Horrible work experience for my minor child. My child is 15 and never had a person to contact that had a higher level of competence than she did. I understand that this is a privately owned company, but things are handled poorly and unprofessional. Pay is just as bad as communication.

Since when did the banana splits get so small?! 3 little blobs of ice cream, barley any strawberries, chocolate, or pineapples… waste of money. Went to the one in Albion not long ago and they filled it up properly

Need to upgrade your registers to accept Google/Apple pay. You lose 💯 of sales from people who don't walk around with cards (or cash).

Spent half my lunch break waiting for someone to take my order before I finally got a chance to pull around the car in front of me and leave. Even when I'm the only person in the drive thru it takes 15+ minutes to get my food and by the time I get to eat it I have 5 minutes before I have to clock back in. Apparently several of my coworkers have gotten food poisoning from there as well. Worst DQ I have been to.

Second visit and Melissa again is great. She even remembered my order!!!
