It
was
easy
to
book
and
the
hotel
is
very
clean
and
seems
only
a
year
or
two
old.
The
walls
are
so
thin
you
can
hear
the
snoring
from
the
room
next
door
and
someone
on
the
phone
on
the
other
side!
When
I
asked
about
it
and
a
late
check
out
(to
go
to
another
IHG
location
after
checking
out)
I
was
told
no
to
2
pm
but
was
given
1
hour
(1
pm).
This,
with
an
explanation
from
the
young,
obese,
mask
wearing
person
at
the
front
desk
that
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
they
will
not
assign
rooms
until
the
day
of
check
in
despite
the
preferences
listed
on
your
account
and
that
this
is
an
industry
standard
and
has
been
for
at
least
ten
years!
I
should
mention
that
I
am
an
elite
member
with
12
plus
years
of
staying
all
over
the
country
and
NEVER
had
an
experience
like
this
at
the
desk.
When
I
stay
at
a
location
multiple
times,
I
have
asked
for
rooms
located
away
from
things
due
to
being
a
night
worker,
and
in
almost
EVERY
case
have
been
given
that
grace
LONG
BEFORE
check
in
when
I
book
the
room.
I
have
the
ability
to
stay
wherever
I
choose
when
on
business
and
I
think
I
may
choose
another
hotel
for
these
trips
to
Ft.
Smith
AR.
(6X
per
year)
here
based
on
the
customer
service
give
to
a
long
time
loyal
elite
member.
I
ranked
the
service
at
1
star
only
due
to
front
desk,
as
the
rest
of
the
staff
was
really
good.
