Horrible
experience.
After
driving
for
2
days,
we
just
wanted
to
spend
the
night
and
get
to
bed
early.
I
showered
and
had
just
got
into
bed,
7
p.m.
when
the
front
desk
called
asking
me
to
come
down.
They
did
not
tell
me
why.
I
get
up,
get
dressed
and
go
to
the
front
desk.
When
I
got
to
the
front
desk,
I
was
informed
that
the
clerk
had
forgotten
to
take
me
credit
card.
I
go
back
to
my
room,
get
my
card
and
head
back
to
the
front
desk.
Now
there
are
4
people
ahead
of
me.
I
wait
10
minutes
and
I
go
back
to
the
room.
They
called
me
20
minutes
later
saying
to
come
back
down.
By
the
time
everything
was
completed
it
was
8:45.
I
was
tired
and
exhausted.
The
next
morning,
I
went
to
check
out.
I
was
told
there
was
a
stain
on
one
of
the
towels
and
I
would
be
charged
$5.
They
gave
me
$45
back
from
the
$50
deposit
I
was
required
to
pay
upon
arrival.
The
stain
could
have
been
easily
washed
out.
The
accommodations
stated
there
would
be
a
blow
dryer,
ironing
board,
iron,
coffee
maker
and
coffee,
in
the
room.
NONE
OF
WHICH
WERE
IN
THE
ROOM.
We
asked
for
a
blow
dryer
at
the
front
desk
and
was
told
they
had
"NO
BLOW
DRYERS."
To
top
it
off,
a
continental
breakfast
was
to
be
provided.
THERE
WAS
NONE.
NO
COFFEE,
NO
PASTRIES,
NO
CEREAL.
JUST
A
JUICE
MACHINE.
This
was
a
horrible
experience
at
this
particular
Wyndham
location.
