    I will drive past this location to eat somewhere else inside. I'm giving this location a 2 mainly because going inside and trying to place your own order on a kiosk machine to me is very frustrating. Especially, if you want to pay cash you still have to go to the counter and give them your ticket and the cash where they could have taken your order to begin with. This was absolutely ridiculous. The line at the self order had multiple people trying to place the order and getting extremely frustrated trying to figure out the system with little to no help. The inside area where you sit down had multiple dirty tables that were not being cleaned and maintained, yet they were very few people inside sitting down yet. They were all trying to figure out how to place an order so they could eat. Next time I will just go through the drive-thru order my food, pay for it, and then go inside and sit down to eat; of course after I wiped down and cleaned my own table. Our society is getting so un customer friendly you pretty much hate going anywhere to shop or eat anymore.

    Drive thru girl was rude and didnt listen to anything we said about our order. Then decided to yell louder is that all. Still got order wrong. Plain burger no cheese just mayo. And cheese burger ketchup and light mayo.

    I looked at there menu. Ordered an grilled artisan chicken sandwich . They had no idea what it was. Also ordered unsweet tea got sweet tea. Ordered lg fries they were cold. They do not answer the phones. Which says they must get slot of complaints . Every time we go it’s always something.

    This company is too big to reasonably provide quality customer service at it's location. It's as impersonal as it could get. The on site management is more focused on the completion time than any other part of the transaction, even taking the orders. The food was so bad, I took a bite and just threw it in the garbage. I won't be coming back.

    Cost higher than other McDonald's. Employees decided to mop floor in lobby during peak business hours. Used the kiosk to order since didn't have cashier up front. Next time will just use the drive thru...

    I just moved to Sherman in July of this year each time I go here people in drive through are rude not people persons at all every single time and I just came from there and made me wait to get cold food stale fries I threw my food don’t then my wife got abhor fudge Sunday and they put like a thin line of fudge I called to complain and nobody answered

    Placed a mobile order and was sent to the 3rd window where I sat for 20 minutes. Whether it’s that I’m missing something or my food was cold, the majority of the time I have something wrong with my order. Customer service is most definitely lacking from both crew and managers. This location is in need of some serious training. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I did this time in hopes that someone higher in the company sees this.

    I ordered from door dash and the burger I got was horribly made. It looked like everything was just thrown inside of the box and made with reckless abandon. When I first got my order there was no sauce even though I asked for sauce in my order. There was no time put into reading my order and no effort into making my food. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order . Next time McDonald's, do better.

    I had a pick up order and did curb side, I got my food and it was all correct I however did not receive my drink or dipping sauce. Ok no biggie i'll just swing through the drive thru and grab it. Pull up to the window give the gentleman my receipt and explain I'm only missing my drink and dipping sauces. Pulled forward to wait for 20 minutes only for them to bring me my entire order again (look free food) and still forget my drink. I've never been more confused and concerned for the future of humanity before.

    was gonna leave a long list of why you should never go to this location, but i can’t even put it in to words. if you like having to go through the line 3 times for the most easily preventable reasons, go here. if you like ordering 3 drinks and getting 1, go here! horrible place horrible attitudes horrible food. never again will i waste my money at this excuse of a restaurant. i vote we put a five guys in place. XD

    Went to make a order and the person doing drive thru was very rude it was some lady. Look I feel if u don't like your job get another one or if having a bad day don't bring that to work .my food was cold especially the fries and then when I was ordering I was trying to get a burger they told me to drive around and when I did like they asked and went to place that order they said breakfast only now .WHAT ARE U SERIOUS? I 😭

    The food isn't bad but most of the staff seems to have an attitude issue. On the bright side it's always been clean when I go.

    This is the second time my husband as gone up there to use his app. The first time our food was over cooked and burnt and the second time they screw up our whole order and only give us part of the order. Staff and manager a rude and do care to fix there mistakes. The manager refused to fix the problem. This place needs better staff and a better manger who knows how to give good customer service. That manager up there is useless and does not need to be in manager position. She needs to be demoted or fired. My family and everyone I know will never go back there again. I told the Manger that we will not come to this place of business to eat again and she said well okay good. If I did that at my job I would get fired.

    The cashier stole my credit card and a whole situation with the spoofing of my bank and gaining access to my account and trying to get me to approve a cash app request for $450 is the reason for my 1 star review. Called the restaurant and supposedly talked to a manager when I realized my card was stolen. Haven't heard back from them, and I doubt it was resolved.

    I went here the other day and I got a hamburger with a stale bun. Was disappointed in my burger. Not sure how that is possible seeing how they serve alot of them daily. Can't you feel that a bun is stale/ hard? Just saying...

    These poor workers! We frequent this location and the employees are awesome! I'm hoping that this 1 star review will get the franchise owners attention in that they need to put some basic support technology to make the employees more efficient and happier. For crying-out-loud in order to use Apple Pay at this location the employees has to physically take your phone into the store to get close enough for the transaction! RIDICULOUS! HEALTH HAZARD? Increases the spread of God knows what into the store, but the employee shouldn't have to be responsible for expensive phones by touching them in the first place! Owner/Management/Franchisee need to get the technology that allows the employee to extend the device to the customer! McDonald Employees should never touch a customers cell phone for many reasons!! Especially in good service during a Pandemic! Sending my concern to McDonalds Corporate as well. This is ridiculous. I feel sorry for the employees at this location. They are so nice and polite! They are being let down by the people running this place.

    We love to drop by and get our lg. sweet ice tea's when we're thirsty. If I order something to eat, I do like McDonald's fish sandwiches. They are really good w/tarter sauce! imo My husband likes to get the double meat cheese burger meal so he can get fries! 🤣

    Get a manager who has some respect!! Alissa is not a manager she has no respect and argues with customers. I order a caramel frappe that was not frozen and she had problem with me wanting one a new that wasn’t water consistency. These are now 3.25 they be right!!!

    Sometimes this place is good other times it's not. Especially when it comes to take out they tend to forget something or burn something or it's stale. Dine in is usually good just not when certain management is around it makes you feel unwelcome and stressed. I can't imagine being a staff there if I feel that way as a customer imagine how they feel 😕

    Service was terrible when I asked to speak to the manager who was standing 2 feet from me she still didn’t answer until the counter person told her. The floor was super slippery all over and no signs out when I told her that she told me she knows they haven’t been mopped yet all the table looked like they were wiped down with rags that were already dirty everything about the inside of this store was dirty and very unprofessional. During this time another couple of people came in and also had the same complaints. I try not to complain but this time it was so bad I couldn’t just pass it by.

    Again we only have 2 McDonald's in town and this one is still the better of the 2. When I come here I font have to make sure I check my bag before I leave its always right. Now the new McDonald's on south side of town messes up every other order so yeah let's go parkway McDonald's!

    This McDonald's is getting worse and worse everytime I go there they can never get my order right. . We high dollar for such a cheap meal and no only got screw out of a meal but it cost me more money every time they screw up cause I have to drive all the way back to get them to fix it ... So if you can't run a fast food drive thru correctly tjen close it down and let somebody who can ...

    Order your food through kiosk. Fast and easy. They bring your food to you. Kids will have a blast here. They have a dinosaur theme play area. It gets clean and sanitize 3 times a day. Bathroom is clean. Friendly staff.

    Service is always great and the dining area and restrooms have always been clean with everything in full working order. The dining area is newly renovated and looks great. The drive thru moves quickly even during busy hours.

    A couple years ago, the business went downhill. But since they've gotten new management, I've had nothing but good food from them. Scorchin hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned fries and ice cold drinks. They definitely understood the assignment. The app is pretty good now too, thanks to the techs who've heard the cries from the local store goers. Good job, Mike Donald's!

    Love this location. Sometimes have problems with the orders but they fix it immediately and the employees are respectful, fast and kind. Food is usually fresh so I like that! Place usually looks really clean when I've been in.

    Needed a quick bite to eat and they were on the ball. Friendly service and hot food. I ordered on the app and they knew it. Handed me the receipt at the first window and my food was ready at the second window.

    Food took a long time. Floors were greasy. Tables were greasy. 15 employees in the back on phones or talking like it was a hang out. Ketchup in the dispenser was pink and purple and red (spoiled). When she brought the food she gave us the wrong sandwich. My wife opened her sandwich h and noticed it was the wrong sandwich. He called the attention of the manager and the manager wrapped the sandwich back up, took it and took it to the person it was intended for. Not right. I wouldn't have eaten it. Should of given him a fresh one but he waited so long for that one he probably didn't have time. Ruined our appetite and spent about $10 a piece FOR BREAKFAST AT MCDONALD'S.!!! Come on......mh money is too valuable to waste at this place again!!!

    Made an online order. Waited in line for 30 min, online order was placed 25 min prior to arriving to location. Upon arriving at the first intercom, they stated, “Yeah I can’t find your order. Just pull up.” Extra 15 min, pulled up. “Actually, our systems been down since 4 or something. Idk. Nothing we can do. Sorry.” Absolute trash service, trash awareness of how to treat a human being as well as their time. Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Much better off going to the location of 75, brand new w/ new training! :)

    The line has moved so much faster since they implemented the double drive through, the food is always what you expect, good and put together sloppily. I think that's part of the McDonald's experience, everyone has a memory associated with this place from being a kid or just an adult going for a simplistic type of date.

    Used the mobile app to order and used sum offers more than just one due to being in a vehicle that can't fit through the drive thru. The girl was the same person for every order that was being brought to us which was very nice for us we appreciate. And the lady provided great customer service!!

    The inside was kind of clean, my husband found an alligator clip w/joint and a half smoked blunt in the mens restroom, on the baby changing table of all places. He brought it out to ask what to do with it, so a child would not get ahold of it & was told to throw it away. The food was quick to be done, & come out. Although the fries were extremely salty. I could only eat a few. We let the kids play in the playroom but had to sit in the other room, the playroom smelled really bad.

    Worst trip to a McDonald's I have even had we we wait 20 mins in line to be told it was cash only because the system was down then we payed 19 bucks for something that's usually around 14 so I'm guessing they pocketed the other 5 bucks since there was not recipe.on top of that the fries were so cold and soggy I would doubt they have been sitting on the counter for the last half hour and bread was stale! Terrible experience
