šŸ˜  I walked into the room and I do a walk around for security and cleanliness purposes. There was urine on the bathroom floor and the sheets were dirty. I walked into the room and I do a walk around for security and cleanliness purposes. There was urine on the bathroom floor and the sheets were dirty. I originally booked a non-smoking room as I am not a smoker and find the smell less than pleasant. When I went to the front desk I spoke to Jerry. Upon check in he was friendly and polite. When I complained about the room and requesting someone to come clean it properly he made me reiterate my complaints to the house keeper (I did not catch her name) but they became what I perceived as hostile and rude. They both rolled there eyes and the housekeeper threw her head back and said something which I have only seen a child do. Jerry snapped at my husband and I asking us what we expected them to do. I asked for them to rectify the situation. So the house keeper was sent to our room. She tried to convince me that the dried fluid in question was not urine but in fact cleaner which she sprayed and wipe with a rag that Iā€™m not sure was clean. Nothing was done about the sheets. I had my husband pick a new hotel and we booked a new one immediately. We had to wait for the manager to return to process our refund. He gave me the run around about a refund. Do not believe the photos the hotel post. The room was dingy, dirty, and the place is in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. Being from Fort Smith I knew booking on Townson was hit or miss but my recommendation to anyone who is not from the area stick to hotels near Rogers Avenue or book a hotel by the airport. Do not venture from the main strip. I am disappointed that this is the hospitality was less than but I guess when I venture into certain parts of town I cannot expect a sunny disposition.

I had to clean out my own shower. It was nasty. The blankets were nasty. Please check your room. The pillow cases were nasty. I only stayed there on an emergency if someone else. Whew Chile

Paid for nonsmoke room, got a dirty smoking room. While in line outside lobby, to check in, was actually attacked by another guest's dog, but owner at desk did nothing, expressed no concern, could not have cared less. Overall, more like a cheap, mediocre place in India, in which I actually have lived and appreciate (i.e. this is not random chauvinism) not a budget hotel in the U.S. Don't stay here unless you are desparate.

Had a refrigerator but no microwave.. water flooded the floor when you showered and breakfast consisted of a mini muffin, a granola bar or an apple. The location is in the middle of skid row and the next morning I witnessed the person collecting the linens peeking thru the curtain of the room next door.

High price for what you don't get, people don't pick up after there dogs, and dogs running with out leash. No microwave in rooms bugs ,cockroasts. That's all you get is a room for high price. Super 8 went down hill big time.

I had a awful experience! Super 8 used to be my favorite Motel. I was sitting on the front steps trying to get into an app to reserve a motel room when the owner walked by. He alerted the people at the front desk not to rent to me. I had already paid for the reservation and they still turned me away. Instead of assuming that we were just loitering I feel like he should have assessed the situation differently. I will never again reserve a room at Super 8 they really don't care about you

Room we got was fine although I cleaned it myself because wasn't up to my cleanliness level. If hotels had a few employee's or contracted someone to go through and deep clean there rooms every so often they would have better ratings as far as cleanliness goes in my opinion. Cleaning rooms is hard work and there usually rushed and not given enough time to properly clean so I don't blame them. Anyway staff is friendly. The dog area clearly states to clean up after your Animals but it's not enforced so watch your step there is feces on the filthy stairs. The washer doesnt work and there dryer is ancient and last I checked had qtrs jammed in it so it was down also. Not recommend for kids nothing for them to do.

Roaches and flies. The bed are hard and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. No actually comforter just a sheet, a fleece and curtain like topper . šŸ˜‚then had to nerve to charge $85 a night . What a joke

The front desk man is very helpful and friendly. The housekeeper is also nice. The rooms are low budget but clean. There's an area to walk your dog. It's very quiet.

Room was discusting. Wreaked of smoke for a non-smoking room. Sheets were filthy with burn holes on bedding. Bugs in the room. Hotel clerk had to walk us to our room b/c there was no key to give us. Cigarette butts in the vending machine. Stains all over the Chair. No phone in the room to call front desk. Room was so gross, we didn't stay.

This place is a joke bug's and blood on blankets and very dirty inside the beds are hard as laying in the floor it definitely don't deserve 1 star. From a 1-5. I give it a 000 definitely goin to try get my money back I could go on for every but if I only would have read the reviews before booking room but there wasn't any other motels available

Short black hair in shower, I originally thought it was a Crack in the plastic but it was a hair. Sign says hot breakfast, all they have is waffles, cold cereal, muffins, danishes, yogurt, coffee, tea. Orange juice was down, so you could get ice cold water. Restaurants are within walking distance. I originally booked a king bed, they replaced it with 2 queens as I am handicapped and the king they had for me was on second floor, all they have are stairs, no elevators . Pool was available . The bathroom was so small the sink is in the main room just outside the bathroom.

Kind of what you expect from a motel but this was pretty horrible. Stains on the sheets, roaches, weird brown stains on the floor, not up to code bathroom installations, dirty towels. The front desk concierge was also quite rude. We needed a bathroom during checkin and he told us there is no bathroom in there. How does that make sense. Anyway, if this is the standard they should charge $20 a night, not $48. Save yourself the trouble and the unhygienic experience and stay somewhere else.

Paid for a non-smoking room and they even confirmed that with me at check in, but placed us in a clearly smoking room. It stunk very badly and there were at least 10 burn holes in the top bed cover. I took pictures and went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. He gave us another room that did smell fine and seemed to be non smoking. There were a couple cockroaches walking around and one in the shower curtain, and two dead ones on the floor. The "breakfast" is just coffee, tea, and chewy granola bars, so really they should not advertise breakfast. Nextdoor neighbors were loud and in and out of the room all night. Would not recommend and definitely would not stay here alone.

One star because zero is not an option. I never complain about a room, nor do I leave bad reviews but this place was HORRIBLE. The room was disgusting and smelled awful. There also seems to be A LOT of permanent residents here, most of which were not in their right mind. The people living in the room next to ours were smoking so much weed that the smoke was coming into our room through the adjoining door. If you are a single man, by all means stay here...but not for families if you want to feel safe. There was also a lady in the breezeway who was growling at us when we walked by....lots of drugs, and not just weed!!!!

The water pressure in my room was terrible. The entry door to my room was either impossible to open because the door would stick or because the card key would not work. You had to wait in a very hot outer lobby while trying to check in or out and shout through a small window. It appears that the front desk clerks are scared to death of Covid and thatā€™s why you have to stand in a ā€œhot as hellā€ outer lobby. Some places should not be allowed to exist.

Absolutely one of the worst places to stay. They rented me a room and the bed sheets had been pulled back their was a towel on the floor, someone's used bar of soap, personal belongings like a cane, went back immediately gave me a room upstairs and I couldn't sleep under the sheets because of all this stuff on the white sheets. Look like someone had sprinkled a dustpan on them both multiple hairs different colors just dirt and then when I go to tell the guy the next day he doesn't want to hear anything says not his problem cuz I used a hotels app. This was not my first time staying there my wife had stayed there previously and told me about this place and the man up front wearing oxygen and I thought she was exaggerating but no worst customer service in the profession. Absolutely terrible he immediately got frustrated at me and everything. I shouldn't have doubted my wife.

Stayed just for a night. Felt like I was in the middle of the ghetto, the parking lot came alive at night if you know what I mean. Room had been remodeled but very poorly done. The sheets were dirty with someone elses hair under the pillow. Dog food in the vents of the cooling unit and no TV remote at all. Oh yeah and if you are looking for their complimentary breakfast all it consists of a granola bar and coffee that's it.

Where to start!? Booked a non-smoking room, got a smoking room. Smelled so bad I could have walked away but we have a zoom call to handle. Toilet didn't have a lid, didn't flush well and there were flies in the room. Sticky floors, bathroom door didn't close at all.... I could go on but in summary, not a place I'll ever stay in again

place sucked, was only there for 6 hours n never wanna go back tbh. there was no hot water at all, the bathroom walls n door were very dirty (a clorox wipe could literally clean it), floors were sticky and peeling up, a member of my family went down for coffee and that was a puddle of something (blood, throw up, etc.) rooms smelt like smoke. holes in the bedding. only giving 1 star cuz 0 aint possible.

It is close to 90 degrees all day in Fort Smith now so every respectable hotel should leave the ac running in any room they plan on putting a guest in. Coming in to a hot hotel room is one of the worst feelings I've ever had. Also there is no mini fridge. What kind of super 8 doesn't have a mini fridge? It's a cheap hotel so I expect semi clean rooms, but no ac and no mini fridge is unacceptable. It was close to midnight and the night clerk was "off doing rounds" and I guess couldn't answer the phone even though the sign said to call to get service so it took about 15 minutes for someone to help us. I know there are a lot of trashy hotels in FS but if you want to be a super 8 act like one not a knights inn.

Pretty much remodeled. It is not luxury, but adequate and reasonable. Lots of flies. Whole town reallyā€¦.Little seedy. Lots of dogs, homeless, what I suspect are ā€˜independent business womenā€™ operating out of there. My phone rang and hung up until I unplugged it. Iā€™m sure for the prior tenets looking for various purchases. That being said, the whole of Fort Smith seems that way. Derelict, run down. Lots of foot traffic, homeless, and what I suspect are mentally ill. A woman running down the road with wads of yarn.. I stayed 4 days and became Ill. Iā€™m CoVid Testing tomorrow. I suspect, thatā€™s what I get for putting myself in an unhealthy environment. For a town that offers so little? You really have to spend over 100$ to get a nice room.

This place is definitely not a top star motel itā€™s a 2 star motel. Thatā€™s why they get two stars. Pros Cameras were in the parking lot The maids were very friendly. And polite. Cons the place is in need of desperate help. The maids only make 300 a week The motel charges them 250 and take it out of their pay. Dead end labor practices. Shameful. The walls are rough the door locking system doesnā€™t work. The staff is nice but that is all. Every noise like Rollers kids and walking you can definitely hear. Lots of drug activity at this motel. Breakfast is a granola bar and bland coffee. Definitely Hindu owned. Burns in the covers by previous customers. Place was rough and terrible repairs.
