Edit: I’ve come to this location several times. We have always had exceptional service and great food. However, tonight was absolutely terrible! There was no wait and we sat at our table about 7:45pm. It’s Friday so it’s busy but not slammed. The waitress came by and took our drink order. I ordered an old fashioned and water. She came back with the waters and a loaf of bread. About 20 minutes later, I had to flag her down to ask about my old fashioned to which she replied “it’s almost ready”. Finally, a different server brought my drink. Unfortunately, it had sat at the bar so long the ice cube was completely gone (and they use the large spheres so that takes some time to melt). So the waitress finally comes back by so I ask for more butter for the bread and another ice cube. Well, she forgets those requests so my wife flags down the manager to get those two items for us. We finish the loaf of bread and our salads, now the wait is on. We wait, and we wait, and we wait, all while watching our waitress bring drinks to tables near us and not looking at us at all. She brings to go boxes, busses a table, still no acknowledgment. We finally flag down the waitress at the table next to ours and ask for the manager again. At this point, we have been seated and ordered our food over an hour ago! The manager, so busy, he goes to several other tables but does not come to ours. Finally our disappearing waitress shows back up. We ask her “where is our food?” “You have barely acknowledged us!” To my surprise, her response was “well I brought you your salads, right?”. I about lost it on her! I didn’t come to Saltgrass for a side salad, I came for a steak! So now we decided to go to this so busy manager that he couldn’t stop by our table. We tell him we have been there waiting on food over an hour, the waitress has not communicated or checked on us, and we requested him and he ignored us. His reply was “well I brought you butter and an ice cube earlier”. After this we just had to leave. What a waste of an hour and a half to not even get a meal. How disrespectful of a manager and waitress to act like we should be satisfied with a salad and some butter. I’m not one to give one star reviews unless they are deserving. After tonight’s service, this place has deserved the review and lost my business.

Our Server, Nancy, was very fun and amicable. It was our Anniversary. She lit a lighter and had us blow it out. Lol. Food was good. My CFS was a tad salty for me, but I'm not a salt eater. My baked potato could have used a bit more butter & sour cream. It was dry. All other food was excellent

It all went down on a glorious Monday afternoon when I strutted into Saltgrass Steak House with the appetite of a lion ready to pounce. And let me tell ya, this place knows how to satisfy a carnivore's wildest dreams! I kicked things off with a bone-in ribeye that could bring tears of joy to a vegetarian's eyes. Paired it up with a Caesar salad and a side of sweet potato fries, 'cause I like to balance out my food groups, you know? That ribeye, oh boy, it was a work of art. It was so tender, it practically whispered sweet nothings in my ear. And those sweet potato fries, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—just like my heart when I'm watching a dog adoption commercial. It was a match made in carnivorous heaven! But that's not where the party ended, my friends. I went full-on beast mode and ordered a brisket burger with a side of fries. It was like the Olympics of meat-eating, and I was going for the gold! That burger, it had more layers than an onion with a secret identity. Juicy brisket, tangy toppings, and a bun so fresh, it could've won a talent show. And those fries? They were the sidekicks that made this meaty superhero shine even brighter. It was a feast fit for a king, or in my case, a slightly overweight jester. And just when I thought my belly couldn't handle any more excitement, I threw caution to the wind and ordered another bone-in ribeye. This time, I went all out with a fully loaded baked potato and yet another Caesar salad. I must've been out of my mind, but you know what? No regrets, my friends. That ribeye was a glorious masterpiece, cooked to perfection and packed with flavor that could make a food critic weep. And that loaded baked potato? It was like a potato sent from the heavens, dressed up with all the works—cheese, bacon, sour cream—basically, a potato party in my mouth! I made sure to snap some drool-inducing photos of these meaty wonders for you to salivate over. Check 'em out, but be warned—they might cause spontaneous meat cravings and an urgent need for a napkin. Last but not least, let's give a shoutout to the waitress who braved my gluttonous appetite. She was a true champ, keeping up with my demands and serving it all up with a smile. I had to show my gratitude with a big ol' tip that could rival a jackpot at a cheap Vegas slot machine. She earned it!

On my birthday!! After chemo I needed meet to help build numbers, so I decided to try this place first time ever. I was told it was a 30 minute wait so i decided to wait at the bar. 20 minutes later still have not been asked for my drink order. Asked a couple of people how to get a drink order. They said you have to go to the waitress station. So I get up and go to waitress station to order a drink. I told the bar back, it is my birthday I want a frozen margarita. 5 minutes later she fixes a drink. I wait another 15 minutes for a table while observing 6 then 7 and then 5 tables open. I finally get seated back in a corner. Tell the waitress it is my birthday, they took my order. I really wanted a dessert after my meal, but was never offered the opportunity to order. Even though the last server was polite. My first time at Saltgrass was probably my last. Bar was not wiped down after previous customers. This time of covid. Cleanliness is always important

Nice environment, friendly staff, I personally enjoyed the tea. A little bit to critique on the steak and shrimp meal, steak was cooked to order, lacked tenderness and only mild flavor, shrimp was almost burnt which left it dried out.- 3out of 5 stars. Chicken tenders 4 out of 5 stars. Service was 5 out of 5. We will go from here and might try it again to see if it was just a fluke.

Normally we love this place. Not sure what happened. Now don't get me wrong. The hostess and waiter was absolutely AMAZING! The house salad and dessert was AMAZING! BUT......our main entrées are the reason for the review. It was WAY over seasoned with pepper! My husband got his favorite (prime rib) and it was smothered in black pepper. We ordered appetizer of artichoke and spinach and it was just okay. I got my all time favorite chicken fried steak and potatoes and couldn't eat it due to the over powering season of black pepper. My mouth was on 🔥! If it wasn't for the main entrées I'd gladly give it a higher rating.

Love this place! Honestly never have had a bad experience. Great service, great food. Tonight I tried the fried onions appetizer - delicious. I love their house salads - the ranch has a dill flavor that is 👌🏼. And I had the chicken laredo with sweet potato fries. Such good flavor! Only complaint was all the oil on the plate made the fries soggy - so next time I’ll request the fries on a different plate. My server, Kennedy, was very kind and attentive. The host, Jessica was very friendly and welcoming, too. Thank you!

FOOD was delicious! Service was slow, but it was Father's day weekend. Good hearty American choices. Go during the week and you'll be very pleased! You can make a reservation online but it's only up to 6 people.

This Texas-themed chain is a lively spot filled with cattle kitsch and a menu that celebrates meat in all its glory. The ambiance adds a fun and relaxed vibe to the dining experience, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or family. The highlight for me was definitely the bread—absolutely delicious! It was fresh, warm, and paired perfectly with the meal. The attention to detail in something as simple as bread reflects the care they put into their food.

Went here for the first time I know it was on a Friday but took awhile for the food to come by the time that it did my steak was on the warm side and could’ve been better for a New York Strip also had the fried pickles which were good. On a positive note the drinks were on point frozen Crown and coke was great but wish the food came out sooner and hot

My wife and I went on date night dinner here Sunday night and had a wonderful experience. They were short staffed but handled it with professionalism and urgency. The moment never got to big for the staff from manager to servers (Shout out to Nancy our server, she was everything you want in a waitress!). The food was good and the atmosphere was great! I would’ve took more pics but we were too busy enjoying the food and the people! I recommend the Texas T-Bone, Cheese fries, and cheesecake. The tortilla soup and the salad was good also! They also offer a gluten free bread. We’ll be back Salt Grass Steakhouse!

A Memorable Birthday Dining Experience at Saltgrass Steak House! I recently celebrated my birthday at Saltgrass Steak House, and I couldn't have asked for a more fantastic dining experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ron and the incredible staff for making it truly memorable. First, the ambiance was just right for a special occasion. The rustic, cozy atmosphere set the perfect tone for a celebratory dinner. The dim lighting and comfortable seating created an inviting and warm atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. Now, let's talk about the food – it was outstanding! and the steak was incredibly delicious. The combination of tender, perfectly seasoned steak was a taste sensation that left us wanting more. But the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the carrot cake. I've heard it's the best in town, and now I can confirm that it's true. The carrot cake at Saltgrass Steak House is a slice of heaven. Moist, decadent, and generously frosted, it was the perfect way to end our meal. In conclusion, if you're looking for a top-notch dining experience with mouthwatering food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service, look no further than Saltgrass Steak House. And don't forget to save room for that legendary carrot cake – it's worth every calorie! Thank you, Ron, and the staff, for making my birthday celebration truly unforgettable. We'll be back for more fantastic meals in the future!

I got the silver star porterhouse. It was pretty good. I'd say 7/10. I got it covered with mushrooms and onions. 2/10. It was basically a pile of moosh. I also got the cheese fries. 5/10. They were big chunks of potato, not fries. Overall it was alright, not bad. I regularly eat at different steak houses all over the country. Also the prices online are not the same as in the restaurant. Restaurant is about 20% higher. Happy eating!!!!
