Awesome service, good food and a plenstant atmosphere. We are so happy to see that they have changed up their menu and added several new and exciting dishes. I will be back.

Prices have gone up. Less on the menu. We still got more that we could eat. It was good. The server was good. I had the crabfest with new garlic flavor. It was good but I'll get the regular steamed crab next time just because it's much less messy. The crispy potatoes under the crab legs were great. Broccoli was good. Wife got the select two with clams and shrimp scampi among with a watermelon martini. She really enjoyed it.

GREAT location and service! We had a reservation for 14 at another spot, but they canceled it last minute and Red Lobster came through!! They squeezed us in and it was great. The food was fantastic and the service was great as well.

The food, drinks and waitress were amazing i only worry because the wall and light at our booth was covered in old food and dust. The carpet by our booth had a long tear in it that had gross debris in it. If the restaurant has cleaning issues than how does the kitchen look?

They did not open the doors until close to 10 minutes after 11, but the food and the service well made up for it. Corey did an excellent job of making sure we did not run out of anything. The kitchen staff did a great job, cooking the food to perfection. Served hot and flavorful! Congratulations staff & Red Lobster of Sherman for excelling in these hard times.

I brought my family to have a decent lunch and since the beginning things were not as I expected. To start off, the sweet tea was so nasty and the waiter refused to change our drinks. My brother and I ordered the NY Strip medium rare and it was cooked medium well and dry. I ordered the sirloin well done and it was the toughest and flavorless I have tried. Our waiter was slow on bringing our refill. Then after letting him know out the issue, he just totally ignored me and asked if we wanted a to-go box. Seriously!! I wouldn’t even give my dogs this food. Worst experience ever! Not worth the price! Never coming back here again!

This restaurant has went down hill in the past year. Everytime we go it's worse than the time before, they herd us in like cattle to the smallest table for a family of 5, while the whole restaurant is empty.our family was given 4 biscuits for all of us and when we asked for more biscuit, we were told no it's against the rules now.. so someone goes without or gets a half biscuit.we ordered a steak and ask for no pink in the middle, it came red in the middle and we ask to send it back, which it came back 29 mins after everyone else had finished eating and it was a hockey puck and still red in the middle..at this point we just ask to have it taken off our bill, which the manager did.. he was the only nice person there.the waiter never came back to our table to refill our drink, the kids were sharing a Dr Pepper like it was the only one left in sherman.for 150.00 meal, we had to drive to chic-fil-a to get our son something to eat, the dinner and lunch meal I guess are the same size but different price depending on what time you go and the menu prices and what they charge you are not the same. As we're leaving someone hands my son some cherrys to make up for having to watch his family eat while he starved.

I’ve been here a few times and always enjoy it. Of all the times I’ve been here I’ve never felt led to leave a review until now. However, my server, Garrett, went above and beyond to make this evening a great one. I’ll be coming back to sit at this young man’s tables. The food was fantastic and along with Garrett, multiple other servers were friendly to me without being prompted to for any reason. I definitely recommend getting dinner here! Ask for Garrett if you want a friendly server who stays on top of his business!

I have a lot higher expectation of red lobster than this place provided. When your spending almost $100 for 2 people you expect quality which is far from what we got. There was nobody as the front to seat us when we came in. We just stood there looking around for 5+ minutes. After finally seated our waiter seemed less than thrilled to say the least about being there. Had to wait for our waiter to finally bring silverware for a while after food was on the table. I had the surf and turf with rare steak that came out well done. I had to cover it in A1 to eat it. The lobster was way over cooked and chewy like rubber. Wife had the lobster stuffed flounder with 3 small pieces of lobster. Flounder tasted old. Overall 0 out of 10 would not recommend. We won’t come back. Dissatisfaction doesn’t describe the situation at way we felt.

We had the best experience with our waiter (Dakota). He was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. We are so thankful that we shared our 1 yr anniversary here!

My husband had never been to Red Lobster so we went there instead of Cheddars. He absolutely loved it. We sat with Dakota. He was very attentive and guided us in great menu selections. We had Calamari, Seafood Mushrooms, Lobster Linguini, and the Lobster Shrimp Salmon combo. Dakota has a positive attitude and great customer service. We love that as my husband used to work in the restaurant industry and i still do!!!

It seems prices are getting pretty high to dine out, but the food proportion isn't matching the cost... i was set back that the tails of the shrimp were still on in the pasta linguini. 10 medium size shrimp for 20$ with a small baked potato didn't seem much value for the buck. When you add in an adult beverage. My bride had lobster, and it wasn't much larger than a crayfish... just far more pricey than the value spent. It's been a minute since I last ate a Red Lobster, maybe my expectations were too high.

Always go to RL for Anniversary. They always had all you can eat Shrimp (my favorite Coconut 🥥 Shrimp 🍤) that time of year. It was best ever this time. They now have all the time on menu. Only thing I didn't like was the price change, you have to pay extra for sides and extra toppings on baked potato cost extra.

If you come to this particular restaurant in Sherman, TX be sure to ask for Chris as your server! He was awesome and one the best waiters we’ve had in a long time. He was attentive, friendly, caring and honest! Now for the food.. food was great! I ate with my family (dads birthday) and they enjoyed their food too (and my parents are picky.) The best bang for your buck when it comes to serving size is the breaded flounder plate as you get 6 fillets! Maybe the cook was being generous that day but you get a plate full of food! I’ll post the food we ordered so you see what I’m talking about first hand. And to top it off my dad received a surprise birthday dessert from the waiter which ended up being the vanilla bean cheesecake with raspberry sauce… AND THAT WAS DELICIOUS! 10/10 The bacon chicken breast along with broccoli & baked potato was tasty! Sweet tea was fresh! The red lobster buttery biscuits were hot and fresh! Restrooms were clean too ✨

I'm not sure what has happened with the Sherman location in 2023, but everything that we ordered was horrible including the margarita(biscuits and salads were awesome). The chicken tasted like it was a day old and reheated. The lobster tail was so gross I felt I was eating raw meat(I had been craving it for over 2 weeks). I have never had bad food here and to be honest if the nice lady manager hadn't taken off the food I would never give them another try. We wasn't going to say anything, but our server could tell by us not eating the food something was wrong. We didn't even mention anything about the margarita because it really didn't seem possible that our entrees and drink were awful. Needless to say a hour later I was hungry and definitely wasn't craving my lobster tail anymore. I will give them another try because like I said it is normal on point, but it will take me awhile to get over it. The reason for this post is Get you stuff together!

Our waiter took FANTASTIC care of us. Larry, I think, was his name. I didn't have to wait for my shrimp refills. My bf had special request with his food and it was spot on. Great personality and such good service made it worth the visit. Our drinks never dry, our food hot and fast. Perfect evening.

Every time we've gone there our servers have been great. We're sat immediately if they cannot be sat us ad soon possible and are always very considerate to our needs. The food is great and cut to just the perfect point. I've never had to return a steak for being cooked incorrectly.

We haven't visited this Red Lobster since before 2020 and we were pleasantly surprised with our recent visit! The last time we visited a Red Lobster was around January of 2022. In January we received paper menus and the items on the menu were not as extensive as the items listed on the menu pre 2020. Today at this Red Lobster we received actual menus and the items listed on the menu more extensive. We were actually served salads with our meal which was nice to see brought back. This will be our new go to Red Lobster when we need to get our next seafood fix taken care of! Great job Red Lobster!

My wife ordered and the held for over time. So I have to pickup order. Went into bar, waited asked employee if I could have a drink 🥃 not even a Hi, kept working on computer about five minutes later he’s asking questions about the drink I ordered. I’ve already been waiting don’t want to chug it would have been nice to enjoy my stop. Another patron ask the next employee do you have a certain beer, employee looked 👀at the carry out bags… another mother with kids even chatted about how poor her service was. Food and drinks were good. Lobster pizza was not crispy on bottom.

Wife wanted to drop in here on our road trip back home from the Casino. We were seated and got excellent service from Elijah at the restaurant. Food was quick to the table and fresh.

Ordered the biggest dinner, 2 lobsters. The Lobster Bisque was cold salty and I returned it. I didn’t get the dinner salad I paid for. The lobster was cooked properly. Not overcooked (tough). The problem is the training of the staff which is the responsibility of the manager. The manager used to walk the floor to insure the customers were looked after. Not any more!

Went for wife's birthday and had a great night. Greeted and seated quickly. Service was very good throughout night. Food was on time, fresh and hot. Flavor was exactly as we would expect and the chocolate cake was just divine.

The biscuits and soup were yummy, definitely a good start. The salmon was tasteless and the fish and chips absolutely inedible. I'm no food critic, I'll eat almost anything, but I just couldn't force that fish or the fries down. This was a special occasion so I let it be but not going back, ever.

Food was delicious although my shrimp alfredo was quite salty! The server could have been a little bit more attentive but did a pretty good job! Love the cheddar biscuits as usual! Food came out hot which is always a plus! We will definitely be returning!
