Been here 5 times in the last 10 days. Always order tea at around 10pm and they never have it. Today I called ahead, several times before I got an answer... and then drove 5 minutes here. Drive thru lanes are blocked off. Closes at 11pm I'm here at 10:05pm and so angry that I am putting out a negative review.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Specifically asked the young lady if the sauce was in the bag. She said it was, arrived at hotel no sauce and wife ordered chicken sandwich. Chicken was completely over fried. Never again

This was a nice, updated McDonald’s to stop at while on the road. They have multiple self ordering stations and two registers. The ordering stations worked fine for us when we were there, unlike I’ve seen in previous reviews for this restaurant. The ordering was fast, efficient and it even scanned our discount from the McDonald’s app without incident. We were able to use Apple Pay, grab a table tent, and went directly to our table. When the employee brought the food, we were missing a fry and our drinks, but they fixed the issue rapidly and did not challenge the issue at all. The food was hot and the order was otherwise accurate. The tables, bathrooms and playground were very clean. The playground is small, like mentioned in previous reviews, but it was perfect for our kids to stretch their legs before we got back on the road.

We ordered two spicy crispy chicken sandwiches but only got one. Moreover, the buns were burnt and the chicken was overfried.

Smokey Bacon 1/4 lb, not bad but no where the size as advertised.

Again, they got my order wrong. Had we not been traveling and hurried on....we'd stop and complained.....

I was overcharged for my ordered. When addressing it with the guy at the window he became argumentative. I absolutely understand the staff shortage and can only imagine what the staff goes through. We were patient t and do not believe we deserved the attitude this young man displayed.

Got breakfast here, & I think it was way overpriced for what I got! The location in Van Horn is much better as far as I know. At least they seem more reasonable then this place. Nothing's affordable nowadays! Least not if you enjoy paying 20.00 or more.

Place was so clean, employees wore masks, food came quick, manager even served the food. Would definitely come again😩💞

The restaurant was a mess! The manager was standing in the dining area talking to someone on the phone about profits, using vulgar language at times, while his dining area was a mess. There were no clean tables, the trash can was spilling out, they were out of napkins, and the floor was all sticky like someone spilled soda everywhere.

Watched the crew trainer stick his hand inside nor 1 but 2 drink cups before making the drinks and handing them out the drive thru window to unsuspecting customers. I asked to speak to a manager and told him about it and his response was oh well our drink station is down. I told him it's a health code violation and he needed to fix it he shrugged me off. The employee could pick up the stack and grab from bottom

The girl at the counter was friendly and got my order right without having to repeat it 3x. I always pay with a card now so counting change isn't an issue anymore. Food was the same as it always is. Barely warm enough to say its warm and didnt have very much taste.

Was in town for a few days and stopped by for breakfast on a daily basis. Breakfast sandwiches were very good as was the coffee. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very decorative in a Halloween Día de los Muertos theme. Liked it.

Closes at 11PM. I've been waiting at the drive thru menu since 1016pm. It's now 1037pm and still no answer.

Plenty of parking in the parking lot. The restaurant was easy to get in and out of, particularly if you’re on the main highway. The ordering was on a self-service kiosk; lacks the customer service of face to face, but it was simple and quick. The food came out quickly and was brought to the table. The sodas were fresh. The trash cans were clean.

Great McDonalds! We had great service. The food came out quick during a busy lunch time. The play place was cute and they even had a little area to play games on their computers. Everything was clean and it was a great environment here.

We stopped at this McDonald's on the way up to NM and on the way back and both times all of the food was fresh and delicious. They had some of the best McNuggets and Quarter Pounders we have tasted at any McDonalds. We really wish all of the other McDonalds were this good.

This McDonald’s staff did a wonderful job this morning for our group. We arrived with 41 people and the way they took the orders and executed the orders was amazing, so well done, and with great attitude and was delicious and fresh! Thank You!

Ordering: extremely difficult. EXTREMELY!! I don't know if it was the speaker, the headset, or a joke, but I had to repeat my entire order 3 times, and things were still wrong!! First window: The young lady was very respectful and kind. She repeated my order to confirm. She was able to correct the mistake. 2nd window: no issues. The next young lady was kind and respectful as well. Our order was correct, but the nuggets were burnt, and the fries were cold. I usually stop here every few months passing from El Paso to Iraan, but there's other McDonald's to choose from.

I didn't rate the food, service or atmosphere because you didn't have any ice cream or a caramel frappe. Why don't you post on the front door that you don't have these items and therefore I wouldn't waste my time to enter your restaurant.

Arrived at the Fort Stockton McDonald's and stopped to get some lunch. GREAT customer service, the restaurant and bathroom was clean and our order was correct. Even though customers believe these are what a customer should expect and want in a restaurant, it is not always the case especially at fast food restaurants. Thank you to the staff for a job well done.😊

No complaints on the food, service, or staff. The Wi Fi was extremely slow and I had to find a different place to connect since I travel for work. Fort Stockton is located in a remote area of West Texas.

McDonalds - PLEASE update your hours online!! Everywhere we checked stated an 11pm closing time, so we were betting on grabbing a late dinner here after hours of driving. We arrived at 10:15 to all lights off. There were also two other vehicles there, seemingly driving by the drive-thru to see if it was open. What a disappointment! The only thing open in this town after-hours is the Flying J, with a Subway inside (our saving grace). Ft. Stockton is a major stopping point for people driving through Texas. Many people aren't able to stop until late at night. Restaurants here should really take this into consideration.

They forgot the bbq for the nuggets which I expected but come on lol just forgetting the patty????

This place close at 10pm since January 4th. Don’t know when they will back to normal schedule. Carl’s at Love Gas Station is open at that hour. Enjoy and safe trip.

Usually on point. Unless they are being lazy and don't want to make frappes or milkshakes, cause then the machine is 'out of order'. :( Hands down the slowest McDonalds ever!

Went to McDonalds on our way home from a long trip. Ordered food and asked for fresh fries. When I got to the window to pay I had to correct my order and requested once more for fresh fries. Once I got to the second window for pickup my order was almost immediately ready. This means no fresh fries. There was no one in line behind us and few cars in the parking lot so I am unsure why they did not have time to make fresh fries. Instead they threw fries back in the deep fryer to reheat them. We got dark dirty grease tasting fries. My burger had cheese wrapped around the bread and the burger was just tossed together so everything just came apart. I had food all over me which is not fun when traveling and you are only given two Napkins. My husband only had a half slice of cheese on his filet o fish. Neither of our sandwiches were hot so the cheese was not melted. Will never return to this location.

I was alone in service area there were 3 employees in lobby mopping floor. Waited for service and finally used kiosk and finish my order. Even after order ready no one announced or mention to pick up. Food was good.

Thank you to Christian and management for being helpful and honest. I dropped my wallet in this store on a road trip and didn’t realize it until I was home(5 1/2 hours away). They took the time to mail it back to me. $479 dollars plus all my cards. Thank you again, Jeff

Worst customer service I've received at a McDonald's we stopped here to get the kids something to eat and first thing they forgot a drink so we asked for it and they forgot again we had to stand at the counter so they would not forget about it again... we then ordered some coffee for the road and it had no sugar at all we asked for sugar for 2 coffees and they gave us 3 packs asked for more and the kid looked at us and just walked away we literally had to walk behind the counter and grab the sugar ourselves since nobody was giving us any attention the place wasn't even crowded with people... most tables were dirty and trash on the floor kids that work there going to the restroom 3 at a time and just joking around in there this place could use a grown up to get them straight!!

Receipts don't print, then when you go to the counter they ask for a receipt! Long wait to get order. Employees hand out cups for drinks. Drink dispenser is supposed to be touchless, doesn't work. Drink dispenser doesn't work even for the employees and yet they continue to hand out the cups to every customer. At counter employees don't respond when spoken to.

With Technology these days McDonald's has made it fast, easy and simple to order from your app or inside at a kiosk without the hassle of waiting in line! How convenient Is that! 🙄
