Definitely the worst road side motel experience I’ve ever had. Checked in late (after 1:30am) and housekeeping burst into my room at 9:15. On a Sunday. I was still asleep. No do not disturb signs in the room. I travel with a black light flashlight. Both my and my business partner’s room lit up like a crime scene but at least the beds were clean. Tweakers with no shoes on wandering into the breakfast room grabbing everything in sight. Breakfast room attendant more interested in his iPhone. A total insane asylum. Went to front desk to speak to manager. Teenager at the desk says no manger available and she doesn’t have the power to offer any kind of discount for horrible service/experience. Finally at my insistence she gets manager on the phone, Sujey, who doesn’t seem interested in hearing about any of the issues. Her only response ‘did you see what you paid?’ I replied I paid for a good night sleep and didn’t get one. She says call corporate. Sujey has no concept of what hospitality is and clearly can’t manage her staff. Stay anywhere else. Only positive thing I can say was the night check in guy was friendly even if he did screw up our credit card charge initially. I travel 100+ nights a year and stay in a lot of hotels from extremely high end to roadside dumps. This place was by far the dumpiest of the dumps.

The room was clean and comfy. Fluffy pillows and plenty of them. Shampoo and conditioner that smelled great. Big towels, not those little tiny ones. All the appliances... Hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Grab and go breakfast. Friendly staff. I blew in off the interstate at like 3am and the clerk was very accommodating. Best sleep and hot shower on my way back from Phoenix to Houston. Checkout is noon... So I definitely slept in. 😊 happy to book here again when I am traveling.

The property has clearly fallen into disrepair. We’ve stayed there a few times when it was under a different flag. The bathtub looked dirty. The bedside lamp was broken. The key to the door worked sporadically. The curtains were falling down. The only positives are that the place is dog friendly and the front desk clerk was very pleasant.

Easy to get into, but not too accommodating for the handicap elderly! Even though the room was close to the stairs we had to park about 6 cars away! Try carrying your overnight bag, purse, & food with trying to balance with a cane up two flights of stairs! Needless to say it was a nightmare!

The floor has not been swept. Ac ran loud, had to turn it off. The fridge was making noise. Paper thin walls, could hear everything next door. Popcorn on the ceiling is peeling off. Drapes in the windows are full of holes. I was told that all rooms were renovated, please hire someone else next time.

Today I made a reservation by calling the front desk with in 45 min I called and canceled the reservations. As we didn’t need the room we found another hotel. Around 805 I get a notification from my bank that my card was charged for the night. I went in to talk to the hotel and a couple of kids were at the front desk, and when the service clerk came in to the front I asked what was going on she had stated I made the reservation and needed the cancellation number I told her I made the reservation on the phone. She refused to refund my money so I called the local police. After they showed up she refunded my money. And filed a police report. I had proof of all transactions that were emailed to the cops. I will NEVER stay at their hotel again.

The Baymont had a vacancy where several others we tried did not and the price was low. We got a comfy king size bed, TV, Fridge and Microwave. Yes the carpet had some stains but it was clean. Included was a continental breakfast. For example, waffle maker, muffins, yogurt, fruit were available.

One of the best I have ever stayed. The general manager is a very nice lady with years of experience that keeps the rooms and breakfast in a level that no other hotels could run nowadays! Everything is clean and well organized for her dedication and service!!

Don't let the outside fool you... While that might need updating, the room certainly didn't! EXTREMELY CLEAN - EVEN THE CORNERS! Comfy bed. Nice linens. Big TV. Thick walls! Friendly clerk and a great price! Kudos to the owner for these accomplishments!

The bathroom had some bad patch up work and looked poorly maintained. However, the bedroom was very clean and neat. Freshly redone.

So we spent the night here on our drive to see family in in harker heights Tx .clean an friendly needs to be updated but fair price for what we needed breakfast was good waffles an eggs etc way better than donuts an coffee like most places...would stay again

Rarely do I have a bad experience when I stay at hotels. I do travel for business and am in many . Good point is a cleanliness of the room. I give it a 4.5. But it is old and seriously needs updating. However, I had issues. Again, it needs serious updating. The room feels tired. The TV screen is dead. It had sound but you could not see anything. Obviously, this is not a new issue for the room. Vanity water pressure is nonexistent. The shower drains extremely slow. Water temp is low. Picture trying to take a shower standing in 6 inches of cold water with only warm water. 20 minutes later, the tub still had water. The free shampoo and conditioner were used. Each one was partially full. However, there was a new bar of soap. On my next trip to Fort Stockton, I will find a different hotel

Nice motel with great staff. I'd absolutely stay here again if I was passing thru . My only real complaint was the drywall was a little beat up but nothing too bad. The bathroom could use some work as well but overall I'd recommend this motel to just about anyone.

So many issues. Renovated room we were first in the shower wall fell. Gave a new room a guest was already in. Then sent to non renovated room with uncomfortable beds and garbage everywhere.

Run down room. Door ajar and didn't close securely. Looked like it had been broken into at some time. Room was clean and TV service was better than some higher priced hotels. Nightly rate was good. Good location.

When we arrived, we were provided a room with no working AC unit. The front desk agent provided another room. At 10pm we had two men knock and open our door to our surprise. They were told this room was available and provided keys to our room. We called and immediately complained. At 12am, again someone knocked and opened our door. We called and complained again and told sorry. The next morning we took all of our stuff out of the room but upon our return we stopped by the front desk only to learn they had checked us out. The agent, Raquel apologized and provided us another room. Rooms need a lot of work.

This motel was just what I needed after a long road trip. The night clerk was very welcoming and very informative of the area. The room was clean, quiet and I slept very good. Checking out was simple and the breakfast options were slim; yogurt, water or coffee. I opted for McDonald’s across the street.

Very convenient right off the interstate I did not hear the interstate noise while I slept the room was so nice better than I thought it would be especially for the price and I would definitely go back to this location

The staff was warm and welcoming from my check in at night , and upon checkout it was the EXACT same. Very professional and courteous. This location was a perfect stop coming from Houston! The rooms were clean and tidy, met my standards for a perfect pit stop along the road!

Big Truck Parking Lot and rooms look decent. Definitely could use some renovations cause it looks dated. Great location with Walmart across the street and your favorite fast food chains on the other side... Also carpets need to be clean there are visible stains

Dirty, disgusting, rude management, mattresses tossed over railings, bathroom was nasty, 4 rooms didn’t open, lights didn’t work, office was completely under construction. This was by far the most disgusting experience I have ever had in my life while staying somewhere I was paying for. Do not stay here.

The night and morning shift girls were helpful and sweet. And for the price it was a great stay. Not fancy but comfortable

Ngl I was kinda nervous after reading the reviews, so I did a thorough inspection of the room upon arrival, and the Baymont was actually one of the nicest motels I've stayed at this week. The room was odorless and clean. It was a pleasant stay considering the low price.

Water took about 20 mins til it got hit enough for shower. Rooms have weird smell. Soap and shampoo very generic bring your own. Good if you just need a quick place top stay for a night. Smoke alarm not well installed and neither was the shower head it moved when i tried to adjust the head from spraying out the tub area.
