    I have been sitting in order pick up for 40 minutes waiting for them to bring out the TV ordered last night. After calling again they explained that they gave my TV to somebody else, so they are grabbing another one from the back. I could have canceled my order and walked in to buy one myself off the shelf at this point. If there is an issue, let the customer know rather than having them sit there for 40 minutes watching everybody else get their orders and leave. Would leave no stars if google would let me…

    This is one of the larger super centers, but it was still very well stocked, clean and we experienced great customer service both times we visited.

    Good store, workers were nice. Self checkout was good, can be slow at times. The main checkout lanes are pretty long and slow whenever I go here. But it's still good and I'll continue to come here.

    my husband went to exchange baby diapers for a bigger size. the box was unopened . my husband told me when he went to custom services they denied him of an exchange because the diapers in store were on clearance? no we didn't have a receipt but I know the policy if no receipt either a gift card or exchange can happen. he wanted an exchange. the diapers were parent choice size 1 he wanted the size 3. they 1st offered him $5?!?!??! then they said best they could do is 10 in credit and pay the rest. it was 17.48 so his total which shouldn't have been anything FYI was suppose to be 7.48. I just looked at my bank statement and was charged 17.48!!!!! my diapers I had paid for were basically stolen and I ended up paying for the other box?

    Took my son here for a new battery for his car. The auto department was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return in the future.

    This is a bigger walmart. Has a lot of variety. Can get stuff here that we cannot get at our smaller walmart. Only disappointment was they only had like 2 registers open with cashiers. Then just the self checkouts. Tons of people just waiting in line as people with full carts going through self checkout so very slow.

    I always am able to get in and out, sometimes thing are hard to find. Customer service ladies act like I was bothering their social time. Cod not answer my question nor would they even take the time to look it up. But i love this store just for the Man that greets you. HE IS FUNNY NICE AND HELPFUL.

    Pretty good for a Walmart. Haven’t had any issues, it’s pretty clean. The staff have been nice and friendly. And when I get the pickup, I don’t have stuff missing from my order.

    Went to the store this morning and wow . They had no carts had to back in parking lot to get one . This is not how Walmart usually is. What is funny there were associates standing at the entrance a manger even walked by. Interesting

    The place is horrible. You can never find anyone to help you in any of the departments for one thing, and another is that I bought 4 boxes of Winchester ammo that was defective, and they wouldn't take it back. I even offered to take a gift card instead of money. If they sell a product, they should be responsible for defects. They should have replaced the defective ammo and taken a loss on the returned product. Now I'm stuck with over $140.00 of defective ammo.

    Told self checkout lady that the lady in front of me either purposely didn't ring things up that was under her cat food or forgot but they let her walk right out the store. I won't say a word next time since they don't care anyways. Just makes prices higher for the people who do pay. No like thieves.

    Usual Wal-Mart experience, hectic with some things in short supply. I miss the days when Walmart was open 24 hours a day. And when employees could actually help you. Most of the people you are shopping with are shopping for others.

    Went to get a oil change, they said 30 minutes and I don't even think it was that long they were done. And they gave me a printout of what they did and what they did do what needed to to be done that was not in the package I paid for. Very friendly desk person. Did not interact with any of the mechanics

    The employees that were there were working hard & had great customer service attitudes. Sadly, they were also running on a skeleton crew. Inventory is down to few (on some items, single) choices and other than the self-serve registers (not a good choice for me in a wheelchair), only one register open in the whole store. On the plus side, the employees -- and the other customers I encountered -- were gracious, service oriented, and even respectful of each other and my properly trained service dog.

    Visited the auto care center due to wobbly wheels above 55 mph. After installing my summer wheels on my 93 cb7 accord.. Called before to make sure they were open..and the lady was real nice.. i dont even live in ft wayne hence why i had to visit the auto center. Since my area doesnt have one and i was their for shopping. it was super clean. Shop guys were super nice. Even the manager himself was nice and courteous. They got it right. No more wobbling at all. Got me in an out. The lady working the service counter Caitlin I think even came over to talk with Me and my family after she noticed my daughter's Build-A-Bear Stag from Harry Potter. I would highly recommend and wish they were in my area!!!

    I do not recommend this location for automotive care do to extremely poor customer service. While discussing which tires and services we wanted to purchase the employee detailed what charges were on the screen, that the cost was 573.88 before tax, and we were fine with this. We gave them the lug nut unlocked and got our ticket. We walked around for about an hour and half, which was expected and even purchased a new video game. At pickup time there was an additional labor charge of $26.26 that was not previously discussed at all. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied because there was nothing they could do. I stated that I am going to pay this as the work has been done, however this charge should have been discussed in the itemized detail of work to be done before hand. And if the amount of the labor charge wouldn't be known until the end then she would have said there is also this charge, but we won't know how much it will be until they complete the work which is also fine and understandable. I put every additional item back as I refuse to spend money at a location where the customer service is so poor they can't apologize for a simple mistake, because that is all it was, and they went thew out glove box as the lug nut unlocked was not in the seat like they said they left it but deep in our glove box for a unknown reason.

    I just wish the training was better so employees could learn the right way to do things. I did hear a lady I have never seen before actually explaining how to top stock the right way thank you. Also seems they have relaxed the dress code for employees.

    I enjoy shopping there sometimes, because it's faster to get too my 🛵 and the prices. But I'm not happy with how they got to be so big, or how they continue that by the way they treat their employees, so I try not to support them.

    I wish I could leave it 0 stars. Very rude and disrespectful employees. One night starting at 10pm. They repeatedly were using the speaker reminding customers the store closes at 11. About every 5 minutes or so for the 30 minutes I was in there. Literally yelling into the mic. Today as soon as I walk in at 10pm to get TP and water. Front entrance workers are complaining about how they’re trying to get out of there at 11 and people are still walking in. The same guy that works the entrance asks me for my receipt. Second time he’s done this to me in a short span, he was on tonight’s shift. Both times he let groups of people walk out without checking their receipts. As I’m checking out right in front of his eyes. He picked me both times. Disgusting employees there. Last time I visit.

    I used the curbside pickup. These employees are always pleasant and I never wait more than a few minutes no matter how busy they are. The first thing they ask is if you saw the substitutions and if you are ok with them. I will definitely continue to used CURBSIDE PICKUP!!!

    Usually has lower prices than most other stores. I use the pick up twice a week. No problems with them picking my groceries. Can get non-food items as well.

    I’m am from out of town and stopped at this Walmart to purchase a few things. I encountered the most helpful, patient young lady with AWESOME customer service. Her name was Shenecko. She definitely embodies the term customer service. I applaud you and wish more service employees had your ability.

    This is my favorite store to get everything I need and quickly if I'm in a rush I always find everything I need... Recently I experienced a rude manager who was overdoing her job and she actually has done this twice two me n my fiance and daughter I don't know if she knows that she has messed with us twice but I feel like she was just discriminating us by judging us how we look and thinking we can't afford that many items.. during self checkout I can feel this lady just trying to hide that she is waiting for US to walk towards the exit just to stop us and check our receipt and hoping she can find a item that isn't on there because all along she expected us not to be able to afford everything we had.. 🤦🏽‍♀️ this is what I felt was going on but I hope it isn't... Other than that I love Walmart and will continue to shop there but if I continue to be harassed at this location (apple Glen) I think I Will be relocating.

    I’ve had my oil changed in four places, and when I went here, they told me they couldn’t change my oil because my oil pressure gauge wasn’t working. What does that have to do with the draining oil and putting new oil in? I’ve never had another place tell me that. Not to mention the filthiness of the store itself. This Walmart has lost my business

    I was struggling with two carts in the checkout. The reason I had two carts is I had my nephew and niece with me. Both are under three. Your employee Alexander all but pushed me out of the way to get to another customer. He wedged himself between the cart and someone else’s so much I had to back up both my carts to get out of the way. Pretty appalled by that. He didn’t even look at my ID for the alcohol when I rung that up.

    Love how they are LGBT+ inclusive even though it's a very small amount they almost always stay stocked up kinda wish there was more unicorn stuff but that's my opinion.

    Smelled like a sewer no registers open at all only self checkout I'm currently disabled due to surgery and had to hobble across the store to find one of what's eems to be only 2 mobile carts and it barley moved

    Don’t every do curbside pick up from this location. They are always busy and so slow. I spent 20-30 minutes before I even got my items. It would have been quicker to go in the store and shop for the items which completely defeats the purpose. They only have one person working even though there are lines of cars. It’s absolutely ridiculous

    Had great interaction with 3 different employees. All were very helpful and polite 😎. Not the same experience at the cash register. We spent over 200.00 dollars and cashier was very rude to the previous customer, and then us also. Bad attitude, and uncalled for!

    I recently took my son to Walmart to look for some new games for his Nintendo Switch, and we were pleasantly surprised by the selection they had available. They had a wide range of popular titles, from new releases to older classics. My son was able to find several games that he had been wanting, and we were also able to pick up a couple of new ones that he hadn't heard of before. The prices seemed very reasonable, and we were able to find good deals on some of the games. The staff in the electronics department were also very helpful. They were able to answer our questions and make recommendations based on my son's interests. Overall, we had a great experience shopping for Nintendo Switch games at Walmart Fort Wayne and will definitely be returning in the future.

    This has happened to me three times. Rules after self checkout. 1. Expect an employee to grab your cart and refuse to let go. 2 employee will then ask for your receipt. If you have to reach for a receipt in a bag or your jacket a manager will be called. 3 prepare to have your items and receipt double checked like costco. 4 watch another customer leave with a cart full of trading cards. 5 get your receipt possibly returned to you and watch this happen to no other customers. If this happens again im just going to walk out without my groceries.

    I am always going to this Walmart because they have lower prices than the other chain grocery stores. The self-checkout is an easy and simple process and a great aspect to the store. I have purchased many custom cakes from the bakery and have never been disappointed. They have fillings that you can add into your cake for a low cost and it makes it so tasty. The cakes are well decorated and not too bad of a price. This is my #1 place to purchase cakes! The overall Walmart is not too bad. Many of the items on the app will say they are in stock but when you visit they are not there. I also wish they would stock up more on their deli subs, it seems like they always just have the turkey and cheese in stock rather than the All-American and Italian. It seems like those are the favorites of customers and wish they would stock up! That is the only negative thing I could really think of for this location.
