The drive thru menu board is broken. I waited in a very long line got to the window to place my order and the manager told me I had to go back thru the line to the broken menu board and wait for verbal instructions to order. I spoke to another manager who also would not take my order unless I went back through the long line and waited at the broken menu board for verbal ordering instructions. I was told it slows down the line. The broken menu board aparently doesn't slow down production somehow. There should be a sign made and taped on the broken menu board to tell customers to wait for someone to talk to them or you will be forced thru the line again. I honestly was insulted and treated poorly on this Saturday evening and I can find other establishments more appreciative to spend my money with.

Ordered chalupas and cheesy potatoes, but potatoes were so hard that my kids did not want to eat them. Seems like they been cooked since morning. Paid full price for old and stale food.

I didn't go into the restaurant. I had to wait in drive through a bit. And, when I got to the window, the lady tried to rush me on. She denied trying to rush me along. I gave my credit card, I only needed 5 seconds to place it back in my wallet.... she was saying here is your tacos, like take it. Not a great experience 😕.

Update Still hit or miss. Let's their workers smoke right outside the main door. Lately hit or miss at this location. Stuff never seems fresh and they are always so incredibly slow. And how can you leave items on counter without saying the order is ready?! That's just pitiful.

Ordered some cheesy bean and rice burritos with no jalapeno sauce. They still had jalapeno sauce and we're spicy AF. And we got some crunchy tacos and we wanted no lettuce, still got lettuce. Proceeded to take the lettuce off my taco just to come to the realization that there was barely any meat on the taco. It was a ridiculous amount of meat. Don't usually have problems with this Taco Bell but it was very disappointed this time.

good food, decent atmosphere ,service was average but the store was a little dirty today hopefully not all the time.

Ordered food through their app, and never received my order! I called the restaurant and they didn't care, saying "since the order was placed THROUGH THEIR APPLICATION it wasn't their problem. I spent over 50 dollars on this order and was just scammed by THIS TACO BELL on white settlement road. Do not eat here, do not order from here, do not conduct any business here! If you don't want to be scammed and treated like ish!!!

The service and professionalism of Roderick was above reproach. Rosa on the other hand is a miserable disrespectful individual and had my son not been in the car with me I would've had some choice words for her. Her having a bad day is her problem. Nancy was very pleasant and respectful when I had a previous issue. Rosa however, very well may have just lost not only this location but taco bell as a whole this customer.

Guy at the drive thru was polite and sincere when we asked for no sourcream on anything in one of box meals and had to come around a second time because there was sourcream in both orders..but whoever the cook was didn't care enough to remake the food because other than the one item the drive thru guy fixed himself for us there was sourcream still on the food, my fiancée iS highly and violently allergic to sour cream and this could've been really bad for both my fiancée and for taco bell had he not checked his order throuroly..NEWS FLASH any attempt to scrape off sour cream does not guarantee there isn't any danger ..especially when you poorly left quite a bit in the food....

The people were rude in the drive thru. I had to ask for sauce and they gave me to little packets and when I asked for more the drive-through person thought it'd be cute to hand me two handfuls of sauces and I thought that was a little over-the-top. I have to check my order every time...bc it is always wrong. Weirdly enough this order was right.

I use to frequent this Taco Bell, now it has become horrible. I have gotten sick the last 3 visits. Last week I sat trapped in the drive through for over 50 minutes, l spoke to the manager and he had no reason, he even stated the inside was closed, really! This was 6:45 pm. Also When I got to the drive through window, you could see 5 people standing around, absolutely ridiculous. I am Done With Taco Bell... Don't go to this Location...

We came there party of 7 at 0230. Gabby said to hold. We waited for 15 minutes then finally drove to the window. When we got there at 0243 she said “ nope we are not taking anymore orders” and she continued to be rude and her and the other lady continued to clean up. This was horrible service and I can’t believe she took the people in front of us but made us wait so long and then turned us away when we knew y’all didn’t close.

Absolute garbage service angeleah needs to find a new job. Taco Bell was already a joke but don’t blame YOUR mistakes on the customers.

Stopped about 4 p.m. didn't seem very busy. It took longer than I expected. Easy off 820 to business

When we walked in. The restaurant was clean. As soon as we came inside the taco bell employee made us feel welcomed. And the food was delicious. The staff were working hard to complete orders.

The staff was super friendly and did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the dinning area. Rosa, was especially kind to me after I messed up my own order.

I enjoy coming here, however I had a recent experience in which I put in an order ahead of time and 5 employees were huddled around someone’s phone and no one was making our order. Not a fan of that. Overall this location is fine, but being on phones instead of helping customers is not good business.
