We love Flame! My daughter is in competitive gymnastics and the coach's and staff are amazing! They really teach the kids and make it a fun experience at the same time!

My daughter took swimming class here. They were the only ones around that i could find. They did a wonderful job. My daughter is a great swimmer now at 5yrs old. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone with children.

My daughter has taken gymnastics since she was two. We love the coaches, the facility and the way they teach. They are always professional and encouraging. We also take summer swim lessons there and the swim instructors helped our daughter feel confident in the pool.

Our son loves going to the gym every week! The staff is amazing and are so patient with the children and you can tell they love their job. 100% recommend if you are looking for a place to call your gymnastics home.
