I love their food but every time I order online, I get a quarter portion of what I would normally get when I order in person. I suspect the workers are neglecting to give us anything through online orders because they don’t get tipped like they do in person. Regardless, I’d like to be served an equal or at least similar amount. Your food is too good to be providing horrible service like this. I don’t even want a refund I just want Think Poke :(

Hands down the best Poke shop I've ever eaten at, and I've lived in Hawai'i ! So, that's saying a LOT. 😁 We love that they have the build your own bowl options too. You're able to choose multiple meats like Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp etc without extra charges like other places. They also have Acai bowls, which are HUGE and also have additional topping options. Oh, and don't even get me started on the Taro Boba drinks 🤪 AMAZING!! I wish they had more locations, but, I happily drive the 25 miles to get food here. We love how healthy and delicious everything is, plus, you can't beat the pricing!

Incredible food and customer service. The second you walk in you are greeted with “Poke!” With smiling faces from the staff. The tuna, salmon, octopus, and scallops are fresh and all the staff are very helpful to help you choose in case it’s your first time. They also have a punch card (get one bowl or drink free if you order enough) and their boba is amazing. The tapioca is nice and soft as it should be. Even the customers are willing to help you! Since it was my first time at Think Poke, other regular customers were just as excited for me and showed me how the process worked. I’ve had Poke PLENTY of times before, but just love seeing the excitement that they wanted to share. It shows how much good vibes this place shared that it spreads to their customers. Thanks everyone for the great meal and boba ❤️

Quick, delicious fresh! Being able to BYOB "build your own bowl" makes this a game changer. Lots of fresh items to choose from. I had mixed greens, beef, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon radish, sushi ginger, edamame, sweet onions, topped with spicy mayo, crispy onions, crispy garlic and a delicious Wasabi crumble topping. The honey dew Boba Tea is just an amazing finisher. Will definitely be back!!

Holy cow, make sure you eat in! Amazing, gorgeous, fresh, yummy DIY Poke! The bowls are HUGE, pick your protein, (from hot juicy steak, or chicken, to sushi salmon and tuna.) then, add AS MANY toppings, veggies and sauces as you want. This isn't including the dessert bowls, PILED with fresh fruits. I'll drive from Pensacola to eat there again because it's SO 😋 yummy!!

A year ago I would’ve given this place 5 stars. I’ve been about 15 times in the past year, and each time my portions get smaller and smaller. Today, my proteins were less than a 1oz. scoop a piece. I used to get 2 tbsp. of cucumber, and now they want to charge me .50 per extra spoonful?! My rice is half as much as it used to, and to make it worse the bowls have gone from $8 to $11 for a small. The bowls still taste great, but it’s not really worth it anymore. Additionally, the blonde girl taking my order was rude, despite my kindness and consistent please and thank you’s. She kept trying to up-charge me, and despite me kindly declining, when I ordered a boba she charged me for a large without telling me and I didn’t notice until after I paid. No, your BOBA teas don’t come with tapioca balls, you have to pay extra. So what used to be a $4 drink is now $6.50. Hire kind people, and serve bowls like you used to. Flavor is 10/10, but that’s it.

We just moved to the area last week and was so excited to find this place. I was grossed out and mortified after i paid and was getting ready to walk away. A roach crawled on the counter towards me. The cashier killed it with her hand and apologies. Is this normal for the area? I heard there are a lot of bugs here. I was so grossed out i threw my $25 worth of food in the trash.

Unorganized- the dual line system for getting a bowl vs getting dessert is bad. It’s frustrating when they have customers who walk in after you to get and pay for their food. Their food is good but obtaining is is probably the worst in the region.

Cute little spot with delicious, fresh food and fast, friendly, and accommodating service. Wish I lived closer because I would be a regular for sure! Plenty of options for the less adventurous and the OG choices for the more experienced. Still miss Hawaiian poke, but this is a great substitute while in Florida. The brown sugar boba milk tea was perfect 🥰 boba was the perfect texture, I asked for more tea and they gave me more right away. Amazing service! Only thing that would've made it even better would be paper/cardboard bowls instead of so much plastic. The spoons and chopsticks were wooden which was nice. Highly recommend!

Amazing poke bowl! The very best, authentic Hawaiian with a twist. I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take a photo. Reasonable prices, even cooked beef or chicken poke bowls for your friends who don’t like raw fish. We took some photos, one was when we were almost completed our food. Was so ONO that I forgot to take a pic before to see the masterpiece. You will be happy to eat at Think Poke an amazing place to eat.

Pro: delicious! Things can be worked out : felt abit rushed, and feel guilty if I stop and ask what few things were. Overall: very yummy little place, wish more seating options but we will continue to visit them!

I missed think poké so much! I used to come 3+ years ago and quality has gone down some. For starters, the portion size got way small which is to be expected with inflation and all. It was still good though and I’m coming back for poké if I’m in the mood for it and this is the only place that offer it.

Boba was perfectly cooked and textured. We ordered coffee and taro blended milk teas, both with almond milk, and the drinks were absolutely delightful--not too icy, yet still cold and refreshing. We look forward to our next visit!

Nice little place. Lots of ingredients to make your poke bowl. The boba tea is also quite good. Highly recommend for those looking for a fairly healthy alternative

10/10 delicious! The ladies running the counter were awesome. Got a Sesame Bowl and a Milk Tea Boba, and honestly that was the best boba tea I've had in a while. Highly recommend!

We ordered bibimbop and brown sugar boba. The bibimbop was fresh tasting and extremely flavorful. They give you a good portion. Well worth the money. The brown sugar boba was divine!! Rich and creamy the tapioca balls had perfect consistency. This was a quality drink. Decadent and satisfying. The crew was hard working and courteous. It's always a pleasant experience there. My only gripe would be that they need a bigger place. Highly recommend.

We have been to several states traveling for work and this place has by far the best poke we have ever had! Love that they have octopus and scallops! Bowl was beautifully made and was absolutely delicious!!!

When I first came in, everyone was very inviting and the music playing was very vibrant and entertaining. The girl, Iana, took my order very fast. Erika helped me order different mix-ins and it let me try new things and gave me a better experience of ThinkPoke. The girls, Erika and Jaynea, were very friendly and helped me check out my bowl. They are lovely girls and I would rate this experience a 11/10!

Think Poke has become one of my favorite places to eat on a regular basis. I love that I can create a poke bowl just how I like it, with all my favorites ingredients, and they have so many to choose from and so many healthy options. Its beyind delicous. The food is always very fresh, the restaurant is always clean and the Staff is always so friendly. They also have a punch card reward. I'll be filling up many punch cards. Support this place so we have them for many years to come.

Very mid for a review here all around. Employees are friendly, but they never have the top 3 choice flavors I ask for. Once we settle on a flavor, I sit down, very small seating area (so plan for take out), I get called back to the counter because they don’t have whatever flavor I’ve settled on. This is my second visit here with the same outcome. My last visit was July 2023. They also do not have tap to pay. I had hope, but now I’m going to find another poke place.

I’ve had their açaí bowls, boba tea, and one poke bowl. The spicy poke bowl was delicious although they were out of half the ingredients so I haven’t tried whatever it actually comes with, and the girl at the register started trying to charge me extra for all the subbed toppings but did catch herself lol. Açaí bowl was standard, and boba tea is okay but not my favorite. I wish they had more real options for someone looking for actual tea rather than a sugar explosion. But it is called “Think Poké” after all, not “think tea”. So more like “tea afterthought”. But the poke bowl was quite good. Disappointed by the portion size of the açaí bowl. They also ask you if you want PB or Nutella with it but they asked me each time in a tone that suggested it came with it. This last time I caught the one dollar charge and declined.
