I have literally been dealing with a broken a/c for over two months. I was hospitalized for 5 days due to asthma from being in hot apt and still came to temps well over 90 degrees. I have also dealt with harassment from Cindy the “property manager” and security for past 4-5 months. Anytime I call office she directs her staff to call police. She is a direct issue. My rent relief funds have never been applied to my ledger and have received plenty other questionable rent relief transactions. I have lived on property almost 3 years and this current management change to Indio Management has been horrible. They are slum lords😭. Zen and Whitley are very helpful. Whitley is overworked for the position she in. I hate to say it but the property has really become extremely trashy and GHETTO since the management switch.

If I wasn’t in a desperate need of moving I would have never moved here. I’ve had problems since day one. I applied and was told my apartment was brand new and had just been painted so moving in was delayed. The day before moving in I asked could I have an upstairs apartment (I was never told if the one I applied for was even up stairs or down stairs since I was only shown a model of the upgraded apartments). I was told I could view my apartment once the paint was dried. Come true time to move into my first apartment ever before signing the lease I asked zyn could I view my apartment.I was told I could not until I signed. I signed and finally seen the apartment I moved into. It was no where near NEW. Someone had definitely just moved out. There’s a missing tile pieces in the shower , floor , a door eventually fell on me while using the bathroom and some blue stains on the cabinet. Oh and my closet broke MULTIPLE TIMES nearly hitting my child and causing a lawsuit because I reported it more than once. They also have a maintenance man still working on their property after making a very disturbing comment towards me while alone in my apartment and it was his words vs mine since Ashley knew him longer. Ashley also knew about a tenant downstairs in the same building who was renting out to randoms. It then started a roach infestation and she said our building was going to be bombed (this was told to me 3 months after I moved in I had already seen roaches around). Way to go my first experience with my first ever apartment being the worse ever. Only good thing about this apartment is the rent. And that’s not adding the ridiculous add on fees. $25 for valet trash who didn’t pick mine up for two months straight and yet I still pay for it after asking to remove that fee and I’ll take my own trash. $45 for a tech package which is only the touch screen digital thermometer and keyless door that you can access from your phone.. total rip-off to be paying for something you didn’t ask for or is stated on the application.

Update - the apartments manager really came through and help me get everything resolved. My daughter and I are in a much better apartment she honored everything that she promised. I appreciate her understanding! I’m so much happier ❤️ TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST this apartment is cheap and easy to get into yes, but you will be faced with several Issues I have lived here a WEEK I kid u not A WEEK I’ve had maintenance at my house every day to repair, clean, deal with pest, a/c went out for 3 days (in Texas that’s not acceptable) and now the dang floor is wet (pooling water from idk) like literally water is coming from the floor…..I am so over it! I requested to be moved into an updated unit hoping that would solve some of my issues and I explained I will pay whatever difference and market rate I don’t care! I just need me and my baby in a decent place, but the office staff basically said no….so now I am in a situation where I either keep dealing with these issues or I have to break my lease - I’m brand new to Texas ( literally a week) and honestly did not know what areas to look for housing I feel so played out of my hard earned money….please feel free to ask me ANYTHING I AM A OPEN BOOK ABOUT THIS SITUATION…..the one thing positive is maintenance will come when I call but they blame everything on the office staff and even maintenance has encouraged me to just move out this is so sad please read these reviews they are real!!!

to be honest given the area you’re getting what you pay for but that doesn’t excuse how your staff acts. i had an incident where i got robbed for my phone and went to the office for help and the lady in there told me i needed to calm down before i could use her phone to call 911 idk if any of you know what it’s like to get robbed but you can’t just calm down on command when something traumatic is happening so needless to say this lady was on a power trip and my safety was not a concern to this appartment she made me wait to call for help… she’s very lucky it wasn’t a fatal incident.

Put an application in august, then started getting high crime notification for the area. Called to withdrawal my application and they told me to dispute it with my bank or wait for them to send a check. I disputed and now they won’t reply to my bank so the case can get approved. No one will answer or call me back. Very disappointed. Highest application fee I’ve had to pay for in this area and all I see are bad reviews.

Paid my deposit, started getting tons of crime alerts in the area so decided not to move in. Talked to the office and was told I could get my deposit back, which would be mailed to me by check within 30 days. This was at least 2 months ago and have not received my refund. Have called and emailed numerous times with no response.

Please be careful cause the office staff will walk into your apartment if they need to without even asking my wife and kids were at the apartment when the manager just walked in our front door without knocking or anything they are suppose to put a late notice on your door but they don't have any rights to just walk in your apartment and put it on your dinning room table

Please be carefu!!!!! I was informed by the assist manager that as long as I didn’t have a eviction or owe a property any money I would be approved. After this they attempted to get me to pay multiple months rent and also pay deposit. In the beginning I was explained I would have to pay a deposit between 5-700 hundred. I was scammed and lied to I filled a police report about this and I have contacted the news station as well as the better business bureau please be careful

This place is horrible worse living condition I ever lived in this not worth nobody money not even worth the one star only been here a year they don’t come fix a damn thing gotta blow them up just to do anything renovated unit but falling apart cracks in the walls baseboards got water damage just ridiculous never again

Was told when move in that they were going to have a washer dryer, NOPE. After 2 months of we are being charged for courtesy door trash pick up that was never stated as a extra charge! A paver stone was thrown through my 76 y.o. mother's bedroom window while she was sleeping at 2 in the morning. AWESOME PLACE!

So are Power goes out and don't have anyone to come out a see it so we have to sleep in a apartment with no power and we have had 5 broken pipes we still have a broken tube that has been here for all most 5years there are not white cabinets they give u broken fridge that is not black let me say that so most of the things its saying on the page but over all I wood give this thing a zero stare but can and they still expect u to pay to get relocating u for 200 u can kiss my
