It
had
been
several
years
since
I
had
dined
here
at
JK's.
Struggling
to
find
a
nice
place
to
eat
that
wasn't
too
terribly
busy
is
often
hard
in
the
Fort.
We
got
really
lucky
here!
The
place
was
busy,
but
no
wait.
Our
waitress
got
our
drink
orders
right
away
and
we
reviewed
the
menu.
The
staff
was
very
friendly,
and
allowed
me
to
taste
several
different
beers,
before
making
my
decision.
They
had
a
pretty
large
craft
beer
section,
and
several
other
options
to
choose
from.
We
started
with
the
Brussel
Sprouts
for
the
appetizer.
They
were
so
tasty!
the
added
shaved
cheese
on
top,
either
Parma
or
Pecorino,
and
dressed
nice
too.
I
went
with
the
Fish
and
Chips!
Those
were
some
of
the
best
fries
I
had
eaten
in
a
long
time!
the
garlic
aioli
was
spot
on
to
dip
those
in!
The
Fish,
fried
to
perfection!
It
was
still
almost
too
hot
to
eat
when
I
took
my
last
bite.
My
wife
had
the
Sheppard's
Pie,
with
ground
lamb.
I
had
to
tried
it
as
well,
it
too
was
so
packed
with
flavor,
amazing!
Great
Food,
Very
Nice
Staff,
Friendly
Atmosphere!
need
to
remember
to
go
back
more
often!
