    Hard to imagine why this hotel doesn't almost have a 5 star. As soon as we walked in (midnight) the gentleman at the front was very nice and accommodating. We were checked in within 5 minutes and up to our room no later than 10 minutes after we arrived. The room was very nice and very clean as well as the bathroom. Plenty of towels for a party of 4. The breakfast is continental, but they have great food, definitely not the substandard stale cereal you find at most places. Overall we had a great experience and I will be staying again. Thanks

    5 Stars all the way. It's across the street from what this address says and brand new building it is absolutely beautiful. It is exceptionally clean the beds are amazingly soft which is extremely comfortable. Whoever owns this hotel definitely figured it out for the guests when it comes to the beds! Rene makes sure the breakfast is excellent the food is very warm and it's not cooked in the microwave it's all cooked in a convection oven. It's a extremely nice Motel, if you spend your money anywhere else you wasted it. Hands down even surpassing a Marriott this is the best hotel in the Fort Smith area and I'm never staying at any other hotel when I travel through here again. Thank you to the owner of this hotel as well the Amazing staff!

    New hotel with nice clean rooms. The beds were great , bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. They had a hot breakfast with sausage, pancakes, hash browns, scrambled eggs, egg white omelettes. Front desk was very pleasant and polite and they provide free tooth brushes, tooth paste, shaving kits if you forgot to get them. I’d stay there again!

    I stayed 4 nights this week. New and beautiful hotel. Very clean. Parking was great. Great location. Restaurant within walking distance.. Only issues... You can hear the person next to you as if nothing is between you. The worst thing however is that there is an inch gap under the door that is between rooms, so LITERALLY they can see your bathroom and you can see theirs.... I just stuffed lots of towels under there... But that shouldn't even be a thing. These should be private rooms....

    Such a great experience! The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was truly not bad (way above expectations for free hotel breakfast). It's a great value and better than any other hotel I've stayed at in the area. Highly recommend!

    The way the management staff just treated a guest was very nasty and down right rude! The harassment and embarrassment this young lady had to endure was absurd. She was getting breakfast and she was told she needed to out some clothes on and have on underwear. The young mother had on oversized shirt and shorts. They were putting their finger in her face. She tried to explain they were there for a funeral and did want to have to deal with the harassment. They told her they did not care why she was there. I would suggest you think twice before booking this hotel.

    Read if your a light sleeper. The hotel is clean and has great staff. Nice friendly people breakfast is great and staff is quick to replace anything that you can expect at hotel. The biggest issue this the walls are paper thin, I could hear the person in the next room on the phone, I could hear people talking in the hallway, ( I stayed here 3 weeks) I can hear kids laughing after the first checking they where in the next room.If there was more soundproofing this would the easiest 5 star review.

    This location is only a couple of years old with Holiday Inn's 2.0 design. The check-in was quick and easy and our room was comfortable and very clean . The breakfast is a full hot one and the biscuits and gravy were very good. Don't forget the hot cinnamon rolls!

    Very nice a professional front desk at check in. Rooms very spacious and clean. It was a sold out hotel for the three days we stayed and never did the place seem crowded or uncomfortable. Breakfast is the standard IHG but it was still clean dining room and fresh food right before it ended at 9. There is a small store by the desk that allows purchase of snacks and drinks… but no bar at this location. There is a restaurant connected to this location but do not go there thinking you will get any service after 9. They close at 10 but the staff stops serving food or drinks at 920 and will hound you to pay out as soon as you get your bill. Starting at 935 the wait staff will turn the house lights off for a few seconds and back on (several times) until you get the hint to go home. Maybe owner needs to check security cameras and see why they do not have any sales after 9. Do not go to this restaurant if you want to hang out and drink or eat after 9. Check the online reviews of Fish City and see for yourself all the bad reviews. I wanted to give them a chance and sorry I did.

    Wow, if this didn't say Holiday Inn, I would have thought it was a more upscale hotel. It's brand new and our room was so nice. We had a basic King room. The beds are very comfy and the bathroom is sleek with a nice big shower. I won't be back this way again but if I was, I would definitely stay again.

    My initial impression was wow !!! The cleanliness of the restroom however is what stopped this room from being 5 stars across the board. There was hair and dirty all over the restroom floor as if no one swept it. Not that I had to look very hard as the hair was dark in color and long like some brushed there hair and it wasn't cleaned by housekeeping.

    The location of the hotel was fabulous, very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean and very well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and cozy. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

    Surprised when I was charged a different price each night. It went up each of the three days we were there. I was told the rate was dependent on the occupancy, even though I was quoted a daily rate when making the reservation. Also my room was never serviced. I removed my own trash and walked to the linen room to get my own towels. It was clean a had a good breakfast but I was aggravated with the change in pricing and room services. Probably won't stay there again.

    It was easy to book and the hotel is very clean and seems only a year or two old. The walls are so thin you can hear the snoring from the room next door and someone on the phone on the other side! When I asked about it and a late check out (to go to another IHG location after checking out) I was told no to 2 pm but was given 1 hour (1 pm). This, with an explanation from the young, obese, mask wearing person at the front desk that proceeded to tell me that they will not assign rooms until the day of check in despite the preferences listed on your account and that this is an industry standard and has been for at least ten years! I should mention that I am an elite member with 12 plus years of staying all over the country and NEVER had an experience like this at the desk. When I stay at a location multiple times, I have asked for rooms located away from things due to being a night worker, and in almost EVERY case have been given that grace LONG BEFORE check in when I book the room. I have the ability to stay wherever I choose when on business and I think I may choose another hotel for these trips to Ft. Smith AR. (6X per year) here based on the customer service give to a long time loyal elite member. I ranked the service at 1 star only due to front desk, as the rest of the staff was really good.
