Went in for a very very simple by yearly cleaning with insurance that I have, after 2 hours or more later the office money person comes in and gives you a fancy video presentation showing you that you need a couple of thousand dollars of work after insurance pay. Wearing no mask she gives you a big sales pitch. She's not the Dr what does she know about treatment questions?? You know your mouth is in good shape because I go every six months lifelong. OMG Now your mouth is falling apart with infections broken fillings and so much more. They hit us up for a deep cleaning and it requires 3 month repeat for hundreds of dollars not covered by insurance. Cash machine and not a dentist visit. All about money generating and didn't feel like a person. Went to a different place paid out of pocket and diagnosis was normal and said none of those issues were present, just a cleaning and good to go. Shop around and with care. Stop trying to get money for services not needed. People work hard for their money.. If you want to learn from this just don't lie to patients to generate un needed work and $$$. We do not trust your place.

Terrible experience. I went there to get my wisdom teeth pulled, paid my deposit and then two days before my appointment they called and told me to go elsewhere. They didn’t offer to give me a referral to another place or suggestions. They just canceled my appointment and refunded my deposit. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Very nice location. We had 2 pay $600 4 dentures. The lady that helped us with the financials would not tell me y we had 2 pay the money tho i asked. The dentures were free the other year! She was glad 2 help me apply 4 credit in my dad's name. I got a letter from cigna saying they wouldn't pay 4 the X rays due 2 their code. Had me assuming that it was a co pay or deductible! I should of shopped around 4 another dentist but I was tired and overburdoned. When we picked up the teeth, I had 2 ask the girl 4 the denture case! Guess they knew I filed a grievievance with cigna.

Nicer than some of the "chain" places around here like Aspen, Chisolm Trail feels like a place that I get a bit more personal attention. They're scheduled out quite a ways, but they also seem to have more immediate appointments just in case. Every dentistry place is expensive, but that's just kind of the cost of doing business.

Bad experience, went in for exam and consultation and dentist acted like she was the financial person and made comments of how much with my insurance it will be and then i asked if basically I was screwed and I need to go to Mexico? From her insinuation she is used to cookie cutting with patients in and out same things, anything outside of that is inexperienced. Then they had me waiting for a treatment plan and I had to leave and I was told they would email me the treatment plan and I never received it!

Starting with Tonya and continuing with Dr. Hoffman to K’Ashley cleaning your teeth. If unfortunately, you need some oral surgery Dr.Wang and his team are a wonderful well-oiled machine. He is very professional and tries to minimize pain while performing the procedure as quickly as he can. I love this office and I’m glad I finally found a dentist after many, many years. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had! Staff is so friendly and they were able to work with me and get me in fast for emergency. They made me feel comfortable and the chairs are so nice especially with my back pain I was able to relax the whole time!

I was in for a teeth cleaning which went great but I sat in the room for ONE HOUR alone … I got there at 1:25 for a 1:30 appt. I was taken back at 1:40 by Dr Hua. I then was taken for a series of x-rays & then seen by Dr Hua again for a very brief meeting. Then the office lady came in & discussed the billing. After that I was told “Ashley” would be in to do my cleaning. I sat for 1-HOUR & at 3:30 Ms Peña came in & cleaned my teeth. I was not pleased with the hour I I sat idly waiting for Ashley to come in. I hope this is not this office’s procedure. I also asked for a printed or emailed projected billing for possibly getting a crown replaced — I’ve yet to receive anything.

The staff is super nice and quick! I enjoy my frequent visits here. It’s also very affordable!

I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. The facility is at a great location with ample parking, is clean and very pleasant, but best of all is entirely DIGITAL. I have had several different dentist due to insurance changes, so I feel pretty confident saying that this office – hands down - is the best dental clinic of all. If you do not have insurance, they offer yearly discount plans and financing options. It is very easy to get an appointment and can have all documentation processed online in a matter of minutes. The entire staff, Allison, Jasmine, and Dr. Hoffman are welcoming, polite, caring and professional, all while making sure you’re comfortable. Allison the office manager is super friendly and efficient from start to finish and is very accommodating for future appointments. This was the first time meeting her but her noble attitude really stood out to me. Dr. Hoffman and Jasmine the hygienist are truly wonderful, they performed the most thorough screening I have ever had and explained everything to me regarding my x-rays and cleaning. I have never had someone be so thorough and knowledgeable. Their integrity and obvious passion for their trade and love of their patients is authentic and really helps get rid of the paranoid/embarrassed feeling you can get when visiting a new dental office. They truly care about your teeth and you as a patient, they are intuitive and careful. They administer the best care, and were instinctive about my concerns and worked diligently to attend to my treatment. I truly recommend this office to all who are looking for a new dentist or have had bad experiences at other locations in the past. My boyfriend has always been timid about his teeth but after his first appointment (which he is terrified of the dentist) had no complaints at all, talked my ear off about his great experience and how he feels more confident and secure about his smile, and even scheduled a follow up appointment. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. HOFFMAN, ALLISON, AND JASMINE FOR HELPING ME AND MY BOYFRIEND AND FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

Had a great experience both times, second time was a root canal. I love my crown that they made there. Completely untrue that the front desk ladies have horrible customer service. They are great. Everyone I’ve dealt with is great. I’ll definitely be back to get other things fixed. Thank you :)

You tried to change me $44. For a routine cleaning. I had to call cigna so the could tell you me exam and cleaning are free, no out of pocket. When I finally got xray done had to wait on Dr Hue for almost an hour to do the exam. I was told she would do the cleaning as well but she didn’t. I was there for two hours to he told I would not get my teeth cleaned when that is why I made the appointment. I was told by the receptionist and x ray tech I would get a cleaning. Very disappointed
