BAYLEE in bakery for the win!!! I was looking for some cupcakes for my daughter's preschool class this evening and they were down to the 6 packs. Baylee happened to be standing there and overheard my disappointment and my daughter's disappointment in what was left. She came to the rescue. She went back and made her a 24 pack of really cute cupcakes. She was a Rockstar. Thank you so much for your help.

We visit this Walmart KELLEY HWY on JUN 27 2023 because we wanted to visit fort smith and its summer, if you live in fort smith or was in fort smith you know that it was a Heavy Super heavy rainy day. We came in for flat tire repair and it was good service, the other girl i talked about being rude to my son got fired or don’t work there anymore, when i visit it was morning at 12:00pm Jun 27 we had to stay there because it was raining and we couldn’t go anywhere. We went in my car and we drove to the auto care center. The door was slow and my son had to bang on the door untill a worker opened it for us, we got all soaked and wet that time it was Literally super rainy and lighting i was scared I would be strike by lighting not crowed because the rain that moring and afternoon. Only a little bit the door kept opening by itself and trash flew in because the rain and it was super windy they guy tried to close it but it kept opening and the guy just looked at the door, Doing nothing about the door. It was very dirty that afternoons and morning but after the rain they cleaned it. They were pretty hard workers good Walmart. The other day when the girl was rude was sunny, but this one was rainy so we had to stay there for a 40 mins.

I often swing by this store on my way home. I've always had a pleasant experience. The employees are helpful, and the store is clean. However, the reason for my visit was for the Maternity section. It's practically non-existent. It wasn't signed, so it was hard to find. It was ONE-HALF to ONE aisle COMBINED. It doesn't have to be a large section, but Walmart CAN DO MUCH BETTER than this!!!

Quick check-out service with a witty personality. Oh, did I mention I used the self check-out? 🤣😂 it’s Wal-Mart, just like every other one in America. No one really wants to go…but sometimes we have to.

Nice and clean!! They also have a separate truck parking area!!!! Nice to see that some places still understand that truckers need things like food and clothes!!! Just like everyone else!!!

Everything pretty much "Walmart Specs" Two things stand out that stand out. One is customer service cash dept. They know how to get it done for you. Awesome Dep. The second thing that stands out to me is their Electronics Dept. I don't know where they hide....if it's after 6 or 7 pm well good luck. Everything else is great. Clean restrooms too.

It had been a while since I have physically been in to shop at any Walmart. There were a lot of changes that had been made and many more going on however I will say the employees were all very friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of the lack of employees checking out customers mostly because I like the conversation and interaction. I will also say I am not a fan of the employees at checkout staring down those who are scanning items. If theft is that big of a concern then bring back the checkers. I had just got off work and had my own name tag on and whatnot and was mindful of that which is why I did not address the mean mugging and stare downs right away. I was repping my current job and did not wish to give a bad impression but being stared down and eyeballed the way I was certainly left a bad impression. It definitely makes me reconsider even going back to that store. Not sure if the checkout experience weighs heavier or not than the employees throughout the store who were simply amazing. It was a noticeable difference i must say.

This Walmart is about the same as any other Walmart. They do have a Walmart Health Center which was a newer feature of their tried and true business model. They also have a satisfactory Monster Jam and Hot Wheels truck selection, and more toys overall, as well as a service center for actual automobiles that seems larger than the other stores in town.

Ok I went into this Walmart today and omg the bathrooms were so clean! Further more I called 3 hours later over a shoe my daughter dropped out of my car and a manager by the name of Matthew went above and beyond to look over the parking lot for it for me🙏 by far my best Walmart experience EVER! Pic was of missing shoe!

Decent store. Staff is always friendly and engaging. Some trouble with a few items staying in stock, but what store doesn’t run into that sort of issue from time to time? 😊 Overall a well balanced store for many of your daily needs.

It's Walmart. 20-30 years ago it would have been a five-star rating. Now, it's just a shadow of its former self. It's all about the money and no one cares about the customer. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Remember when you went to the jewelry counter and there was someone there to wait on you? Now you have to track someone down to find someone else who really doesn't want to help you and only does because it's part of the job.

I shop here alot the year has been fine, better. I was discriminated against once there by a training cashier her trainee had to follow me out to tell me my money was not put back on my card and I needed to get my items and she would do what her trainer wouldn't and finish the check out situation. I hate going there because no one can tell me I was discriminated against but it is the only one I know by heart. And closet. For that day I swore I'd never go back to today it is much better, but I'll never forget that day.

Need at less 3 checkers ,I don't work for Walmart I spend money there. Walmart works for me really. The provide the services I pay for .now I must check out scan and bag all my stuff. Ok cool I need a discount. Will only buy gas there ,normally cheapest in town.

Been a Walmart shopper for more than 50 years. Not a fan of the self checkout. I am able to do it easily but my husband and other men we know hate it. Open a couple full service lanes.

This Walmart has *terrible* customer service. I needed to exchange a set of blinds as I had accidentally gotten the wrong size. This was clearly a Walmart product (Mainstays brand) that was unused. The young man at the service desk was beyond unhelpful and rude. Apparently Walmart no longer "does" exchanges. Fine- then let's return the wrong one for a refund and I'll just purchase the right size. Nope, can't do that either because the wrong size was more expensive than the correct one. What?! If we can't do an exchange, then what does the price of the items matter? If a refund is the only option, then simply make the refund and I'll get on with making my new purchase. And just FYI- Walmart's own website says *clearly* that items CAN be exchanged. There are many other options for consumers these days. Walmart would be wise to remember that customer service can go a long way towards retaining or loosing someone's business.

Self checkout is convenient but I am NOT a Walmart employee - think I should get at least some kind of discount. It's always crowded and never enough cashiers or ride-on carts..

Writing a review as an employee. This company has been the worst company I've ever worked for. Did my job the way I was supposed to and was thanked by having my hours cut from part time to one six hour shift on Sunday. Amanda in fort smith is my direct supervisor and the worst boss I've ever had. I don't recommend anyone work for the company or support it by buying phones from them in Walmarts stores. They don't care about the customer they just want you to push stuff on them to buy so u can keep ur job.

My wife had an unexpected, feminine issue, we stopped at this walmart to buy pants and lady products. As we walked up to the family restroom (so she could have more space to change and clean up) the janitor was walking up at the same time. I asked if she could use the restroom as he opened the door. He responded she can use that one and pointed to the other restroom.

WALMART, YOU NEED TO DO IT BETTER, NOT US.. Horrible experiences. This is not the first time it happens. I tried to get some baby formula. The price when I looked in my app is different from in store price. I understand that you are wanting shoppers to do online shopping/pickup. But it's not fair and inconvenient to have the price different. It's even more inconvenient and such waste time when I have to explain and prove to self-checkout person so the price can be adjusted. Felt like I am being treated like a liar. Used my Walmart app to hit pay and walked away, then 3 minutes later when I leave, the guy by the door stopped me for checking my receipt, the app didn't load it fast enough, I showed him my credit card is having a pending purchase (1 min ago showed) but I had to spend my time walk back to the counter to have them print the receipt before they believe it. it still wasn't able to load up on the app when I got into my car either. (what a joke) DISAPPOINTED HOW MUCH WALMART INVESTED INTO TECHNOLOGIES, INFRASTRUCTURE, AND DEVELOPMENTS BUT CAN'T DO BASIC THINGS LIKE THIS. MY FUTURE FORMULA PURCHASE WILL BE TARGET. PERIOD.

Order two tires online they came in, I want to have the tires on. And their impacts are not strong enough to bust the lug nuts loose on my truck so they wouldn't put the tires on it. So I had to leave with one new tire and 1 old tire on my truck. Go down the street. I gotta use the little cordless 3H impact invested in the lug nuts loose but Walmart doesn't have the stuff to finish the job apparently. So I will not ever have Walmart Install tires for me ever again.

I have my groceries delivered every month because I don't have a vehicle anymore because it was stolen and I love this service!!!! When I get another vehicle I will still use this service because it saves time. Also my last visit to the store I was able to buy a book of postage stamps. I don't know if people realize they can buy this item at the store but yes you can. Love me some Walmart!!!

Some employees are nice and helpful, but the online shopping order employees are rude and will combat you for items. Stock on items can be sketchy. Items purchased only days before will be gone and no one can tell you if they are going to get any in on the next delivery. Produce is barely passable and same issues with never certain if it will be in stock. Ample parking but drivers are not cautious - so be careful out there.

Good selection of items like all stores it is kept clean service was ok could not find help in the food section. Lines were decent food selection was good. The bathrooms were also clean ish . The outside was just ok. Good sized clearance section and ok prices. Good sized meat section as well. Good produce too got us a batty bell pepper 😂 .

Love the Walmarts in the south. Moved from Oregon recently and the Walmarts out there are horrible. Never had such a bad experience at Walmarts before or since them. Today while shopping at the Fort Smith Walmart on Rogers, me and my friend were looking for something and an employee that was stocking shelves went out of her way to help us. Extremely great customer service. I believe her name is Dez. She was awesome!!!

Don't ever get your Perscriptions here! There automated service that suppose to text you when your med is filled is NOT RELIABLE! I was out of my pain meds for 5 days!! I called them they told me themselves that it was unreliable and my meds had been ready that next day!! Poor Customer service too!!

I literally watched this store be built as a child and have been shopping here ever since. But stuff is too high and things have been moved around and they also took ALL the flowers away months ago. Which was my big thing. Haven't been shopping there quite as much now.

I prefer to go to the Walmart in Van Buren. This one only has 2 check outs with a worker there to check you out. They never seem to have the selection the others have. I had problems with numerous items that didn't have a price under them. Numerous shelves were empty (I know that's not all their fault). But I did see numerous items on the top shelf that could have been brought down to restock that item.

Came through 30 min ago to get tires balanced and no vehicles were in the shop upon arrival. Now they say the tech went to lunch and the other one gets off at 6:00 pm. It’s 5:55 and the shop has been empty for 15 min so instead of pulling the truck in and starting he’s waiting to leave out in 5 min then the other tech won’t be back from lunch until 6:45.
