This is our second and last time staying here. We were greeted by a German roach (very welcoming) and men walking around our car within 5 minutes of parking! Our room was on the third floor which reeked of cigarettes. The floor was sticky and weird liquid substances were all over the room. This was an absolute 180 from our first experience two years ago. The bedsheets had stains and hair on them. Does housekeeping even make it up here?? Mold in almost every crevice of the bathroom and the toilet never fully flushed all the way. The cherry on top was the air fresheners I really had a laugh with those. Dirty floors, walls, bed sheets, cockroaches and sketch parking people. Sleep in your car!

After checking in I proceeded to my room with my service dog. I was stopped and told pets were not allowed in which I responded that it was a service dog, not a pet. I was told I couldn’t have a pet without paying a $250 pet deposit. I again explained that it was a service dog not a pet and that it’s against the law to charge for a service dog and on their pet agreement it even states that service dogs are not to be charged a fee. At that point they cancelled my reservation and said I couldn’t stay there because I was arguing with the staff. Absolutely disgusted that a calm conversation couldn’t be had and that I was illegally turned away because of a service dog. I also have yet to be refunded my incidentals deposit of $50 for a room I never even stepped foot in. And they are not answering the phone or returning my calls.

I had a terrible experience they gave us the first room which was 324 it was a non smoking room but from the moment we opened the it smelled no REEKED of cigarette and tobacco the door had mold on it we told them we couldn’t stand it plus the sheets where ripped so they gave us a new room 210 and the ac was dirty and filled with mold and the showers oh the showers the hole was ripped out and just left there with the bottom looking disgusting the iron was dirty and they promised breakfast for 20.00 just for coffee juice and a muffin and when we got there nothing was there and the coffee machine looked dirty. If you value your health JUST SLEEP IN YOUR CAR. Worst hotel experience in my LIFE.

OMG I always try to find something positive to say but I can't find anything good to say about the hotel. The carpet were gross. The ceilings had water damage. There was a hole in the wall where the exhaust fan goes. The chair in the room was dirty and had a rip in the arm. Oh, and the TV didn't work! I called front desk for new batteries and she said she was busy and had no handyman on call for the weekend! So I paid $90 and no TV. The bathtub was yellow and looked like from the 80s. Obviously, I will NOT be staying here again. Days Inn/Wyndham should really monitored their franchisee closer. This one is a slumlord.

I rate this lower than an F- The room they gave me smelled like straight up dog urine after telling me no pets. It was so disgusting the 3 of us all almost threw up. The front desk agent was a total b word when we said the room stunk so bad that it was not habitable for humans. She recommended that she could spray something to mask the smell. I was shocked !! THE heavy smell of marijuana in the hallway was actually a good smell after coming out of the room. They would not give me another room. She said her name was "Kid" and had her badge turned around so no one could read it. This is the worst hotel i have ever been in. It should be condemned its that nasty. Do not even think about staying at this dump. I curse the place and everyone working there. Here is a picture of the front desk agent who makes the devil look like a nice, respectable person.

They charge you a $50 deposit upon checkin that your never made aware of when you reserve a room on the internet. They call the police at the drop of a hat on guests. They try to find any reason they can not to give you back your deposit upon check out. The tub in the room are dirty like they havent been cleaned in a while.

Whatever you do, do NOT stay at this place. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Not kept up at all. Faucet and shower leaking. Sink is clogged. Smells like weed. The “free continental breakfast” is non existent. They had a container with two cereals and a milk jug and 2 pieces of stale bread in a container on the counter. That was it. Did not feel safe at all at this place. Oh and the elevator does not work properly. I wouldn’t have been surprised if the whole elevator fell apart. Worst place to stay.

Horrible experience. After driving for 2 days, we just wanted to spend the night and get to bed early. I showered and had just got into bed, 7 p.m. when the front desk called asking me to come down. They did not tell me why. I get up, get dressed and go to the front desk. When I got to the front desk, I was informed that the clerk had forgotten to take me credit card. I go back to my room, get my card and head back to the front desk. Now there are 4 people ahead of me. I wait 10 minutes and I go back to the room. They called me 20 minutes later saying to come back down. By the time everything was completed it was 8:45. I was tired and exhausted. The next morning, I went to check out. I was told there was a stain on one of the towels and I would be charged $5. They gave me $45 back from the $50 deposit I was required to pay upon arrival. The stain could have been easily washed out. The accommodations stated there would be a blow dryer, ironing board, iron, coffee maker and coffee, in the room. NONE OF WHICH WERE IN THE ROOM. We asked for a blow dryer at the front desk and was told they had "NO BLOW DRYERS." To top it off, a continental breakfast was to be provided. THERE WAS NONE. NO COFFEE, NO PASTRIES, NO CEREAL. JUST A JUICE MACHINE. This was a horrible experience at this particular Wyndham location.

This has to be one of the worst Wyndham hotels I've ever stayed in. The room is dirty, blood spots on the comforter, nasty green standing water in the shower and poor customer service. Thankfully I paid with points and not money out of pocket. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

when I travel with the family we always try to stay at a place with breakfast... that usually saves us at least $20.. I would say this is by far the worst breakfast of any hotel we stayed at.... I got at the breakfast area at 8:27.... there was only a few things of toast and cereal... there is no milk... I asked the front desk if they had any more milk they said that's all they had... weird because the cereal was still very full... the coffee was also empty... we ended up going to McDonald's down the road. as soon as we got to the second floor there was a heavy presence of marijuana smell... Our room had vulgar language on the door written in sharpie... It is a good location to the stockyard but obviously with any good deal comes with a reason.

When I came in to check in there was nobody at the window. Kept ringing the bell for 30 minutes, nobody came to the window even though it was 3pm which is check in time they should've been expecting people to start showing up. When somebody finally came , the woman got a call and I had to wait another 15 min. Apparently, one of the guests had called to complain about a stain on the bed. She argued with him and was rude to him and when they hung up she called him an idiot...... The rooms were "ok"... I've been to worse. The floor was dirty and yes there were small stains on the external covers but the sheets looked cleaned. Like I said, I've been to worse and for the price I wasn't expecting 5 star hotel so let's be realistic. There was only cereal and toast for breakfast. Bring cash for the $50 deposit and make sure you keep the yellow slip to get your deposit back.

The best thing about this place, the third floor smells like a Cyprus Hill concert. Oh, and price. I guess I'll start with the elevator. It keeps moving when you get on or off of it, the door slams shut, and it moves very rough. Horror movie stuff. I smoked cigarettes for 22 years, and now I just vape. I was lectured at the front desk about animals and smoking, fifty dollar deposit. When I got to my room it stunk so bad of stale cigarettes that it made my stomach and head hurt. I couldn't sleep. The breakfast is a joke. Two measly muffins left out. There was hair in the shower. Oh, and red confetti with fake rose petals in random spots of the room.

Not only was the room and floors dirty, roaches were crawling on the wall when we first walked in. The smell was also horrifying. We definitely could not stay in the filth. We went back to the front desk with all of our things to let them know the condition of the room. The lady acted like we were lying as if she didn’t already know how nasty the rooms are. Nothing was resolved no refund was offered or other commendations. It definitely is a total waist of money I wish I could give zero stars

In all fairness it is a cheap room but the lack of pride at this property is very underwhelming. Ita smalls musty and walls and ceilings have huge cracks from imnguessing roof leaks. The reading light in our room didn't work and it was obvious that management knew because it was unplugged. The ventilation fan face was gone again obviously not working and ignored. The sheets and towels all had stains. Breakfast is worthless and the coffee even sux Don't expect much

Staff is ok but take forever to attend you. Overall hotel is musty and not very clean. Cigarette burns on the covers, cracked/leaking ceilings, and the bathrooms are NOT ever clean. You get what you pay for if you're not too picky you'll be ok. They ask for a deposit when you check in and they won't remind you so be aware!

Wow!! Travelers beware!! Horrible Horrible Horrible I will never stay there again. I was told to leave the swimming pool, due to pool hours being 4 pm to 10pm. ?? Weird! also they have a huge green sign posted at the pool with pool hours stating 10am to 10pm. Still kicked me out of the pool after pointing it out. Some workers are super nice and some are super mean: i believe the family who owns this hotel and also works there are the rude and entitled workers that I’m referring to.

Worst experience ever. Room smelled like a bar. Staff , Peter was rude and even hung up on us several times while trying to fix our reservation they messed up.. mold in rooms, no smoke alarms. They were ripped down.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I came with my son after checking in on the app and they would not let me check in because my husband made the reservation! I have checked in for years without my husband being present for years. We are Diamond members and I’m disgusted with how I was treated! The room cleanliness was sub par. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was no smoke alarm, and a piece of plastic coming out of the ceiling hole. It makes you question the sanitary conditions of the entire room. I went down at 930 to get breakfast and there was nothing, not even coffee

Trash service . Tried to put us in room that smelled like weed at first then put us next door in room that was ok . Felt like a setup to keep deposit. Also make sure u have your yellow receipt or u will not get your deposit back . Also make sure u pay cash . Swimming pool was trash . Gets sketchy at night . Wouldn’t really recommend. Private owned .

Checked out early due to dirty bathrooms with no hot water and rude front desk agent who doesn't know how to talk to people. Read other reviews before booking and choose another place to stay. Don't waste your time or money.

When I arrived check-in was real smooth so long as you have your valid ID in hand and your credit card with a chip everything is going to be fine Wi-Fi seem to be a little slow but also probably because there was a lot of cars in the parking lot so it probably had a bunch of people on it. Beds were comfortable and the walls are not very thick. Breakfast is like a two star. Well maybe kind of like when your mom was in a hurry to get you off to school so she just kind of threw something together to eat real quick. juice, oatmeal and coffee jimmie dean sausage egg cheese.

Good location easy off and on the interstate. Rooms dirty, floor not swept, sheets either had stains or hadn't been washed, front desk didn't care. Said I give you different room, but it wasn't much better but the sheets were clean. Breakfast had the choice of toast or cereal. No fruit or coffee. Luckily cracker barrel was right next door.

My wife and i have been staying here while repairs are being made to our house. The first week was great. The second week the bathroom was flooded due to a faulty sprinker head. The third week even worse. I went to the front desk to inform them of a roach issue in our current room. I was told i couldnt be moved to another room. I asked why and was told it was because i had made my own do not disturb sign to hang on the door because one was not present upon checking in. I would surely hope the owners of this place have better manners and more understanding for customers. We will leave here in the morning and go get the nessacary product to de-bug and clean our belongings. Thanks for your concern. You may be use to cohabitating with bugs but we arent!

The smoke detector had been removed from my room and the room of my coworker who was also staying at the hotel. There was alot of noise in the hallways all night. The exit near the stairwell smelled like weed. The room was comfortable but the restroom was in need of a deep clean.

  • 1/5 Cheyenne M. 1 year ago on Google
Broken hair dryers cracked ceilings. They Came into the room even thought the do not disturb sign was up. Told me I wasn’t allowed to bring breakfast into the room. Which the complimentary breakfast consisted of muffins that were old and orange juice. I will never stay with them again. Walls are paper thin and I could hear every “activity” going on in the room and the hallway. Absolutely disgusting. Dust on the walls. Just horrid.
