I
have
been
a
patient
of
Dr.
Nguyen's
for
three
years.
The
administrative
staff
has
always
been
very
polite
and
professional.
There
has
always
been
great
ease
in
calling
and
making
an
appointment
and
getting
one
within
a
couple
of
days,
and
if
I
ever
feel
as
if
I'm
going
to
be
late
for
an
appointment,
I
can
call
and
be
worked
with.
Although
there
are
always
seemingly
a
lot
of
patients
waiting
when
I
get
there,
I
have
always
been
called
back
to
see
the
doctor
quickly.
I
have
noticed
that
there
is
a
bit
of
a
wait
to
see
Dr.
Nguyen
once
I
get
back
to
the
room,
but
I
have
never
minded
because
I
know
that
it
is
because
he
takes
his
time
with
his
patients,
including
myself,
and
I
can
definitely
understand
and
appreciate
that.
He
has
an
excellent
bedside
manner
and
is
very
professional,
yet
down-to-earth
and
relatable.
I
have
contacted
his
nurse
on
a
few
occasions
to
have
medications
refilled
or
changed
and
have
been
responded
to
quickly.
His
nurse(s)
have
always
handled
requests
made
quickly
and
efficiently,
and
I've
always
found
that
impressive,
considering
that
there
are
a
lot
of
doctor's
offices
that
fail
to
do
that
for
their
patients.
Overall,
Dr.
Nguyen
is
a
great
doctor
and
the
office
runs
professional
and
efficiently,
from
my
personal
experience.
