Hello today I came to this Walmart by Ross and I felt great till a worker told me where was my receipt even thought I had it in my hand, I am Mexican and going out with all my groceries in there bags and a white person when out first and they asked her for nothing. I felt harassed and very. I feel like I need to be like Michael Jackson and turn white if they are harassing me by my brown skin.

If you are able to get to a different supercenter I suggest going there before going to the one on Rogers avenue. They are doing some kind of store-wide revamp and moving everything, that is not in the grocery section, around while the store is open. Like it isn't already stressful enough for us consumers to just get through a trip to Walmart on any normal day, Walmart decides to start changing and moving all their products around to completely different parts of the store while us consumers are trying to shop at the same time. It's a nightmare and I do not recommend it.

Today I was wrongfully accused of stealing. I came into Walmart happy to be there because it’s a super center and where I live we don’t have the big Walmart. I walk in and head straight to the back to school section. I waitress so I was looking for pens. I wore a purse that looks like a small backpack. When I was looking, I had a pack of pens that I wanted to buy in one hand, and my phone in the other. I put my phone behind my back and slid it into my purse. I then had a women ( who was the greeter at the door) walk up to me, and stare me down and not say anything. I said, “yes?” She then said, “did I just see you take something and put it in your bag?” I then said, “my phone” She looked at me said “okay” and walked away. No apology, just assumed I was stealing. I went to management and told them what happened and they said they would talk to her. Do i believe that? No. Because I sat in a general area and waited to see if they would pull her to the side. And for 30 mins of me walking around and waiting they never did. The reason why this bothers me so much is because for one I’m 4 months pregnant, two I am a younger mother (26yrs old), and three (lord forgive me for saying this) but I am a girl of color. No I don’t like to think people are like that. But today it made me feel that way. I sat in Walmart and cried over that because it made me feel embarrassed and just hurt my feelings to be accused of something I wouldn’t do, especially at my age. I will never go back to this Walmart for this reason, and honestly. It makes me never want to go back to a Walmart ever again.

This store severely needs to update its stock, and the clerks could be just a bit more helpful. Went for a smart watch charger as many are shown as being sold by Walmart, was told they had none immediately and abruptly. Yet they are still selling home phone accessories?!?

Walmart wanting to make more money and discontinue having a staff member in the jewelry section is ridiculous. We just waited 45 minutes in the jewelry section, after asking 5 staff members and announcing over the intercom 4 separate times that we need customer service in the jewelry section, nobody ever came.

Went to Walmart Fort Smith - Rogers Ave and did self check out for birthday presents. The self check out employee was coughing and sneezing into her hands the entire time and then decided to come over and start touching the stuff in my cart and also touching the things my two year old was holding.. didn’t listen to me when I asked for some space. Covid is going around and this has ruined my day. Come on people, use some common sense.. I used self check out to try to avoid people, we are getting over a cold and I’m 8 months pregnant I can’t take much more 😡

This location is busy. Items are constantly being stocked and in an orderly fashion. Employees that I've interacted with were courteous and friendly. Prices for items are reasonable.

They have different prices for different things they have varieties of chips like Doritos nacho cheese and they have four Pepsi nitro for in a pack that cost $5 something and they have different prices for different items that are on sale and also the workers hope you with anything you need help with or find an item on a show and they always ask how your day is and the people that stand outside ring a bell and have a bucket for the salvation army to donate to the celebration on

A heavier set woman named Ashley is very rude with customers. I have never experienced anything like that. Do better.

Product here is great but it is one of the worst I've been to in terms of customer service. Walked in with a bum ankle planning to just use a cart to help take the weight off, couldn't get the carts unstuck and the door greeter guy just stood there and watched me struggle with it. I gave up and just went to grab my things. Tried to get a fitting room, rang the doorbell that had a sign saying ring for service. I rang it 3x in a span of 20min. No one showed up. I gave up on that and just went to check out without those items and on the way to the check I passed at least 5 employees just on their phones one of them im pretty sure was the apparel employee.... I usually don't care if someone has their phone. But when there's actually jobs to be done.... that's ridiculous.

wonderful as almost always. A employee wouldn't stop until we found exactly what I had let her know what I needed. incredible how Walmart comes across employees like they do.

This place profiles Black, Brown, and people with body modifications like tattoos and piercings for stealing. My husband has been accused multiple times by this store and he’s never stolen anything. We spend hundreds of dollars a week here and are loyal PAYING customers. We will never be back to any Walmart because of the way they treat people. Way to ruin people’s day by accusing them of something they didn’t do while they had their child with them. If you don’t trust your customers to check themselves out, then get rid of self check out.

Writing a review as an employee. This company has been the worst company I've ever worked for. Did my job the way I was supposed to and was thanked by having my hours cut from part time to one six hour shift on Sunday. Amanda in fort smith is my direct supervisor and the worst boss I've ever had. I don't recommend anyone work for the company or support it by buying phones from them in Walmarts stores. They don't care about the customer they just want you to push stuff on them to buy so u can keep ur job.

They lock condoms up(making you walk with the attendant to the counter to pay like it's a gold brick) and contribute to teen pregnancy instead of acting in good faith and providing free condoms. So 1 star. Don't like coming here anyways. I feel bad for all the underpaid and over worked employees. Their days are marked until Walmart finds a way to automate their job. What's next? Locking up bread?

The jewelry dept is a joke, I had to wait 25 mins to pick up a ring because nobody was working or come when paged. I had to call after a month to see if the ring we had resized was there yet and it was. They never called us. The lady who works jewelry finally showed up after 25 mins and was very rude. She shouldn't be working in customer service at all.

Wal-Mart has good value for your money although sometime the shopping experience can be a bit frustrating. Being a retired Wal-Mart associate the attitudes and sometimes downright rudeness of the associates makes me wish we had other options to shop at. Case in point the other day I noticed a lady trying to get something off a top shelf (she was just too short to reach it) and there was 3 young male associates standing close to her and none offered help. I helped get the 4 cans of beans off the shelf although I am not much taller than she was. After I finally got the last can down one young associate asked if he could help and I told him he was a little late. My time working at Wal-Mart we were taught to help the customer not stand there watching them struggle. I guess that is why I still try to help those customers that need help. Also I feel Wal-Mart should do their stocking of the shelves after the store closes since trying to shop for groceries when they are stocking shelves and dealing with the on line shoppers associates can be a bit frustrating.

Really like the Scan and Go app for my iPhone which allows me to see how much I’m spending so I can stay within budget. It also is easy to use with built in directions for iPhone and iPad or android equivalents. Most enjoyable is the speedy and time-saving checkout process. Walmart associates are available to provide assistance. Another plus at this location is that I can purchase gasoline at Murphy’s by using my Walmart+ card which rewards you with a 10 cent/gallon reduced price. Time saver and a money saver. Walmart+ card costs around $125/years while the annual savings more than make up the difference. The Supercenter is very clean and easy to get around in. Another positive is that I can shop while my car is being serviced The new wide aisles make for easier access to products especially during peak hours. One negative is that there never seems to be a fully charged cart for physically impaired guests! Would be nice to reserve one before arriving and knowing that it is fully charged! This would make for more satisfying experience.

Good luck trying to get jewelry. "Yeah we'll get someone" then wait for an hour. Not the first time it's probably the 3rd no one ever comes they just lie to you.

The app had a glitch and added something to my walmart pickup. I notified this walmart as soon as I found out. They said oh don't worry about it and to keep the item. They charged me for the item with a protection plan. I returned the item and still haven't received my refund. I gave them my name and # to call me. The customer service team is a joke. They still have not contacted me or resolved the issue. They should have just resolved the issue when I notified them that something got added to my cart

Your so called manager who has the guts to walk up to a veteran who I know and discriminated against him and us and tell us we can't have a conversation when Walmart is open to the public to come in and shop and people meetup in y'alls parking lot. People stand in y'all's isle talking all the time. If you don't want people Todo this then don't have public wifi and don't have public opened doors.

This store has a great selection of a lot of things. You can find about almost anything you need or want. Easy to walk in and the checkout process is easy and fast.

Everytime I go into Walmart I feel a little less human. I thought the circus was in town, turns out it was shift change at the Walmart. My options are self check out, which I loathe or waiting for a checker whose only motiavation is to move just fast enough to not get fired. Walmart sucks and has ruined a lot of our local mom-and--pop shops and economy. Re: self checkout and then they treat you like a possible criminal at the door. NO, you may not see my receipt.

Walmart is trying so hard to look like a target. Still need employees. And need longer hours for those that cannot get in during odd schedules. And for those that say food pick up or food delivery, I canceled, always get my orders wrong. Can employees read? Have never gotten reimbursed for items that were missing. Walmart is shameful anymore. Especially management.

Be careful when using pick up order method especially if you are purchasing detergent. Ordered Persil laundry detergent with my order today just to get home and realize it’s been severely watered down. In the past, I have also noticed couple of Persil pods missing but didn’t feel like going back. After this experience, checking my pick up order before I leave the parking lot is a must if I shop here ever again.

Totally disappointed in the photo center. I ordered 12 simple prints and when I received them half of them had the tops of heads lopped off and 2 of them were not even the size of the prints I ordered. These photos were for my daughter's 1st birthday. Now I am reprinting them at Walgreens because Walmart can't get their act together. 😒

If you need prescriptions filled ESPECIALLY pain medication please save yourself a lot of wasted time and suffering in pain by choosing another pharmacy besides a Walmart pharmacy. Don't bother calling to try and find out if they contacted your doctor for whatever reason they have for not filling your prescription as you will just sit on hold and nobody is going to pick that call back up. Will DEFINITELY be switching to another pharmacy. Just another reason why I prefer to shop at other stores rather than Walmart even if it means paying higher prices.

Scanned all my groceries and went to pay with my EBT card and was told that I had to go to a different register. I had to stand in line again and wait to be able to pay for my groceries. I'm 72 year's old and no one should have to go through so much trouble like I did just to get groceries. Maybe Walmart should put signs saying EBT cards not used at this register for the convenience of the customer.

Had to play the role of cashier for myself with $425 of groceries and six children waiting. The conveyor belt checkouts were removed and replaced with tiny shelves so I had to pile groceries onto the floor. This followed a very long shopping experience as the store is in some sort of remodel and the products are half in the old places and half in the new or just not there. Particularly disliked being watched as I struggled to check out. The employee looked like he was having a great day, just leaning on his forearms making money while shoppers actually worked. I'll spend more to shop the local small grocery.

I parked outside the Outdoor Center because I needed bird seed. I saw one bag on the top shelf and found someone to get it for me, then I went to find the other items I needed. I wanted to checkout through the garden center but they wouldn't check me out and told me to go back into the store. I did a lot more walking than I wanted to. I was sweating by the time I got to my car.
