nets, contaminated gloves (handled non-food items then directly handling toppings by hand), etc. We will not be back.

Braum's was a fabulous eating experience for me I had a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on top first before I ate my number one meal in-house not to go. I love the ketchup experience at braum's as I can get as much as I need in a cup instead of not enough and a plastic pouch. The crinkle fries reminds me of orida and they're my favorite overall no complaints 100 plus score on experience and taste thank you Brahms for delicious lunch.

Ice cream by the cone, ice cream by the cup, ice cream by the bucket. Ice cream in a shake, ice cream in a banana split, ice cream in a sundae. That's what I like and that's what I bought. A large cherry amaretto shake. Consumed my delight as I drove down the interstate, thinking how lucky I was and how unfortunate all those other drivers were who didn't have presence of mind enough to stop at Braum's. 'Course if they had, the wait would have been too long and I'd have had to forego my ice cream pleasure. Guess it's a good thing for me everybody doesn't like Braum's as much as me. I'm mostly a morning person, and for me its a nice quiet place fore me to get a little reading done. They also make me a special request since I'm on a diet. Its 5 burritos without tortillas.

Went there this morning for breakfast. I got my coffee and sat and waited for the meal. During this time I could see some people going through the drive through to order. I sat and waited longer. I was almost done with my coffee when a lady called out my number. She said she was sorry for the wait. They had served every last drive through customer first (even those who showed up after me). I told the lady she was not sorry and the drive through times was where the bonus money is in the paycheck. The bonus is more important than the customer at this store. So. If you go inside to eat, you will wait a very long time for your order.
