Dr. Dowdall was very thorough and friendly. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The office is fresh and inviting. The frame selections were extensive and contemporary. I was in on a Monday and my glasses (prescription sunglasses too Maui Jim's & Raybans) were ready for me within in less than a week. What more can you ask for? Great experience.

My family and I just moved to Newport and we were looking for a new eye doctor. Well, we feel like we just hit the lottery with this office. I had an appointment last week and was greeted with the kindest staff members throughout my entire journey through the office. Today, my husband had an appointment so I tagged along. We were greeted with people telling us "Happy Anniversary" and given a very sweet greeting card signed by the staff. It turns out that while making my husband's appointment last week, we were joking that we'd be spending our anniversary with these fine, fine folks and they remembered!!! I was even handed a glass of wine. Truly the finest medical visit we've both ever experienced. just phenomenal service.

All of the staff is very professional, timely, kind and informative. I love being a patient here! I am extra appreciative of one of the employees who worked extremely hard to get me the proper glasses frame and lens, since mine kept falling out repeatedly due to a product malformation! She works in the back with blonde hair, so sorry I can't recall your name right now!! You all rock

What a group of nice professionals, but sort of like crazy relatives. Seriously, they are top notch. They listen too. I love that they have helped me pick out frames for 40+ years.

The office staff is very friendly and good at what they do. They acknowledge you when you walk in and they are quick to get you to the back for your appointment. Dr Sunderman is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He is great at explaining the tests and your eye care. I had a routine appt but I know that Dr Sunderman would take his time with me if I had any additional questions. I am very happy with this office!

From upon entering the office, the customer experience is first-rate! The staff is very friendly, helpful and approachable. Dr. Sunderman and his assistants are very caring and do a great job in explaining any procedure and thoroughly answering any questions or concerns! The facility is always clean and orderly as well. Their selection of frames seems current and well stocked.
