So I have been going here for about 3 months now & I love it. Matt is my go to guy. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, & kind. This location is quiet & the staff is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend coming here. Make sure you ask about their packages or specials.

give 3 stars when I received the IV therapy it was a wonderful experience. However I moved out of town and called to cancel only to find out I was under a contract and that I sign "the piece of paper" as she put it so I should have read it. It wasn't presented to me in the form of a "contractual obligation" but more like "our members typically are with us for 4 months" Which I had planned on but our job moved 2 weeks later. and I had already been debited a couple times without using the service by the time I called to cancel. This is disappointing how it was handled because I like the service even after I found a less expensive place that offered it it Fort Worth, but Revive was set up nice and had a good atmosphere, so I planed on returning since the move is temporary, but I'll go with another.

Loved this!!! Been hearing about this from people so I looked into it and said let's do this. I called and (Amanda or Ashley) (can't remb your name so sorry I was too excited) she was so nice and knew exactly what I would probably need and like. I have lupus and the pain and anti inflammation bag is what I did. IV was painless and Lewis did great. Actually bringing my Sister in Tomorrow she is driving in from Wichita Falls. Thank you all for a great experience and I look forward to future needs I may have and esp before my Mexico trip I may do a mini bag .Its that wonderful

Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, consistent service. I have been to Revive hydration therapy numerous times and have always had a good experience. I think it's the next level of personal health that people tend to overlook. Get hydrated, get active, feel better.

What a fun atmosphere! Felt very comfortable and confident in the staff giving and monitoring my IV. Was nice to sit back in the reclining chairs and watch TV while my bag was hanging. Afterwards was ready to hit my trip to Mexico hydrated and fueled. Thanks Revive!

I feel great after every treatment. Definitely worth the membership. I have heard horror stories about other places but I have never had any issues at this place. They know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. Parking is convenient, bathroom is in the same location not in another office, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Would recommend this place to everyone I know.

I’ve been coming to the Ft Worth location since 11/2018. The best cryo in the area, the coldest by far! Misty is the sweetest, always greeted with a smile and answers any questions I have! Very impressed to have continued such great service over time!

Wonderful visit to get the new patient package. Everything went smoothly. I am a big baby when it comes to doing blood work......let me just tell you Misty (hope name is correct)the nurse is absolutely amazing. I didn't feel a thing. She made the experience exceptional. This is a great place to get started on a healthier lifestyle. The new patient package is very extensive in a good way. Looking forward to getting all the results and coming up with a plan that will help with my overall health. I highly recommend.

I had my first appointment here today for the new patient package. Misty the nurse was amazing!! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I didn’t even feel it when she was drawing my blood. Formula Wellness has such a great vibe and all my friends have lost so much weight. Can’t wait to get started!!

Staff was very friendly and informative. I was new to cryo and they walked me through everything. She even talked to me while I was in the tank. Definitely helped the time pass. Was very comfortable when using the normatec boots. I was able to recline and watch tv/work/catch up on things. The facilities were wonderful. I will definitely go back!
