Dr. Morris and her team are 100% the best in the industry. If your not sure or still choosing a lifetime dentist stop...this is who your looking for. They are kind, professional, courteous, go over everything step by step. I couldn't be more happy with the service over the years I have received. Patient for life! I've been to Dr. Morris's office twice now and am so happy I decided to change offices. Everything about the experience was great! They sent electronic forms that were easy to fill out on my phone, that asked pertinent information, and that they actually seemed to have reviewed before I arrived! They anticipated my arrival and didn't ask for any information I'd already provided, then I didn't even wait two minutes to go back for my visit. They made my time feel valued and I cannot think of any other health provider's office I've ever been to that seemed to have the level of consideration I received here. The hygienist and Dr. Klein were both excellent! They performed the preventive screenings without extra charge, like my previous dentists' offices did, and easily booked my next appointment. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Dr. Sarah Morris is kind, caring, and a perfectionist! Everything you would want in a dentist. Her expertise and continued expansion of techniques and procedures - makes one feel they are in the best of hands. Her staff is excellent. Recently I have especially appreciated Dental assistant Maria for her kind nurturing and expertise.

Overall, the service here has been great for the past few years I’ve been going here. However, my last cleaning was performed by a fill in dental hygienist due another employee quitting. That fill in hygienist who performed the cleaning on my teeth was terrible. Not trying to be rude. But it was painful the entire time due to the her constantly hitting my gums. Also, her cleaning only took about half as long as it normally does. I could feel her missing half of the areas she was aiming for. I would have rather had my appointment been canceled and rescheduled than gone through that torture of a cleaning.

Fantastic service with kind professionals. Dr Loftin and her staff take excellent care of me. They are attentive and take time to evaluate my issues and explain the course of treatment. It is so nice to not dread the dentist because you know your provider cares

I had the worst experience with this office. I called to see if they accept my insurance and I was informed they do take it. Not once was I told that my plan is out of network. They are misleading, dishonest, false. If I could remove that one star I would.

Dr Loftin & staff are professional and yet friendly & personable. I left their office reassured I am in good hands with my best interest as their priority. Recently moving to Fort Worth, I have found my dental care home in their capable hands.

They are all very good at what they do of course, but what really makes this practice stand out is everyone's commitment to caring for patients.

Dr. Loftin is amazing! We had an emergency tooth situation that she fit us in to take a look at for my 6 year old. She is so kind and professional. My daughters love hers! It is also nice as a working Mom to be able to get us all in for cleanings at the same time instead of having to go to a pediatric dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Loftin!

I had my 6-month cleaning, plus a follow-up from an earlier procedure. The dental assistant greeted me by name and was very personable. She was very competent and professional. Great job! Dr.Klein did the wrap-up and was equally professional, friendly, and kind. Same can be said for the front desk staff. All in all this is a wonderful dental practice!

Dr. Klein is the best! The whole staff is super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything and answered all of my questions - didn’t feel pressured into anything. The chairs give you a back massage while they work - which is super calming!
