Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Gave me a sense of ease and trustworthiness. This was a pleasant and productive experience, I believe. I look forward to our next appointment and expect to make progress with my anxiety issues.

So I am from Indiana. I was told twice I wouldn't have pay a bill because it was their fault... they didn't think twice the fact that I said I was from Indiana. The nurse I saw started to go over the medicines I am on and then realized that they can't prescribe anything because the doctor didn't have a license for Indiana, which is as I said where I am from (live). That being said the nurse said I wouldn't have worry about the bill since there would be no need to see the doctor. So I left thinking they were very considerate about what happened. Then I come home to find a $150 bill due through their Patient Portal. I called their billing department and explained what the nurse had told me. The first lady said it was their mistake because they knew when taking my info upon setting up the appointment initially that I was from Indiana and not to worry about it. But then I had to call back because I kept getting messages saying I owe them the money. So I told that to the second lady telling them the new bill says I saw the doctor and got my "emotional support" from the doctor and nurse. But I DIDN'T!! That is impossible having never even seen the doctor. Apparently now the nurse and doctor have lied so they could get payed. And they said it's their word versus mine. I would NOT recommend going to this office. EVER!

My initial visit was less than 15 minutes and my NP put me on two medications in one day. Hopefully I don’t have any side effects…

Today was my first session with a therapist and the tele health experience so far has been great! I am feeling very optimistic about choosing Life Stance for my mental health because already the staff and intake was very easy and when I called for help everyone was very patient and professional!!! I have had a few companies I have worked with already and I have a really good feeling about this treatment program and I'm super glad I made the choice to switch!!! Definitely five stars already!

I came here seeking therapy and got zero help. The therapist didn't seem to want to listen to what I was saying about my symptoms and kept wanting to push pharmaceuticals down my throat even though I kept asking for alternatives. They also took money from my bank account without my permission to pay towards my bill. And when trying to contact them about the issue I've been completely ignored and had no calls returned.

I honestly admire and adore every aspect of LifeStance! Office staff is very friendly and always make you feel welcome and cared for, billing Dept is friendly and understanding - never pushy! I have never had a bad experience nor have I had any complaints. Jarod Lemon is outstanding with communication and his willingness to make you feel comfortable and cared for! Thank you!
