Good place to take family to enjoy the time the bathroom at the food court need some tlc dust bunnies on fire sprinkles and and a bird flying in food court but overall is a nice little place to go with your family in a lot of different stores summer closing their trying to get more in there they got a little theater in their matinee type not very expensive 3.50 per person made snacks they do have another restroom down there by the movie theater it is very clean find parking free parking most of stores in the mall are nice clean but there are some that customer service needs a little brushing up on they are rude it don't matter who you are they need to treat everybody the same same cuz that gives the mall a bad reputation overall is a nice Mall in the mall is clean

Only got one star because of the staff and friendly store employees. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL!! No baby changing stations in ANY restrooms. Nursing area is wide open where public can walk into. Caved in ceilings, flooded bathrooms, stained carpets to name a few. Plus the bathrooms only have a handful of working sinks AND stalls!! Only a couple of good stores, since they lost CandyCraze, Hallmark, Christopher and Banks, Motherhood Maternity, Malco Trio, Blazin Burrito, Sears, Uniq, and Gamestop! Saw several dead roaches and a few alive ones just walking from store to store! Would say that the mall is literally on its last leg.

I have been going here since I was little, and it used to be one of my favorite places to visit. I also used to work here in two different stores. Something drastic needs to be done, or it will eventually be abandoned. The mall has turned into a ghost town. What used to be massive crowds has turned into the few people I pass. Every time I go, there seem to be fewer and fewer people. The selection of stores is lacking. There are still a couple of stores worthwhile, but the majority aren't. The new Vintage Stock store is cool! My family went on a Sunday, and even some of the stores that were still there were closed. We wondered if there was enough staff. We honestly only go here to pass time and get some exercise.

This mall is not what it used to be. Online shopping along with bigger outlet malls and or bigger city attractions have caused this mall to be a ghost town. There is not many options inside to shop. Most of the good or popular stores have move out to the pavilion near Target. Only the bigger stores stayed such as Dillard's and JC Penny. It is a sad site to see compared to what it used to be.

Most of the smaller stores have moved out of here. Still got the big stores and most food places shut down. Earthbound is still open which is my favorite one to go to.

This poor mall is a few years overdue for a renovation or a demo. I haven't been here in years until tonight, but it's rough. The food court bathrooms are enough to make your skin crawl.

Its great if you want to hang out with your friends or just have a day for yourself. There are lots of food options if you are hungry, Asian, pizza, burgers. And stores that you wouldn't think Arkansas would have. A great place to go if your ever in Fort Smith.

We go to this mall only because we have to get our jewelry inspected twice a year at Kay Jewelers. Other than that we would not go to this mall. The restrooms are disgusting. You feel dirty when you leave them. They are so nasty and it’s been that way for years now. Someone needs to hire a cleaning crew just to keep the restrooms clean. Poor poor poor

A small clean mall. Overpriced as usual in a mall but they had absolutely no local swag. I have never seen a mall that does not support their community. This was very disappointing. We had to goto Wal-Mart to get local swag, step your game up central. This is exactly why malls are quickly disappearing.

If you are from a bigger city you're not going to care for this much it's just average plain fact is for those who have experienced the big city life or larger malls as I have on the west coast this mall is small it's layout is not anyone's favorite basically a big Cross or T .Also it's food court is pathetic 🙄 it only has one level of the mall that has shopping with quite alot of the stores closed from time to time the other malls in the state are actually quite nicer in my opinion and have more amenities around them such as the Fayetteville location and Jonesboro these are much nicer even though they are also small in size.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms never cleaned. Floor is dirty. Options for stores are slim. The cleanliness is just the worst I've seen.

I expected this place to be dirty and falling apart after reading the reviews but it looked fine to me. There are a couple of empty stores, but the ones that were open were the large brands normally in malls. It was lacking in customers but it was also 530pm on a weekday so maybe it's busier on the weekends.

Has amazing stores like VS, Rue21, Bath & Body Works, etc. Has a food court that offers Mexican and Chinese food, and it has a small convenient store type store and a Geno's pizza place. Some stores have bad customer service but you can't blame the mall for that.

This mall has gone so far downhill. The food court and restrooms are filthy. Trash all over the parking lot. The majority of the stores have closed and the ones that are still open have poor selections.

Central Mall appears to be on its last leg. Very few dining options in the food court, many stores are closed and moved out. It's a sad, depressing, dirty sight.
