The dine-in was great❗Pick 3 with 2 sides, generous serving -More than I could eat. Endless shrimp - excellent $22 choice 🍤 Appreciated the waitress keeping us supplied with biscuits.❗My takeout order was not what I asked for. But I didn't notice until I got home. 👎🏻I didn't call to report it because I live 30 minutes away. I wasn't going to return or pick up a new order🍽️

I’ve been to this red lobster for carry out a few times since the pandemic started. Unfortunately I can’t say that I’ve been super impressed. The first time we went I ended up getting The seafarer feast. It’s definitely not cheap but the meal itself was well prepared and probably would’ve tasted better if I ate it in the restaurant. The second time I went I tried their new wagyu burger. The food itself was so so but the most disappointing thing was they’ve completely forgot an entrée and we had to drive back which made all of the rest of the food cold. They did give me a $15 gift card to make up for it but by the time I got to eat my burger it was stone cold and dry. This last time I went and used the gift card to try the Baja shrimp bowl. For the price you pay it’s actually not bad however I knew something was missing as I was eating the meal and wondering where the ranch sauce was. I went and confirmed on the menu pictures that there should’ve been a sauce with it as well… oh well

We made a reservation through Google reserve and did not wait a single minute when we got there. We got to our table and were waited on by a friendly waitress. Good experience overall and we will return. Expect to spend around $100 for two meals and two drinks. We were full to a point of no room for desert.l🤣🤣

Food was decent but not my normal Red Lobster visit. Seems like they made the portions smaller than my last visit. I had the ultimate surf and turf. They forgot part of my meal and never even had it cooked. The service was absolutely terrible. Instead of admitting they didn't cook it and offering a discount. They bring it out after we have all finished our meals, then I had to ask for a discount to make up for it. Took over an hour just to get our checks, then we had to ask for take home boxes. Considering I had a big meal and over half of it was left you think that would have been common sense to offer. Hope they do better next time.

We called and made reservations for our anniversary. The reservation was confirmed. We arrived 10 minutes early and we were told it would be at least a 3 hour wait. When I mentioned our reservation, the girl at the desk said, "Sorry first come first served". Why bother wasting anyone's time making a reservation?! We'll never trust them again for such an important occasion! I was so mad. We traveled over an hour to get there, and then to be treated as such!

We got the Monday special, it was all you can eat Shrimp. The scampi is delicious....the coconut shrimp came with a pineapple/coconut sauce which was yummy.....they have three other shrimp dishes to pick from. The service was spot on ....the price was reasonable.....we will go back again soon.

We went as family, party of 8. Did the best they could. Putting tables together, sometimes, I think that restaurant managers and owners forget how much space people really need, when the whole eating out experience is multiple plates and drinks and whatever sizes are to accommodate the space provided by them. Crowded, but really good food. Good time. Lucky for us, we went after the evening meal rush. Pleasant experience with great service. They do a great job of accommodating the groups. Yeah, I will go back.

My wife and I ate here, and the food was absolutely perfect. The service was second to none, but unfortunately, it was slightly cold, and the music was a little loud, or I would give the atmosphere 5 stars as well. We will be back!

Had two different people wait on us. The key being WAIT Took forever to get service. Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive. Waiter asked if we wanted more biscuits. My reply was that we would like our food. When it came out finally, part was left off. Waiter never checked back on us. Truly one of the the worst dining experiences ever

Tonight my daughter and her family took us out to Red Lobster, 3 of us ate the the ultimate feast. The lobster was under cooked and disgusting, the crab legs didn't have much meat in them. My Son in Law ended up with food poisoning. He was throwing up in the parking lot before we left. The only good part of our visit was our waitress. She was amazing. To bad the food sucked. Will not be coming back. Spent almost 300 for nothing.

Yum. Yum. Yum. And even that may not adequately describe our meals! Piping hot, cooked to perfection, beautifully plated by the kitchen then served with a smile by Brittany our server. My coconut shrimp was outstanding, the other meals at our table perfect as well. Do go visit and enjoy your own great seafood choices!

Had a terrible issue with my food today but the team was able to get it taken care of IMMEDIATELY. Made me feel like my dollars were still well spent . Angie was OUTSTANDING and my meal turned around quickly . The responsiveness and the hospitality was something i haven’t seen in a very long time and for that reason I created this review

Very disappointed. Have been the last three times we have been here. We and three other couples waited for a good 10 minutes before the hostess showed up at her station. And then she seemed lost as what to do. The cheddar bay biscuits have shrank in size, they where also very overcooked. They mashed potatoes were like glue. The coconut shrimp was very good although not hot at all. The server did not deliver our food, a cook did. We sat in the bar area. all the tables had dirty dishes on them, we had to wait for a table to be cleaned off. This was at 11am right after they opened. Probably won't go back to Fort Wayne Red Lobster.

Went here for my wife’s birthday dinner; just the two of us. The waitress was very friendly and kind. She checked on us at appropriate intervals and I never ran out of water. The lobster and shrimp was cooked perfectly. Prices are very reasonable and they’ve got specials for every day of the week. We’ll be coming back.

A wonderful restaurant to eat at! Our server was so sweet and friendly. She was also really attentive and fast with ordering and bringing food out. I absolutely love the endless shrimp, and the dragon shrimp as well. Both are so good! The lobster bisque soup is incredible, and even better if you dip the cheddar biscuits in it! Absolutely recommend this place!

1st time visit, waited over 20 minutes for order to be taken. Only saw our waitress 3 times. That was to take the order, ask if I wanted more shrimp and give us check. Never got a refill on drink. From beginning to end took over 1½ hrs all because we could find the waitress.

We have not been to Red Lobster in years. I was hungry for fried shrimp and decided to give them a try. They were not busy and we were seated quickly and server, Nick, came to get our drink order. Shortly after, he brought our biscuits and took our order. I was a little disappointed that there is an extra charge for a side salad so stuck with the broccoli. Food came in good time and everything looked good. Some shrimp were a little soggy from the broccoli next door but still edible. Nick checked on us an appropriate amount of times and did a good job being attentive but not overbearing. We were disappointed on leaving to have to excuse ourselves through the 8 or so people that were waiting to be seated. I can't imagine what it's like when they are really busy. There needs to be a larger entry or separate enter/exit.

Our server, Fabian, was very lovely and gave us great service! Plus he was extremely nice and very patient with us when ordering and giving us our food. He surely made my night better, hopefully making my family's night better as well.

It's been awhile since the last time I've have been here but I'm glad I came today it was very good. The new York strip Steak was very good . The coconut shrimp 🍤 was awesome. The service was great 👍. Sorry but the only complaint is the tables are to small need bigger tables. I couldn't fit everything on the table it was crowded. But anyways I will be back I'll just put things on my seat.

I recently visited Red Lobster and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. From start to finish, my dining experience was top-notch. The menu offers a wonderful variety of seafood options, all cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Lobster Bisque and the Ultimate Feast - they were both absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had an enjoyable evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very inviting and comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend Red Lobster to anyone looking for a memorable seafood dining experience. Five stars!

Logan was an excellent server and the food was great tonight. The pick 3 for $18.99 was a nice surprise they are now offering.

First time to Red Lobster in many years. Boy were we disappointed. My wife & I took our 2 young children at 530pm. There was no wait to get a table. Our waitress came right out and ordered and brought our drinks. We ordered our food. Absolutely nothing was correct. No apologies. Never even saw a manager. Long initial food delays, and even longer on bringing out the proper food. Absolutely awful service. The proper food was okay. Nothing special but nothing wrong. Though they weren't the slightest bit busy, it took us a total of 1.5 hours to get in and out. There were multiple waitresses standing around talking. Mind you, our 2 & 5 year old children were with us, we could overhear their conversations which included vulgar language. One was even sitting in a booth doing her homework talking about her degree from Manchester College. At least she wasn't cussing and talking about killing herself like the others were. For $93 before tip, we'll gladly go elsewhere from now on. Lesson learned. This place isn't what it used to be.

Loved it!! We went here for our 3rd year anniversary. And it was my first time eating at this restaurant. Our waitress was great I can not remember her name. But she was awesome. And the biscuits were to die for and my meal was great. Thanks to all Red Lobster staff for the amazing experience.💃

Lobsterfest! Great food! Enrique, our server, was prompt, attentive and did an awesome job! It was super busy due to Valentine's weekend.

After a brief wait we were seated. Our server Arielle was delightful. She was efficient while upbeat and helpful. She kept us updated as the kitchen was busy. My Cesar salad was wonderful, crab legs were great. The only thing I wished for was a butter warmer. By the time I had cracked my crab legs they were cold and the butter solidified. Overall a good experience.

Always seem to get good service here. Foods always hot and fresh. And still the best cheddar biscuits in town.

  • 1/5 Jamie J. 2 years ago on Google
Unbelievable!!!! Food took forever to come out and sadly the crab had no flavor. Our waitress was very nice at least so I can get over the wait and she’s not the cook so not her fault. What I can’t get over is what I seen in the bathroom I used before we left. This is disgusting. What if a child were to get into that. I mean if you’re going to do it dummy don’t leave half behind. Red Lobster you better cleaning them bathrooms periodically. Some people are disgusting and so inconsiderate. We won’t be back that’s for sure.

I am not a fan of sea food, but my wife loves it so this was her birthday dinner. The restaurant itself is very clean and well decorated. The staff is extremely friendly. My wife got a platter with crab legs and shrimp and she absolutely loved it. She also loved the cheddar biscuits. I had the chicken tenders and they weren't the greatest, but its a sea food restaurant so I won't hold it against them! I would still call it a five star experience!
