    We literally just left this place. I'll NEVER EVER go back to this location again. We ordered 3 meals and were told by a trans man that. We could only have one buttermilk total. We literally had 3 meals and would be charged for additionals. We literally spent 30 bucks there. Never again!! Shut this place down. I was cool and calm considering we were waiting for our food for about 15 to 20 mins at the window. And that it didn't look like they knew what they were doing inside. The least they could have done was give the customers what they need to solidify their meals smh. STAY AWAY. Because they cherish buttermilk like its gold here 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

    This drive through is the worst drive through you can go to in Fort Worth. I don’t why I do it to myself and keep going back here. There hasn’t been a time when I’ve gone here that I haven’t waited at least 15 minutes in the drive through. It’s never a long line. Idk why it takes 15 minutes every time. Doesn’t matter what time of day, 15 MINUTES EVERY TIME.

    Jack-in-the-box is a very nice, casual place for anyone wanting to eat a burger. The interior design is enjoyable, along with the customer service.

    I try not to give negative reviews, I've been going to this place for over 3 years since I live about a half a mile away. During the day they have always been amazing but at night they have always failed to get anything correct. I never did give them a negative review even though they deserved it more than a few times. But I definitely wanted to get on here tonight since I just had the greatest service. Staff was great. Food was great. I never thought in a million years they would get that late night team together but whatever they're doing now they need to keep doing it. Honestly, I don't expect a lot at fast food restaurants. Like I said I've been spending my money there either way. It was nice to get my money's worth tonight.

    Not sure what her name is but she has been on the window for the last couple of times I went thru late at night. But she is amazing young woman. She be working 2 jobs and still giving excellent service.

    Don’t ever come here I’ve been waiting in drive thru 15 min line isn’t moving like all I order was 2 things.. this is ridiculous

    I appreciate good service, even if it means I have to wait longer to get my food. The young gentleman ran through my order again before having me hand my card. He then apologized for the wait. We were able to exchange smiles and have a small convo during.

    It was simple late night dinner for 2 people. Ordered a burger, 3 large curly fries & coke. Fries were just warm, NOT hot, coke tasted like tonic water, like it was just sitting there for a while & all the ice melted in it, watery taste. My tummy was hurting later on.

    Horrible experience. I went through the drive through at 10:50 PM. There was a 45 min wait. I was at the intercom 7 minutes before someone took my order. She told me I'd receive my total at the window. When I got to the window my order was incorrect. They didn't correct it. They forgot my drink and gave me a half full order of fries. Try another location!

    Will not be back here again. Ordered a salad and they just threw a whole piece of chicken inside of it instead of cutting pieces to put in it. The cucumbers were slimy. Tried to call to tell them and no answer.

    If I could give negative stars I would. Poor attitudes and always missing items I paid for. The staff have no management to resolve issues.
