    Cody working the front door is very rude and dismissive. Not the best representation for Costco when the person working your front door treats people this way. I didn’t give you a reason to act that way Cody. Try to be a bit more respectful next time especially when the person your speaking too only came to provide treats for the staff. I was being kind to you and in return you dismissed me and kept coming at me in that condescending tone of yours. When I told you that you were being rude. Your response to this was to antagonize me and ask me over and over to explain why I felt you were rude. You work in customer service I don’t have to answer to you. Just fix your attitude and apologize. But instead you continued to act the same way until I requested to speak with upper management. Do better. Your job is too easy to be acting that way.

    Yesterday I went to Costco, my credit card was declined bc it had expired! I was so embarrassed. The cashier was so nice and just helped me go to another register to pay cash. Then I got to my car and locked my keys in the car! But Costco had just closed. One of the employees, I wish I'd gotten his name, but he waited in the parking lot with me for almost 2 hours till someone could get there to help me! I am so so grateful! He asked if I needed a jacket and made sure I was safe. Definitely above an beyond!! Thank you so so much!

    Really frustrating self-checkout process. The store employees guard the kiosks and are terribly confrontational in the event you want to, you know, check yourself out… they REALLY want to see that membership card, and I for one don’t care for being inspected. Once I submitted the requisite paperwork and was awarded the coveted self check scanner, the brooding fellow who reluctantly relinquished it, stood looming, and yes, brooding, as close to me as possible without touching me. At one point I had to ask the gentleman to step back. I’m not sure how, but somebody’s got these customer service people set out to guard the store from the customers. Terrible, adversarial experience. I’ve addressed it with management a couple of times to no avail and was told it’s a corporate mandate that they get no say in. If you don’t want to do self checkout, take it away, lest we continue to live under this facade where I don’t get to perform the most fundamental aspect of self checkout. Thank you, that is all.

    This Costco is horrible. They lack proper signage throughout the store. Manager refused to give me the price that was posted for a mattress. When he went to check the price of the posted sign for the mattresses he tried to look for one of the mattresses that was for that sign and couldn’t find one. So that signed should have been pulled. When those mattresses were put out the proper signed should have been posted. Then he noticed another signed missing and tried to correct things but didn’t offer any assistance or help for the inconvenience. Didn’t end up buying the mattress. He could’ve easily have given me the $100 difference. Getting a refund for my membership and Won’t shop at Costco after all.

    I just love the employees here. The self check-out staff are super friendly and helpful. One woman even reciprocated my daughters ask of a hug- and she would have been well within her right to refuse- which helped keep my daughter calm enough for me to get out without incident

    Costco is great! It's busy, just like every other Costco. They're good about keeping the check out lines going. We love the rotisserie chicken.

    I needed new hearing aids and I had been hearing about Costco and how happy other people had been so I gave it a shot. Life changing. Patsy was my hearing aid specialist and set me up after testing with a new pair that was 1/2 the price of my old ones and 3 times as good. The best part is I can hear my phone calls easily now where I used to struggle to understand what people were saying. Always glad to visit Patsy today while she cleaned them and replaced accessories and everything is still working perfectly after almost 2 years. Wow.

    I love Costco because they have a great variety of products in larger sizes at reasonable prices. And, you have just can't beat a 1/4lb hotdog & soda for $1.50!! Costco has a great deal right now in a 3-sided, 8000 lumen shop light for $29.99! It seems like a great deal, so I'll get back worth you regarding the lights' brightness. 😉 Also, If you have dogs, Costco now carries FreshPet. I bought the 4- large rolls (boxed) for $17.98. You just can't beat that is you feed your pups fresh food. I can't wait to go next time and find more great deals!
