I have made so many purchases at this location and every time it is a great experience. The staff is attentive, friendly and prompt. The product is outstanding as well. So many great choices with a good price range for all customers.

Worst customer service ever. I went to 2 registers a debit girls said they had some there but no one was there and nobody else ever asked to help me , even after I stood there for 15 minutes. When 10 employees stood there.. its was crazy. I have never felt so un welcomed ever. I promise it will never go that store and I will tell every one I can possibly tell. I wonder where the manager was and if they were one of the employees standing there doing nothing. All wanted to was to buy a ring and necklace.

I bought a charm bracelet and had some charms added to it. It was quick and easy, though the worker who helped me had a bit of an attitude. Maybe just an off day though, everyone else there was nice and welcoming.

Favorite James Avery store in the Fort Worth area (and I've been to them all). Very friendly and personable staff; they don't make you feel like they are just trying to make a sale. This store can get a little crowded around the holidays, but repairs and adding charms don't take too long, even during the rush seasons. I own many James Avery pieces and the quality speaks for itself. Most repairs fall under warranty or inexpensive fixes.

This is by far the best James Avery store. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. They are very welcoming and helpful. I wanted to get some jewelry for my son's upcoming wedding. Angela took very good care of us, made helpful suggestions, and provided truly outstanding customer service! Zara was extremely helpful with a suggestion for a ring that wasn't quite what I wanted but her suggestion made all the difference. Now it's my favorite ring! Today I went to another JA store and had some issues so I contacted Angela. She immediately took care of everything even though I wasn't at her store. They have earned a customer for life!

Customer service is always great and we were in and out far faster than either my wife or I expected. I think it took us longer to fight our way out of our parking spot. ;)

Lady who was helping me was nice, but their stock was pretty bad. Picked out like 10 rings and they didn’t have a single one in my size. However the lady did recommend a different location.

Bad customer service and unfriendly staff. The employee that helped me obviously did not want to be there and I had to chase him down in order to buy my earrings.

The sales lady this morning saved me some money! Totally ignored myself & my daughter and instead approached a male shopper. We had been on the sales floor looking and waiting for assistance before the man walked in. When she did notice me, she said I’ll be with you in a bit & I guess I made a face to which she asked if I had any questions. I said nope & walked out! I work sales so I get it but I do always ask who was next waiting for help & not assume. Noticed the guy walked out a few mins after me, shame as again I was in the mind to buy.

Had such a wonderful experience thanks to ms Michaela was super patience and provided excellent customer service.

Nice and attractive jewelry options, though the selection seems rather small for ordinary things like rings, earrings, and necklaces.

Knowing exactly what I want when I go in there helps out a lot. They don't always have the friendliest faces in there. But product wise. NO complaints.

The staff totally "pretty womaned" us. No greetings when we came in. When they finally came over to help, Aasiyah gave no direction as to what I needed to be doing. I felt stupid and unwelcomed. And her nails were way too long to effectively place the charms where I wanted them on the bracelet. I'm very displeased with my experience today.

Had a great shopping experience today! Was greeted immediately and all the sales associates were very nice. Angela helped my husband and I while also making my son feel included in the process of picking out some wonderful gifts for Mothers Day!

I visited JA 1/19/2024 Chapel Hill FT Worth TX, evening and manager Geovanna, helped me place charms I received for Christmas & I shared with her that I had recently lost some of my old charms, she REPLACED them without hesitation! I was blown away with her KINDNESS, these charms are so special & her doing that was simply AMAZING! Just thought I would share how awesome she is & how amazing that gesture was!
