I was referred to fort Thomas animal hospital by a friend. I have seven cats and took one of them in for his yearly checkup a few weeks ago and I was very pleased. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The building is very clean and cheery. There was no wait time at all, and the veterinarian, Dr Turner was extremely thorough. I'm very excited to forge this new relationship with fort Thomas animal hospital! The first two photos are Alvin and the last four are Simon. Yes, they are both orange cats! I found Simon 10 and 1/2 years ago on the Roebling Bridge. Someone had thrown him out of a car and his leg was broken and his face was cut. We got him fixed up and he is just my heart. 🧡🧡🧡

FTAH is always the best - they got me in sooner than expected, all of the doctors are there for my pets so I know they’re in good hands regardless of who they see. The visit was efficient and friendly and I left feeling prepared with a specific action plan that I knew I was able to manage. Kristin the tech - was great with Cicada and was able to be friendly and manage her time wisely, I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. Dr. Pritchard quickly confirmed her diagnosis with Cicada and set clear expectations of what I would need to do going forward. Dani at reception ensured my process before, during and after was as stress free as possible and even took the time to ensure my auto ship for food was set up correctly and remained low effort. They’re always a pleasure to visit and although we don’t look forward to having to go to the vet - the staff at Fort Thomas Animal Hospital goes above and beyond to make our experience as wonderful as possible. Special shout outs to Dr. Garber, Lauren, Oneida & Jackie for helping me feel welcome and supported while there even though they didn’t directly treat Cicada. 💖

They treat my Busterboo if he was their baby. He loves Dr Pritchard! She just loves on him and lets him sit in her lap during the visit.

We have been taking our pets to Ft Thomas Animal Hospital for as long as we can remember. Both of our children take their pets there also. We go there because always have good service and care for our pets. I guess the most important thing is Thrust, them to inform us on keeping our dog as healthy as can be and informing us on her situation. We thank them very much.

They have always given my baby's the very best of care. I absolutely love Dr. Jean Pritchard. I have been going here for years back and forth. The only time my pets have ever left the care of this hospital was if we were not living in the area. We always come back. I definitely give it five stars.

I cannot thank the staff here enough! Neither of my dogs are patients there but I called today needing one of my dogs needing to be seen right away due to an allergic reaction. My vet would take my dog in but they would have just kenneled her and not looked at her for an hour or so. They not only took me in right away but took her in during their lunch time. I did not even know this at first....the staff did not let on to the fact that I was taking up their break time. Everyone was so nice and caring and got my baby feeling better right away. They were all so amazing and I could not thank them enough! I will definitely be switching my dogs to use them as their primary vet!

Highly recommend taking your cats here. From the front desk to Dr. Pritchard and the entire staff, this clinic is on top of communicating and making sure your pet has the best care. They followed up with me before and after the vet appointment when my cat was sick. Even better, my cat normally hates the vet but he felt safe and loved this office. I initially came here due to an emergency for one of my cats (they had the earliest available appointment), but after such great care I’m switching both my pets to this clinic.
