So the photo I took after I'd ate about half of my meat. The brisket is how I like it...moist!! My husband had cheddar broccoli soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. He said the soup was so good. In fact, I'm updating this month's later and he's still raving about their soup! Honestly, it felt like some dear, old friends invited us over for lunch. It tasted like we had a home cooked meal. Really good. They are so friendly. On the side, they help support orphans in Yisrael. I love that. ❤️ Baruch haba b'shem Adonia! Berachot in Yeshua. We love stopping in Ft. Stockton anytime we come through on the freeway. This is a new find. 😁

Ordered the 1/2 lb cheese burger and added green chili, also upgraded the home-cut fries to include brisket -- which was delicious. Tasty food, friendly service. Glad we stopped on our road trip.

YUUUUUMMMMM! BEST bbq sandwich I've had and I'm very picky about my bbq sandwich. My mom loved the hamburger and said it was cooked perfectly.

Tasty food, decent prices. Definitely recommend for people looking for food. Skip the chain restaurants and eat here instead for just a couple bucks more. That nice lady in the picture was our server and that nice man made our delicious food. I can confirm that you don't want to order the double unless you are REALLY hungry. :)

Special was $16, I don’t mind paying for good food. It wasn’t. The prime rib was nothing but a chunk of fat with little to no meat. The scalloped potatoes had zero flavor and the salad comes in a tiny little cup, enough for 3-4 bites.

Was disappointed after reading all the good reviews. We were able to put in an order for pick up right before closing so that was nice. But they got our order completely wrong. Double cheeseburgers although we just wanted regular and the BLT without lettuce came with a ton of lettuce. I understand it was closing, but still. And lastly the fries were soggy and had absolutely no salt whatsoever. Feel like we might as well have done fast food instead.

Great food and friendly people. I would give a 4.5 if I could. Definitely worth a stop. The following is rating of individual dishes. Homemade chili - 10/10 This is county-fair competition-ready chili. Perfect flavor and really spicy. Chicken and dunplings 9/10- Really good. Not the best Ive ever had, but its better than what we make at home. Burgers and fries- 9/10 Excellent. Fresh cut fries. Grilled cheese was also excellent. Jalapeno corbread 7/10. Good, but its got cheese in it. Definitely edible though. Peach cobbler- 6/10. Edible, but nothing to write home about. Green bean casserole- 4/10. Not a fan.

Just passing by and decided to give them a try. The burgers were damn good. Our hostess/server (believed she owned the spot) was very nice and definitely enjoyed the conversation with her. If I ever find myself traveling this way ill def stop by.

My wife and I decided to try this place out. I'm glad we did. The place is phenomenal and a great atmosphere. Food was amazing and filling. I ordered a double burger and when it came, I was thinking how was I going to eat it let alone take a bite. Turns out it was 4 quarter pound burger patties. Wife ordered grilled cheese cause she wasn't as hungry. That was an amazing burger. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again. 10-11-23

Okay. We dropped by here just to check the place out. Sorry, but we weren't impressed with their menu. Very, very kind, nice folks, though. I wanted chicken strips, but they don't serve them here. I can not eat sandwiches hardly at all due to personal teeth issues. (My problem, but just how it is) I have to eat places that serve food I can eat. Finally, the woman mentioned chicken & dumplings. So I tried that. Was not impressed. Warmed over soup with huge dumplings. My husband got a BLT, which was okay. If you want brisket, they seem to have a lot of that on the menu. But, prices were high for the food they serve, seriously. Still, really kind folks. Wish we'd had a better experience there with their menu choices. 😕

Well, we finally did it. On November 10th, 2023, my small family and I just happened to be in Fort Stockton, TX. So, we went and ate at B's Family Dining on N. Main Street for the first time ever, based on all the great online customer reviews we had read. Oh my God, what an incredible experience that was! There wasn't a single item of food that we put in our mouths that wasn't outstanding. My wife and I both had cups (they were actually small bowls) of homemade chicken and dumpling soup that blew us away. I hadn't had that "stick-to-your-ribs" quality of chicken and dumplings since I was a small boy. My son had a cup (which was also actually a small bowl) of B's homemade tomato soup that impressed him just as much as our soups did us. The two, made-to-order brisket sandwiches that my son and I had were nothing less than awesome, and the hand-cut seasoned fries were so yummy that my wife, who had ordered a very nicely put-together side salad for her herself as her entree, couldn't keep her hands off of the fries that were sticking out of the edge of my brisket sandwich basket. And as if that great-tasting home-style meal wasn't enough to keep me coming back to B's in the future, the bill I received at the end the meal was pleasantly affordable. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the owners, Tanya and her husband, went out of their way to make us feel right at home while we were eating at their restaurant. Do yourself and your loved ones a huge favor. If you're ever in the Fort Stockton area, make sure to drop by B's Family Dining restaurant for a very special homemade kind of meal that you will never forget.

Definitely a gem in a small town, the green chili asadero sauce is great and unique. Meat quality was good, and the price was very good for how it tasted. The brisket BBQ burger, quarter pounder, steak fries, and the chili were all amazing. It was cozy, flavorful, and exactly what we wanted on a long drive.

Great meals and friendly service, prices are also very fair in my opinion.

This place is a MUST for so many reasons! The burger was delicious, the service was great, and the restaurant was a homey environment. Above all, the owners are so sweet and deserve all the business they get! We had a great pit stop on our way to Big Bend, thank you so much. From the 3 Venezuelan girls!

The food was fabulous. We got the brisket burger and the turkey club. The brisket was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Their chili cheese sauce was the perfect condiment to the house made fries. Love love love!

Just amazing home cooking. We ordered brisket fries with the green chili asadero sauce, the 1 pound burger (with green chilis and pepper jack) and the turkey and dumplings and shared around the table. So so incredibly good. Everything was homemade. The owners themselves made sure we had everything we needed, cooked and brought us out our lunch, and not only fed our stomachs, but also our hearts and souls with their stories.

If you’re in town looking for a good meal, look no further. Service was extremely friendly and quick despite being fairly busy. The brisket sandwich was perfection along with homemade hand cut fries! Will definitely be back when I’m out this way again!

We stopped here for lunch on our way through town because Google said they had a buffet bar with salad options. There was no buffet or salad bar so we ordered off the menu. Our lunch was delicious! We chose a club sandwich, a BBQ brisket sandwich with green chiles, salad and fries. It took longer than we had anticipated but was worth the wait. This is a family owned and operated business and everyone who walked through the door was a friend! Very sweet family and they are running a wonderful restaurant. I would definitely go back if I'm passing through again!
