Upset that I just discovered this food truck. The chef is kind, knowledgeable, and skilled with vegetarian food. The Islander tofu burger is amazing. It has grilled pineapple, caramelized red onion, and a tangy sweet sauce. Not to mention the brioche bun, which might be homemade! I got a tasty side of onion rings that appeared to be cooked to order.

Got the Classic Beyond Burger with no mayonnaise and french fries. Awesome burger! The owner has created a masterpiece when it comes to plant based burgers.

PROS - *butter lettuce...mmmm *non coconut based cheese...another mmmm *tofu as an option for the burger vs fake meat...fried to perfection...crispy and not oily *supporting a POC owned vegan establishment *compostable materials used *generous servings - picture below is a build your own with shrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes...the crinkle fries were also delish *the owner took the time to discuss his vegan journey and life adventures *the order came with a sticker...ahhhh simple joys *my contactless payment receipt had the option to provide feedback and he gave a personal response CONS - ??? Hope you all enjoy! Let's continue the 5 star ratings!

Very nice guy serving up super delicious food. Sorry for the poor lighting on the pictures, I was across the street at Upper90 where they let you bring in their food. This was The Islander burger with a tofu patty and added tempeh bacon. Really great option for vegan late night needs.

Super tasty, fast, and friendly. Tried the tacos tonight and am happy to report I’ve found a new favorite food truck. Stop by for something original and interesting 😎

Amazing! You'd never know it is vegan! The fries are so good too. The late night hours are a huge plus because everything else around here closes fairly early. Highly recommend!

I've ordered the West-Side Burger with a Tofu Patty twice now and it's the best burger I've had in over 10 years. The multitudes of textures and flavors on this one burger is insane and delicious. Absolutely recommend checking this food truck out, especially if you're a foodie looking to try something amazing.

Delicious, plant-based food! The tofu and beyond burgers were fabulous and the chef was great with food allergies. A wonderful spot to grab dinner!

With the amazing reviews I definitely wanted to try! Nice guy, he said they have specials every month but we’re out of the spring rolls when I went. Bummer. The burger was good. I just got the classic burger so it was kinda basic but still yummy! Wasn’t a fan of the onion rings or French fry’s just per my preference. Everything was hot which was a plus! There’s nowhere to sit down, no bottled water offered nearby either. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back but I really appreciate the effort and consciousness of the food as well as the few things planted and growing in the dirt right in front of the truck lol💚

Such great vegan food at a perfect price! You can’t go wrong with any of the burgers! The egg rolls are one of my favorite items on the menu. The onion rings are amazing too! He currently has a taco special going on that are some of the best tacos I’ve had. This is a must stop for any vegan adventuring around Fort Worth!

Went here today. The chef said it was some sort of new food trend. I hesitated being a guy who has only eaten meat burgers but said why not. Classic burger was great, chef was nice. Great to see someone trying a new food concept!

Sweet spot for some vegan food! All vegan and all amazing. I got the western burger with the impossible patty and added vegan cheese and tomato. OMG. By far the best vegan burger I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of plant based burgers. The egg rolls and the tofu are delicious. The sauce that they come with is fantastic. This is my new favorite vegan burger place. It is in the parking lot behind the Fort Liquor store. Maps may take you across the street. If you are facing the Fort liquor it’s to the right along the wall way if you’re walking.

So initially I was a little disappointed that the breakfast menu was only two options, but then I TASTED them, and man, if you're gonna have only two options you had better make sure they slap, and they SLAPPED. That might have been the best and thickest breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The burrito was so damn good, and don't even get me started on salsa - I have to figure out what's in that salsa, it could have drank it like a shot it was so good. One million stars

New favorite place to eat when I go to work. I'm on a mission to try out every style of beyond meat burger they've got. The classic was absolutely stellar. Definitely reccomend eating here

This place is really good! The islander burger is my go-to, but I've liked everything I've tried. The chef is always friendly and the food is delicious, fast, and reasonably priced. .

I was introduced to this place via my sister a while back and I've been hooked ever since. I will sometimes make the 30 minute drive just for the westside burger which in my opinion, becomes 100/100 when you choose crispy fried tofu for the patty and add pineapple. The crispy onions are always in abundance and it makes for a final treat once I finish the burger. Customer service is always fantastic and if something isn't right, they'll make it right.

I've been twice, got the Westside with the impossible patty the first time, and it's the best veggie burger I've had in Fort Worth. Second time got the Eastside and it is top tier as well. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

This is by far the best vegan option especially late night. The atmosphere is always very chill. The area is wonderful for casual date, or hanging with the kids burgers and fries introduce them to good tasting food and they are sustainability conscious. I invite you to check out It's Food.

Not only is the food well thought out & kinder in nature but the owner & his lovely lady are definitely the source! Even the packaging is environmentally sound & cruelty free. I wont go into some of the kind things ive seen them do for others & the words of wisdom that Nicole shares but this lil food truck is like a portal to a really sweet place & all the senses are delighted there! I feel really good about supporting Lu & Nicole, especially around their family street side table! Blessings of abundance y’all 🙏🕯️🌸

Fantastic lil spot in a food truck off to the side! So glad we came across it! The chef was so welcoming and quick with the food and the food was absolutely delicious. Kimchi beyond burger - 5/5 - the combination of the salty spicy kimchi with the heartiness of the beyond meat was fabulous! August month special tacos - 5/5 - these were absolutely DIVINE with a gorgeous mango salsa to go with it Highly recommend! 100% vegan and plastic free!! I just wish I had asked the chef what the inspiration for the name was haha. We will be back for sure :)

My favorite place for a burger in Fort Worth! So far I’ve had the classic, the east-side and ranger burgers. The service is as excellent as the food!

I don't ever write reviews, but my experience was just too good. I come from San Diego where top notch vegan food is booming, and let me tell you this place could be downtown SD and be the best thing ever. I had the pleasure of getting the AM Breakfast Sandwich with cheese and jalapeno. LIFE CHANGING. It was soooo good. Being in Texas, its hard to be vegan AND have quality ingredients too. This place is it, and I'm excited to go back and try all the other options.
