I get that it is an extraordinary time to be in the food & beverage industry, but I cannot stand stealing & lying. Get an itemized receipt. Every. Time. Bartenders are padding the tabs. (& not even well, they are just adding a special line item, which would be super easy to look into from last night and find out just how much $$ this bar stole from everyone there 🤯) Hopefully this isn’t under instruction of the owner, but you know how these things go. I would have gladly donated my $5, had they asked. Or even just paid more for the drinks. It’s not about money, it’s about being stolen from in plain sight.

This bar knowingly hires and protects r4pists. Countless female customers AND employees have been assaulted by him, and the owner does not care AT ALL. He has purposely given this man a major major major platform for finding his targets. Which makes sense as he is an abuser as well! What a safe and welcoming establishment!

Been here a handful of times and it has a good energy to it! One of the newest spots on Garrison and they bring in a pretty fresh crowd every weekend. Several different DJs rotate in and out here and the vibe is almost like that of a small club at night, but has a typical "bar" feel earlier in the evenings. Food is fire from what I've had and the service is good too. Forgot to mention that this is one of the only bars in the city where smoking is not allowed here so fresh air is a plus!

When someone who has worked in Downtown Fort Smith for as long as Hector has, you have to show up and give support when they make an investment on the Avenue. When you show up at Tipsy's, you will not be disappointed! As you walk through the door, instead if being blasted by cigarette smoke, you will be greeted and quickly asked if you'd like a drink. You will be made to feel like you are more than welcome! The bar food menu includes all of the essentials and is quite tasty! And, as any Pub should, sports ball will be showing on the TVs. Oh, and did I mention the drink specials? Dollar Dollar draft beers ya'll!! From 11 am to 4 pm on Sundays! Yep! you heard me right. ONE DOLLAR! Actually, there are drink specials all week. So, put Tipsy's at the top of your Best Places in the Fort list. You won't be disappointed!

Nice place to go for a couple drinks. I enjoy stopping by. Great relaxing vibe.

I love the Tipsy Pub going back again to eat and have a good drink or 2, the bouncer was really nice and the bar tenders were great as well chill vibes all night long definitely would recommend this place to a few of my closed friend circle good music as well enjoyed myself

Very diverse friendly patrons, attentive wait staff. Basic bar fair menu. Fort Smith has many different types of bars to enjoy along the main drag.

Amazing tacos. Strong drinks. Excellent service. A++. Pleasant surprise.

We where told about this bar by one of the hotel staff. They have Taco Tuesday . The tacos wheel 1 dollar and they where the best tacos that I have ever had.

Carne Asada fries are worth the visit. Hector the bartender / Cook was great. Definitely will return.

Younger crowd. Excellent music and great service.

DO NOT GIVE THEM business they hardly acknowledged us, and when we went to close our tab charged us three times as much as we should’ve paid. We corrected him and he changed the tab but be careful when you visit. Also, very unsanitary. Photo and video below of them drinking with a very young boy (under 14).

I recently went to tipsy's after work and had some of the best carne asada tacos in fort Smith. It reminded me of Tucson where I grew up. The service was above and beyond.
