Very slow, 25 minutes to get food, rude and oblivious employees who were more interested in each other's shoe choices than even taking my order without me having to ask them to do their job. Masks were worn down under their chins while taking orders and interactions with customers. Order counter and place where customers stood was covered in trash. Would literally recommend any other place to eat.

The burgers were very average and the bacon was underdone. Our food took about 20 minutes to be ready, but the fries and sundae were both delicious.

Food was good (especially those fries), but being a tech I'm very impressed with the automated voice at the drive through. Just wish they had a screen that shows what it heard you order.

The food tasted very still and old. The bread was hard, and the fries was very, very old. But they had great customer service.

Food was delicious would have been fantastic if Google Maps would not have taken me downtown when I was only a mile away from the other one. Personally did not care for the AI person on the microphone would prefer to talk to a human being.

Terrible, on 29th September 2023 at 11 p.m. I was waiting for my order for 1h. After a couple of days I visited again and Burger was great I guess it really depends on the stuff.

Food is good, I mean it is what it is, service depends on the person, recommend drive thru unless you wanna weed through the homeless people there...

The food came out fast, the lady at the window was very friendly, and the food was warm and good.

Very slow service, waited way to long for the quality of food we received. None of the burgers were marked to tell who's was who's. Fries were excellent tho.

Rallys is advertising that if you buy one Big Buford, you can get a second one for a dollar. However, they are NOT telling people they cannot buy sides or a drink with them and get the deal. If you buy sides, you have to buy 2 combos and get a different deal. I took pictures of all the signage and did not see anything VISIBLE saying you could not buy sides.... I thought when a restaurant offered deals like that, they were trying to sell more product, not less. This is the second time in less than a month that they did not honor their advertised sale prices. Last time, it was a 2 for price on their red LED reader board, which the manager says he has no control over whether the prices are correct. Wow.... this is very poor management.

They made a double order for our order and charged me for it talking about i need to call corporate office for this and dont understand why because i have my receipt and everything smh!! Bad business i will never go back to this location again!!

The automated speaker system was kind of cool to use. I didn't expect it so I was a little surprised by it but it seemed to work well. The guy cooking the food looked like he could use a shower.

Ordered a big Burford meal. First you talk to a drive up bot not a person. I ordered and bot got what I wanted. But you cannot ask questions or anything. Fries were amazing as usual. However the burger was a huge letdown. Picture shows lettuce tomato and onions. My burger was basically 2 patties with cheese. Found one really small tomato on the very back of burger. Nothing else.

Really good food but some of the employees are rude especially the one at the window on night shift I was standing there waiting for 30 minutes so I could order and ended up leaving with nothing. If you can't handle the job don't work there

Saturday June 24, 2023 around 2:25 pm, I place a walk in order for a small banana shake and a mix and match 2 for $4 (CHICKEN AND FISH) with a female cashier who had me repeat my order multiple times and still DELIBERATELY rang me up for two fish sandwiches. When I returned to have the issue corrected, she acted as if it was an inconvenience and had the audacity to have an attitude after she purposely served me the wrong order! Who knows how often then transpires!? I’m sure I’m not the only customer this has happened to

One star for the manager or whoever it was yelling at the girl on drive thru at midnight on 05/23 going in to 05/24. They forgot my fries and the incredibly kind drive thru lady went to get them for me and the dude started yelling at her and also assuming I was lying about my missing food like I couldn’t hear him. People like you don’t need to be in places of power you absolute toolbag of a human.

Closes @ 4am, I arrived at 3:30 am and still had my order taken with no excuses like most Restaurants near closing time. The young lady and the Guy that was there gave me great service. I wish I would have asked there names. But this is the best fast food service I ever had, the food was really made to order. Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Will NEVER order chicken bites again, or return. Order took nearly, if not literally, 20 minutes for me to recieve from the time I got to the pick up window to getting the food. Then when I got home, the chicken bites in the half lb box tasted a good hour old. I mean no way these things were cooked in the last hour before I got em. I would believe it if someone told me they had been sitting in there all day. I've had better fresher tasting chicken from McDonald's give me food poisoning so I'll be surprised if this doesn't. 🤮 my triple cheese burger tasted completely fresh, so that's a plus I guess..

Went on a Saturday night at around 1am so they were very busy in the drive thru. The food was fresh and tasted good!

Geez. Prices go up and burgers shrink significantly? After the new robot that attempted to take my order could not get it right, i finally drove up to the window to save time. The young lady that helped me was awesome, friendly and professional...great job to her. My Rallyburger was fine, and the fry burger was too. But Rallys has definitely changed from the days of value, portions, and quality.

the best thing was James Dobbs he is a awesome cook and person,the worst was the damn drive thru wait!!!

these guys have absolutely no idea what is going on. very long wait and then they give us somebody else's order. no communication from them either so they have no idea what goes to who.

Cheeseburger. Meat was super thin ,tomatoes warm,lettuce was wrinkle overall gross. Did not eat very much.

They served me at the window after 2 which was a blessing n the funnel cake fries were on point but I don't like being hounded by the extras surrounding the late night drive thru customers and walk up customers.

Great economical burger selections that never disappoints. I got the fries lovers double burger combo with extra fries. 😋

My food came out hot and my order was correct, however, I had 2 separate employees come to the window to make sure they were making the right order and I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food.

Love Rallies is the only fast food restaurant in the area (aside from Taco Bell) that is open the latest and serves wonderful cuisine, especially the huge Buford, but you must try the western Buford, which is incredible. The town's greatest fries are served there.

I only asked if they knew how much longer it would be till I got my food because I had already been waiting almost 30 minutes and you had already helped at lead 5 cars and 2 people behind me. I'm disabled and standing is ready hard enough on me. I just wanted a short walk. But no, I ended up almost passing out because my heart rate went to high. I will never come back. It was a question, I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I didn't even yell, and I apologized for asking, I just didn't feel good and I was going to ask for my money back if it was to much longer... Older white lady is the one that was so awful to me.
