They work hard to keep the shelves stocked, but don't have much consideration for people that are trying to move about. They walk right in front of you with their long pick up carts and don't even say excuse me. I give them 4 stars just because the stocking and cleanliness. Also some of the check out women watch you like a criminal though you don't do anything wrong.

Much like McDonald's is McDonald's, Walmart is Walmart. You know what you're going to get. I'm dropping a star because I don't like being forced to check myself out. I don't mind doing it if I'm not buying much but it seems they intend to do away with cashiers completely at some point. This store does still have actual cashiers but the checkout configuration changes often and usually to increase the number of self checkout machines. It seems odd to me that I can go in, buy whatever I'm there for and leave without ever interacting with another human other than to not run into other shoppers. Oh well, those are the times in which we live. Big plus though, Walmart people watching is awesome, and sometimes kinda gross.

I hate you Walmart. I hate to check myself out. It's creepy. Being my own cashier is awkward and I don't like being on video. I avoid you at all costs. I have a good experience when someone else is my cashier. Today sucked!!

What can you say? It's Walmart. If they don't have it, you don't need it. My only complaint is some of the employees seem less than enthused to be working there, but there is usually somebody around to help during peak hours - not so much late at night.

Never got disrespected like today at Walmart purchase a radio for my car doesn’t fit to get back 20 minutes later the box is still sealed they open the box. The serial number is different when I purchased a radio daily Chinese department didn’t even check the serial number so now I’m stuck with $150 radio and I cannot return it to Walmart. The good part is I’m friends with Jim Walton and I did notify him. The gentleman on the counter was very disrespectful. Didn’t want to get a manager told me the manager is out never heard of that before.

This location is busy. Items are constantly being stocked and in an orderly fashion. Employees that I've interacted with were courteous and friendly. Prices for items are reasonable.

Like the new floor layout; aisles are wider! Really like the comprehensiveness and variety in the specialty seasoning aisle. Express checkout and scan and go are really handy. Not a very good experience with the electric mobility carts: often not enough carts at peak times, the one I had repeatedly stopped and started and was difficult and frustrating Tom operate!.More carts at peak times and more preventative maintenance to improve shopping experience. Seems like no one is in charge of taking care of the mobility assistance carts; either none is available or when available, there are performance problems: not charged, not running consistently, or rattling when rolling.

Whenever we go to Fort Smith, AR, which is about an hour's drive for us, I almost always want to go to the Zero Street Wal Mart; they seem to have better prices and more product available. And, the store layout is nice and aesthetic.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. This being payday i was surprised i was able to an electric shopping cart. I usually have to wait up to an hour before using one. I was having trouble getting a 24 count equate nutritional drank down from the shelf when an employee helped me out. Such employers need to be recognized and either giving a raise in pay or promoted.

Been going to this Walmart most of my life, they've changed it to where the isles are impossibly tall and narrow. Congestion every time I get groceries so I try to just order pickup, but they do have a lot of options (granted they aren't out which happens a lot.) They run out of random stuff like every other week. Imitation crab, pasta, plantains, laundry baskets

They have also been great to me. I am one legged and I do not even have to ask they ask me if I need any help. That is great customer service.

I live 5 mins from the Greenwood, AR store and I drive out of my way to come here instead. I can get everything I need in the actual size I want, the people aren’t rude and if you don’t want help, they actually leave you alone, the whole purpose of a SELF checkout, nor do they harass their customers for simply shopping.

I love Zero Street Ft Smith because all the employees are so helpful and friendly and they don't hesitate to give a smile!! The Cashiers are accurate! Kudos to Zero Street !

They removed the computers for looking up your car's lights and replaced it with a QR code that just leads to an unusable section in the app. Want to know what turn signal your car uses? That's not a headlight so nope. Your out of luck. Want to know what instore headlights are compatible? Nope. Only shows 3rd party illegal LED headlights.

I like the shopping part and can find whatever I need at a decent price. And self check out is ok. But then I have to provide a receipt to someone at the door to show that I did your cashier's job right. I receive my receipt by text and I refuse to hand over my phone to a stranger.

Great place to shop for anything and everything for all your needs including plumbing for quick household fixes. Also, there is automotive for all of your automobile needs like headlights, windshield wipers, car stereos, batteries, tires, air filters, and oil. Then there are groceries and clothes pretty much anything you could think Wal-Mart has it.

It’s the people with little integrity in fort smith that make this store a bad place to shop…. The people can’t be trusted, don’t turn your back in the store.

It is great that you don't have to get out of your car during this Christmas time

Unfortunately, I just wasted an hour that I will never get back visiting this location. A very rude older lady named Kim supposedly is the manager is as dumb as a box of rocks. She definitely needs training as to what the store can and can’t do. She literally would make excuses after excuses instead of just handling the situation. She is extremely incompetent. What’s really bad. They also couldn’t help the two people in front of me.

This is one of the few Walmarts who make you show the receipt every time you leave regardless of who checks you out. Why have self check out at all here since you dont trust us to do the job you could pay someone else to do? Why do I have to show you my receipt if YOUR EMPLOYEE checks me out? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I no longer shop at this location and might stop shopping at all Walmarts because it is ridiculous!!!! If you don't want my money, don't worry Target, Harps, Walgreens, and all your competition does!

If I could give less than one star I would. Auto serves was terrible. Everyone getting tires we’re waiting 3 hours or more to get tires. Meisha was extremely rude and unhelpful. Asking us questions that literally made no sense to the situation.

Was okay until I set off the door alarm, only got worse when the door police came (no kidding) running up yelling. "Stop stop!! He stole sumthing"!!!! I tried really I did to keep my cool, but in the next t en min. When the door police still couldn't figure out . I HAD TWO RECITES ONE:for the baseball cards. And one for the 2PACK OF SWIFFER SWEEPER CLEANER (that is plastic wrapped) Not gonna lie,I got short with him the 6th or 7th time I explained it to him. Then I told the three of them that had gathered .That I am now leaving with my products, that I purchased already and they could just do whatever they had to. And I left.

Zero street WLMT fails to impress, they engage, so rude, then I must digress, the isles are packed full, the floor is a mess. I had a return, lost the receipt, anyone's guess. I was going to get my gf a dress. Stay away from this Walmart, they don't like us as guests

They make sure all the shelves are stopped the workers assist you go clean up what you're needing and what aisle it's on depending on the item to find and they had a cell for three gifts for each family and they help you or assist you in any type of way all the cashiers and markers are nice stuff is stopped sanitized their birthday cakes are beautiful and they make sure they have it the way you want it and they also ask you how you want the cake because of sun had a dinosaur cake made and it was beautiful and everything

Mostly friendly service, waited 30 minutes for someone to come to family planning to open the case for a single pregnancy test. But other than that the employees are friendly, the store is usually clean and mostly well mannered patrons.

Tried calling the zero Street Walmart in fort Smith Arkansas the last time I called I was on the phone for over 5 minutes it rang 58 times. I called back and punched in four different departments they all transfer me back to that number still no one answered piss poor service. Good thing I wasn't bleeding. No excuse.🤬

Ever since they started renovating the Walmart and trying to re build sections, it has become incredibly cramped and confusing. While at self checkout a man monitoring the area asked if I found everything ok and I answered “no not really everything is in a different spot each week” he responded with “well we’re trying to fix that” after this interaction he stayed uncomfortably close to me while I purchased a single item and got cash back. After my receipt had printed and the “how would you rate us” prompt popped up on screen he took it upon himself to push the 5 stars option. Very poor professionalism all the way around.

Absolutely wonderful. Delivery person was so helpful. He saw that I was having trouble putting my groceries in my special cart; he shut his car door and came back "asking if I needed help, I'll help", he did. It's difficult being in a wheelchair trying to lift up your delivery. He was very kind and thoughtful. I'm a regular customer for deliveries and appreciate their kindness. Hope to see him again.

WARNING ! The ATM at the front of the zero street Walmart in Fort Smith Arkansas as of 7-30-2022 has no paper so if you want to check your account balance it won't show on screen and the printer turns and your bank account gets charged I called the number on the machine I got a recording so I asked for a manager and said I want a sign put on the ATM out of paper they said we can't do that I replied thats ok I will do it myself manager said no you cant. I said soooo you can't protect other customers from getting ripped off she said no its not our ATM I said well on the screen it shows walmart logo and reads walmart so it's misleading and gives you a false sense of security that walmart has your back and the answer is 👎 no they do not

I went to the hair salon on zero st. I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair and my granddaughter's hair. The picture was of a shagggy bob just above the shoulders. Well my hair dose not look like the picture I showed her. My hair is a shaggy boy hair cut and a lot of people told me how bad it looks. The same with my granddaughter, her bangs and the back of her hair is uneven her hair also doesn't look like the picture we showed her. Its just an uneven short hair cut. So we wont go back.

My favorite wal mart out of all of them by far. Pharmacy is fast and friendly and always in stocks. I never have to worry about my medication being out or having to deal with rude customer service. 10/10 recommended

Walmart has been taking out mom and pop stores for over 30 years and running good businesses out of town. They come in, lower prices, run out the competition, and Jack prices up because they now control the market. Walmart is the reason I have to spend over 500 dollars a month to feed my kids. They suck.
