Friendly but gross! Sheets ripped, dirty! Bed bugs for sure! Did not see the bugs but the bloody mattress tells all! Did end up getting a different room without bed bugs. The new room was cleaner but said non-smoking but had burn holes in sheets and on sink!

I booked 2 rooms for $725 a week! One was clean the other one was dirty but he told me that straight up which I respect! The rooms were a really good size and I’m glad I got them side by side! They had no problem giving me a new card when the one I had would malfunction and one of the rooms the heater didn’t work while the other didn’t have a television but I see they are doing construction and making the rooms nicer and better so I can’t complain because he’s trying to make it nicer! He’s a nice guy for sure! The restrooms were nice I loved the shower and tiles were gorgeous

Rented a room and looked at the room. Smelled bad, very dirty, and wasn't worth $50. Got money back. Don't go there it's to nasty. It doesn't deserve a star but wouldn't let me post with 1 star.

Do not, do not stay here.. the people are very nice and friendly but this place needs some cleaning up major, we stayed here two nights out room was dirty she didn't come clean it or even change the sheets. The toilet made a loud noise all day we found a crack pipe by the tv, there were burn holes all in the sheets and blanket the tub was dirty the bathroom door didn't have a handle only a few channels. They charge way to much!

Lowest price I could find for a week. You get what you pay for. Rooms have holes in them, roaches coming from everywhere, and INVESTED with bed bugs. Was bitten up really bad from the bed bugs and had an allergic reaction. Our shower was flooding downstairs so they drilled a hole in the tub to fix it. Never came back to fix the tub so we couldn't take showers. Found needles and meth bags in room. Staff is friendly.

The WORST HOTEL EVER!!! WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN!!? The City of Fort Worth need to do there job and close this place.

I would never recommend anybody to go there the air didn't work the rooms was very dirty and the guy was super mean to me yelled at me and wanted to take half my money because I wanted my money back I payed 75$ and im calling DSHS ON THEM COME MONDAY MORNING

It was the most horrible place I have ever been in it needs to be inspected and shut down the ac didn't even work and the room was hotter than out side. We are in Texas if that says anythinh could get anyone to come to the front desk at all wouldn't answer the phone it was pretty trashy I wouldn't recommend that anyone go to this place

Cheapest ratings in fort worth BUT the rooms are destryed. For example holes in doors,writing on the walls,chipped paint and etc...The rooms never smell clean and the towels looked used. Ive never seen house keeping.Infact when i need anything i had go to front office. The AC stopped working,i called to complain they asked if i wanted a FAN😳...IT REALLY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED OR SHUT DIWN

The owners refuse to fix anything. The rooms are dirty. The mattress had beg bugs. Trash is everywhere on the ground and all across the property.
