They never make my wrap right. The 4’2 girl working everytime I go there can’t fold the wraps right, an when she l and to get my condiments she has to lean so far she leans in my sandwich. Only reason I keep going is because I’m not driving across town to go to another subway. When they can teach their employees better.

Never had a good experience here. This time they’ve gotten the order completely wrong & refuse to remake it☺️

Just went there tonight there was only one person working and we were ordering 3, 12 inch subs, and there were other customers behind us. The lady behind the counter handled it very calmly, respectfully, kindly and speedy. We would go back again. Wish I got her name because she was great. It would have been 5 star but I think for the work load and safety reasons she shouldn't be working alone.

They have horrible customer service here. I placed an app order for over $30 for there to be hardly any food on the sandwiches when I got home. They informed me AN HOUR later that I could drive all the way back down there for a refund/remake or they would will put me down to not charge me for cheese on my next order!

One of top 2 Subways I've ever been in and my family and I eat at Subways everywhere!!

I went to Subway 6812 Rogers Ave. I will not be returning or if I do the ladies that were in there this morning I will walk straight out the door. They were rude and disgusting. Did not change their gloves or anything.

This review is not for the person that made my food rather the other employee. The employees name is Kit. She clocked in with a line of 6 people to make her self a sandwich but not help the other worker who was trying to handle the line of 6. Very weird to see. Other than the wait time everything else was fine.

Better for you than most fast foods

This location always seems to close hours early, will never accept recent coupons, and the staff is always rude. The food is always burnt even advising not to toast the bread they still do. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend subway to anyone who has a soul.

Great food, service and experience all the way around, twice in a row. Update three in a row. The new sandwich called the" beast" was great.

kinda sucks having to ask for more of each vegetable. they barely put enough on the sandwich to be able to taste.

Very prompt, polite and a all-around great experience. Have been at this location many times and never been let down the staff is always extra friendly, the sandwiches always made to order with what seems to be love!

Trent in night shift was awesome never left subway a review but yah need to give this dude a raise. Super nice to customers asks questions make sure everyone is happy works fast hard and accurate pays attention to detail and loves what he does. Makes the environment enjoyable

Just ordered sandwiches with Kris it's his 3rd or 4th night of working AND his first night to close. He listened to my request,I asked for extra meat on my footling sub he put that on my sandwich. I was undecided about the cheese and he made a suggestion. Abbie most definitely needs to work on her people skills or not work with the public period.I wasnt impressed with her behavior,she kept saying whatever I requested extra was costs more. Ok I came in there with plenty of money no problem. But rolling her eyes at her co worker because he asked a question and dropped something?? Aside from Abbie's behavior,my overall experience was great !! Kris was great !!
