Ordered a beast pepperoni and got a huge flat bread?? Chargerd over $40 on the card and the customer service was awful. Management ignored the concerns and did not offer any reimbursement or accommodations. Very disappointed with how this transaction was handled.

Always fresh, delicious food both carry out and delivery! 100% accuracy with my many orders! The staff is always friendly and establishment is clean.

Look online for best deals ended up buying a medium cheese pizza for $10 bucks online for carryout; got to the store and see this sign that clearly states $5.99 for large cheese pizza. I go in and ask and they say that the sign is for "Walk In". Do you see anything on the sign about walk in? Neither do I. I do see where it says you can order this special online but it isn't there either. This is a true definition of "FAKE" advertising. Spent $10 bucks for medium while the sign states I could have received a large for about half that price.

Out of this world service. You literally will be like "Woah, we are on a different planet!" And then you will be a little sad because you are just on silly old Earth. But then you realize that you can get more Snappy Tomato pizza. But then the planet thing happens again. So roller-coastery but overall great!

Younger associates are nice, have been here before, food is what you expect from snappy's but service can really be hit or miss. Attempted to place an order, credit card was charged but order was never confirmed or received. Made a call to ask if the order had gone through or if I needed to reorder online, the man on the phone had incredibly short temper and said I placed the order at the wrong restaurant and would not let me place another order?? He cut me off multiple times as I tried to figure out what I needed to do to place another order, I wasn't rude to him, but the interaction was one of the strangest I've had in awhile. Never got to place that order sadly.. ):

Got a pepperoni and sausage calzone. The people were friendly and asked if we were military vets so they could give us a discount. Calzone was excellent. Service was better than expected. I’ll be going back often!
