This Subway ruined my sandwiches. I placed a clear order on the Subway App and they still messed up all the veggies and seasoning I had picked out. My sandwiches were so mushed up it didn't even look like bread anymore. I had to eat my sandwiches with a fork! The meat was barely there and I did ask for regular amount! All the veggies and sauce just spilled right out as I unwrapped my sandwiches! I'm never coming back here again. You had one job Subway.

My online order wasn’t prepared on time. I come to pick it up and my order was not even started. It wasn’t busy or anything but the staff was too lazy

Customer service was abysmal. The staff tried charging me three times for my order, and while the food was decent (at best) the state of the dining area was terrible. Floors looked like they haven't been mopped, the glass was filthy, honestly just go the one on Grand or over to Towson for good subway, cuz this place should be condemned.

My order was done corrently and the food was good in the moment. But all three of us who are from here are now sick as dogs with food poisoning. We are going on day 2 of throwing up and not being able to keep stuff down. We will never be eating here at this location again.

Cold pizza, rude lady worker, nice young man.

Prices are too high. $10 for a 6 inch sandwich is a bit too much!

Our orders were done incorrectly and when we approached the black lady behind the counter, she immediately gave us attitude like she was annoyed that we even brought it up. She said she had to ask her manager if she could remake it and after she did she continued to give attitude and said she could only remake one despite messing up two sandwiches. She was incredibly rude and shouldn’t be in customer service if she hates it so much.

I ordered online while in Walmart. I was 15 minutes early for my order. Watched the Clerk bust her tail filling orders. The "area manager" graced is with her presence from the back, long enough to take over five minutes to cash out a customer and hand my order from printer to the clerk who was serving two people, then a third. She came out to confirm the Icee machine was off then hid again. Not once did she step in and help fill orders. My order wasn't getting made until I got in line and stopped other orders long enough to get mine filled and get the Diva's name. Angie, is a lazy excuse for a Manager let alone a Team member. I see a new person there every time I go and this is why. CUSTOMERS both online and in person should come first over DIVAS. I won't return to Subway. Better competitors that get it.

Worst service I have ever had here! She literally threw all the ingredients into a pile on one end of the sandwich! Wrapped it like she didn’t care if it all fell out. This was the messiest sandwich it looked gross.

I don't like the smell of the bread when it's baking.

The people at the location in Fort Smith walmart have no idea what they're doing, it looked like they trained a guy for 5 min and then left him there, he was super kind and trying his best with I appreciate but I felt so bad that he didn't know what to do on a lot of things.

Was over charged, rhe wait to get a refund was over 20 minutes past me eating, and the store manager was talking bad about her trainee to the customers.

The past 6 months I've ordered online maybe once a month. I've only gotten my order without having to watch them make it once. This morning took the cake. I ordered at 7:30 in the parking lot, and sat and waited. The order said it would be ready for pickup at 8. I fell asleep, but set an alarm until I was sure my order would be ready, and didn't end up inside until 8:20. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me they don't open until 8 so they wouldn't have had my order. 1.) Why are you not checking your online orders when you open? 2.) I know what time you opened, that's why I waited longer in my car. I got my sandwich and left after listening to the lady basically tell me I was an idiot for ordering before the store was open, and getting a pickup time after the store was open. I live 5 minutes away, but never again will I use this Subway. I will gladly drive across town to Grand where they open at 7 and don't treat me like a moron.

They have sandwiches. They sale them to folks. They make moderately good sandwiches. But Jersey Mike's, Firehouse, and Jimmy John's make better sandwiches. Emmmm Jersey Mike's famous Philly 😋

I had the steak and cheese sub and it was amazing as a matter of fact I had the same thing the next day.
